We had a wonderful holiday at Eva Palace. The hotel staff provided excellent service at all times, from arrival to departure, everyone was very friendly and attentive. The hotel grounds down to the beach are also very beautiful and well maintained. There is plenty of space on the beach and we never had any trouble finding free sun loungers, no matter what time of day. The food, especially the breakfast, was also of a high standard. At dinner, we missed a little variety in the main courses and would have liked to see more Greek specialities alongside the somewhat boring international dishes. As is often the case in 5star hotels, unfortunately, the prices for food and drinks outside of the paid meals are expensive, but the cocktails are very tasty. The rooms are nice, but you can see in some places that the hotel is already a few years old. Overall, the Eva Palace offers great service in all areas and we can definitely recommend the hotel.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Eva Palace at the beginning of September. The hotel is in a stunning location and views are breathtaking. The public areas are very comfortable and clean (including toilets). There’s a private beach with a beach bar and plenty of sun beds available at all hours. We especially enjoyed the adults only decked areas by the beach. The food was varied and delicious, and we were always able to find something that we liked. Staff in the buffet area were very helpful and caring. The service is excellent and very kind. Our stay was made special by the staff in the lobby bar where we spent most of our evenings enjoying the views and excellent drinks served by Silvia, Maria and Bianca. Kudos to the great team! Also a shout out to Kyriakos from Guest Services who was amazingly helpful and such a friendly person.

Stunning! We stayed for 4 nights and I must say this definitely feels like a 5 star hotel. The service was exceptional and staff attentive. Very well run hotel, everyone knows their role. Food was incredible, we stayed for breakfast and dinner. It was a buffet dinner and changed every night and super fresh, didn’t feel like you were eating the same thing everyday. Reasonable priced cocktails and local beer. Thank you Eva Palace!

Our stay at Grecotel Eva Palace was absolutely wonderful. The food was outstanding — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented at every meal. The ambiance of the resort is serene and elegant, with breathtaking views and a truly relaxing atmosphere. What made our experience even more special was the staff, who were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special mention goes to Costas, the restaurant manager — an exceptional professional and a truly great guy who made sure every meal was perfect and every guest felt valued. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Rooms: The rooms themselves were good — clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful view. However, during check-in we were first given a room that smelled unpleasant. Once we reported it, the staff reacted quickly and changed our room without hesitation. Later, we had an issue with the air conditioning not working on the heating mode, which took some time to resolve. For a while we weren’t sure whether we’d need to switch rooms again. Another downside was the Wi-Fi. The listing mentioned high-speed internet, but the connection was very unstable. We eventually had to purchase additional Airalo data packages because of that. Service: The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and genuinely tried to help as fast as possible. Location: The location wasn’t ideal in my opinion. Transportation around the island is not easy or cheap — taxis cost around €40 per direction. I’d definitely recommend renting a car in Corfu; it gives you much more freedom to explore. On the positive side, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the Old Town, which was very convenient. Facilities: I was a bit disappointed with the facilities during the off-season. I expected the pool to be heated, but it wasn’t. We ended up visiting another Grecotel nearby that did have a warm pool. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and views, but a few issues that could be improved — especially Wi-Fi and off-season amenities.
