We had an amazing holiday and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. This is one of the best all- inclusive resorts we’ve visited, especially for families with children. The hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind while the kids have fun. There are plenty of activities and entertainment for children, so parents can also enjoy some well- deserved relaxation. The food was fresh, varied and delicious every day, with something for everyone. The rooms and all public areas were spotless and very well maintained. In addition the services of spa was excellent. It offers great facilities in a beautiful and tranquil setting, making it the perfect place to spend time. What made our stay even more memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone was warm, friendly and always happy to help us. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family- friendly, all inclusive resort that offers the perfect combination of relaxation, great food, excellent hospitality and outstanding facilities. We had a wonderful stay at Grecotel LUXME Corfu and truly enjoyed every moment. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and located in an amazing spot with breathtaking views. The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The pools, beach, and facilities were all well maintained, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Traveling as a family, we especially appreciated how family-friendly the resort was. Our stay at Grecotel Costa Botanica in Corfu was truly unforgettable. We traveled from the United States to visit Italy and Greece, and this was by far the best hotel experience our family of five has ever had. If you’re traveling with children, I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was effortless. The staff welcomed us outside, took care of our luggage, and encouraged us to enjoy dinner before checking in since we had arrived late. Throughout our stay, every interaction reflected the same level of care. Whether we needed something in our room, at the pool, or while leaving for our boat trip to Paxos and Antipaxos, the staff always thought ahead—even packing lunch boxes for our entire family for the excursion. What truly made this stay unforgettable happened on our last day. When we arrived, my daughter accidentally left her favorite hat in the airport taxi. We didn’t ask about it until two days before we left, thinking it was gone forever. The staff immediately began calling taxi drivers, and on the morning we checked out, they arranged for a driver to meet us on the way to the airport and return the hat. To many people, it was just a hat. To our daughter, it was priceless. The effort they made to return it spoke volumes about how much they genuinely care about their guests. That single act perfectly summed up our entire experience. We have stayed at many hotels over the years, but none have matched the hospitality we experienced at Grecotel Costa Botanica. We will gladly stay at Grecotel again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for an exceptional family vacation.

We had a fantastic holiday and I would definitely return to the hotel, if the price was right. We paid c.£400 per night for a 2-bedroom summer house in May half term. I checked the prices for next May half term and they want nearly £900pn 😮 It’s not worth that I am afraid. But I was happy with the price to quality ratio we had. The good: Food is generally very good and plentiful. I thought the quality of the buffet was excellent. Drinks were of a good standard, no questionable wine or cocktails. Good evening entertainment and the music that is played during the day by the pools / in the restaurants is good. The grounds are stunning and pools are a perfect temperature. People previously complained of the pools being too cold. Maybe they’ve started heating them. The staff are all lovely and very friendly. There just isn’t enough of them. The waterpark is a great bonus. The bad: Cleaners waking us up moving furniture and banging their brooms around too early in the morning. Walls are thin. Plumbing system flooded on the first night due to torrential rain. Plumber in our room at nearly midnight, saying I should only partially lift the bath plug as the system can’t deal with an emptying bath. That ridiculous. They dealt with this problem very well though and we had no further problems. Furniture set up in the two bedroom summer houses is bizarre. The ‘apartments’ are spacious but the dressing tables have no mirrors. The main bedroom has no wardrobe or chest of drawers for clothes. Even the bedside tables don’t have drawers. Nowhere to store your clothes apart from the hallway, which has a window onto the external public corridor without a curtain. Therefore you can’t get any privacy when you’re getting changed. Ordering drinks is an art when sat in a restaurant. Just not enough staff.

The hotel staff are very friendly, professional, and always willing to help without any problems. The hotel itself is very large, but unfortunately there is a lack of entertainment for children. There are not many shows or activities for the youngest guests. The food is good and fresh, but the selection in the main restaurant is quite limited. There are also Greek, Italian, and Asian restaurants located around the hotel, but reservations are required. Unfortunately, we were not able to get a table even once, so we had to use the main restaurant throughout our stay. The food there was tasty, but the choice was simply too small and not satisfying enough – although this is only my personal opinion. I do not understand this policy because we paid a lot of money for a 5-star hotel, yet the food options available to us were very limited. You can fill one plate, but there is not much reason to go back for more because the variety is lacking. It is a real shame that we could not experience the other restaurants within the hotel. One positive thing is that snacks are available until very late, which we appreciated. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They have smart TVs, but there is little point in having them if guests cannot connect to them or use Netflix and other streaming platforms because they are blocked. Our child likes to watch cartoons in the evening, so this was disappointing. I honestly do not understand why these TVs are provided if they cannot really be used. Considering this is a 5-star hotel and we spent nearly £4,000 for four nights, I do not feel it was worth the price. The hotel makes up for many things with its genuinely kind and highly professional staff. The premium alcohol selection, desserts, coffee, and drinks are excellent. The spa is definitely worth recommending, with professional service and a wonderful atmosphere. We also really enjoyed the wine tasting experience – it was a lovely way to spend time in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, our stay was not bad, but for this amount of money, I believe it could and should have been better, especially regarding the food selection and the unnecessary reservation system for the speciality restaurants. It is simply very difficult to get a table. Place to see one time but definitely no return.
