We had a wonderful stay at Grecotel Eva Palace and this trip was extra special because it was our baby’s first international holiday. We were a little nervous travelling with a baby for the first time, but the experience turned out to be amazing. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had beautiful views, which made our stay even more relaxing. The hotel surroundings are stunning and created a peaceful atmosphere for our family holiday. What stood out the most was the friendliness and kindness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Travelling with a baby can sometimes feel challenging, but the staff made things much easier and always greeted us warmly. The food, facilities and overall experience were excellent, and we created memories we will always cherish as a family. Thank you to the whole team at Grecotel Eva Palace for making our baby’s first international trip such a memorable one. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to visit again in the future.

We've just finished our holiday at Eva Palace. We are very pleased with hospitality, the staff was incredible, everything feels like home and whatever you need can be provided. It was very thoughtful of staff at the reception to call us few days after we arrived to check if everything is ok. All of the people working in the restaurant deserve a raise, always smiling, quick to clean up tables and help you with anything you need. Got to meet the chef, he is a legend! Special thanks to the blonde lady at the reception who welcomed us and told us everthing about hotel and Corfu. Hotel management thinks about every detail, either it is a welcoming drink/cookies, or evening programme, it is always with a style. Keep up the great work and hope to see you soon again.

I wouldn’t say we had unrealistically high expectations of Greece, but the drive from the airport to the hotel immediately changed our impression of Corfu. Outside the tourist areas, much of the island feels neglected and poorly maintained, which completely took away our desire to explore it by car. We booked a Deluxe Sea View Bungalow, but our first room (030) was a huge disappointment. The humidity was so high that the floor was constantly wet, the air conditioner had a terrible smell, making it impossible to use, and the advertised sea view was mostly blocked by the roof of the bungalow in front of us. After several conversations with management, we were moved the following day to another bungalow in the same category. The difference was remarkable: no humidity issues, a properly working air conditioner, and a genuinely beautiful sea view. We appreciated the hotel’s willingness to resolve the problem. Eva Palace is built on a hillside, so be prepared for lots of steep stairs. On our first day, we visited the Eva Palace beach. Honestly, we weren’t impressed. There is very little natural shade, the beach is a mix of sand and pebbles, and entering the sea isn’t particularly comfortable. The following day we tried the beach at Grecotel Imperial, and that completely changed our holiday. It is spacious, sandy, exceptionally clean, with plenty of sunbeds and a gentle entrance into the sea. The biggest surprise was that nobody informed us at check-in that Eva Palace guests have full access to Grecotel Imperial. You can use its beaches, pools, restaurants and bars, and even charge food and drinks to your Eva Palace room. There is also a complimentary golf cart between the two hotels, but again, nobody mentioned it. This is one of the biggest advantages of staying at Eva Palace and every guest should be told about it. Breakfast and dinner were acceptable but closer to a good four-star hotel than a luxury five-star resort. The selection wasn’t particularly large, and fresh fruit disappeared quickly while replenishment was slow. Looking back, I’m actually glad we chose Half Board instead of All Inclusive because it allowed us to spend almost the entire day enjoying Imperial rather than staying at Eva Palace. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Yali Restaurant. We waited almost 1.5 hours because our order had been lost, and the lobster we ordered for my son’s birthday was extremely disappointing. On the other hand, Trattoria was excellent, and the kumquat ice cream is a must-try. One final disappointment: on the day of departure we had to carry all our luggage to reception ourselves because no staff ever came to assist us. Overall, we had a pleasant holiday, mainly thanks to Grecotel Imperial. However, considering the price, I believe there are resorts offering significantly better service and dining for similar money. If you decide to stay at Grecotel Eva Palace, make full use of everything Grecotel Imperial has to offer—it completely transformed our holiday.

We had an amazing stay at Eva Palace Corfu and were extremely happy with our vacation. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Giannis, who truly made our holiday even more memorable. His outstanding service, warm personality, and genuine kindness went above and beyond to make us feel welcome every day. He is a real credit to the hotel. We highly recommend Eva Palace Corfu and would definitely love to return. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an amazing stay at Grecotel Eva Palace and couldn't recommend it enough. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views, a lovely pool, a private beach and excellent food. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff – genuinely the best we've experienced at any hotel. Everyone was so friendly, attentive and always went above and beyond. There are also so many great complimentary extras, including shuttle buses into Corfu Town, free boat transfers to the other Grecotel hotels, and the opportunity to dine at the neighbouring Grecotel resorts. We loved having dinner at Corfu Imperial, which is just a 5-minute walk away or a 1-minute complimentary buggy ride. Eleni at Concierge was incredibly helpful, arranging all of our day trips and recommending fantastic restaurants that made our stay even more enjoyable. The Beach Bar was our favourite spot for lunch, with amazing views and a great choice of food. We also loved both Stick & Sushi and the Italian restaurant for dinner. The buffet was also amazing, with an excellent selection of fresh, high-quality food dinner. A special thank you to Themis, the Food & Beverage Manager. He was one of the main reasons our stay was so memorable. His hospitality was outstanding, nothing was ever too much trouble, and he genuinely cared about making sure every guest had the best possible experience. We'd also like to thank Nicoletta and Panayiotis who were always so kind, welcoming and helpful. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. We can't wait to come back!
