We had a very enjoyable stay at Eva Palace at the beginning of September. The hotel is in a stunning location and views are breathtaking. The public areas are very comfortable and clean (including toilets). There’s a private beach with a beach bar and plenty of sun beds available at all hours. We especially enjoyed the adults only decked areas by the beach. The food was varied and delicious, and we were always able to find something that we liked. Staff in the buffet area were very helpful and caring. The service is excellent and very kind. Our stay was made special by the staff in the lobby bar where we spent most of our evenings enjoying the views and excellent drinks served by Silvia, Maria and Bianca. Kudos to the great team! Also a shout out to Kyriakos from Guest Services who was amazingly helpful and such a friendly person.

Stunning! We stayed for 4 nights and I must say this definitely feels like a 5 star hotel. The service was exceptional and staff attentive. Very well run hotel, everyone knows their role. Food was incredible, we stayed for breakfast and dinner. It was a buffet dinner and changed every night and super fresh, didn’t feel like you were eating the same thing everyday. Reasonable priced cocktails and local beer. Thank you Eva Palace!

I will start with the positive things - the hotel has gorgeous views and their staff is lovely. Always polite, smiling, friendly, ready to help. Wonderful, wonderful people (Penelopi, Pavlos, Eleni, Adam, literally anyone we ve interacted) The hotel itself and the experience it offers is a huge disappointment however. Its infrastructure and its interior are tired, dilapidated, in need of urgent attention. Neither they pay attention to your experience within the hotel - it’s day three in our room here and so far we have no internet, no working phone (we are all the way down by the sea and the reception is 6 levels up so to tell them that I don’t have any shampoo, there is no water, the housekeeping hasn’t been the whole day etc - you need to trek up). The housekeeping has been using our suite entrance as a dumping ground - literally storing rubbish there… The pool features proper hazards - broken railings and some such. The service at the beach is lukewarm as well. Basic sun loungers that you find in the cheapest seaside hotel, they don’t seem to be cleaned often… Overall, it is beyond disappointing as the place as beautifully set as this is an unkempt, crumbling, unloved mess that doesn’t offer a restful, joyful experience… 5 stars? I think not.

We had a wonderful holiday at Eva Palace. The hotel staff provided excellent service at all times, from arrival to departure, everyone was very friendly and attentive. The hotel grounds down to the beach are also very beautiful and well maintained. There is plenty of space on the beach and we never had any trouble finding free sun loungers, no matter what time of day. The food, especially the breakfast, was also of a high standard. At dinner, we missed a little variety in the main courses and would have liked to see more Greek specialities alongside the somewhat boring international dishes. As is often the case in 5star hotels, unfortunately, the prices for food and drinks outside of the paid meals are expensive, but the cocktails are very tasty. The rooms are nice, but you can see in some places that the hotel is already a few years old. Overall, the Eva Palace offers great service in all areas and we can definitely recommend the hotel.

We had a wonderful time staying at Grecotel Eva Palace. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch—staff were always helpful and welcoming. The breakfast spread was excellent every morning, with plenty of variety and fresh options to choose from. The location is beautiful, with stunning views and a clean, peaceful beach just steps away. It was also super convenient to get around, with easy access to nearby attractions and places to explore. The whole experience felt relaxing and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be visiting again!
