  • All Inclusive includes:
    • Buffet breakfast from 06:30am–11am.
    • 3-course set menu lunch at Jones the Grocer or Speakeasy including 2 hours of unlimited drinks during the meal.
    • 3-course set menu dinner at Fogueira or Speakeasy including 2 hours of unlimited drinks during the meal.
    • All-inclusive alcoholic beverages served at the Pool Bar from 1pm–5pm.
    • Non-alcoholic beverages (water/soft beverages) available at Pool Bar from 11am–7pm.

    • Availability of alcoholic and non-alcoholic brands vary according to regulations of local authorities.

Wonderful Family Stay! A huge thank you to the entire team for their exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness to every request, and genuine care for guests. We were especially touched by the effort made to create a wonderful birthday celebration with thoughtful surprises and a festive atmosphere. We returned yesterday from this beautiful hotel. Booked it after being stuck in the UAE on Saturday 28th February. We want thank every single member of staff for the care they have shown to us. We stayed 5 night all inclusive the service is amazing . We used Jones the grocer and the speakeasy and the food was amazing the staff fabulous. We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton The Walk. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Illia and Rachel, who made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Club Studio, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable sitting area, kitchen, washing machine, and a balcony with a beautiful view of Dubai Marina. We enjoyed our stay so much that we cancelled our other hotel bookings and extended our stay here for the remainder of our two-week trip. That alone speaks to how comfortable and well looked after we felt. A special mention also to the security team, who were always friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. They would often have the lift ready and be waiting in the lobby when we arrived, which made coming and going effortless and added a personal touch to the experience. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

EDIT: Since posting this review, the hotel has reached out, acknowledged the issue, and handled the matter professionally. Mistakes happen... we're all human, especially during busy holiday periods. What matters is how they're addressed, and I appreciate the team's response and willingness to make things right. 🤌💯 ----- Had a lovely little 2-night staycation at Sheraton JBR recently and overall, it was genuinely such a warm & comforting experience. Most of the staff we came across were incredibly sweet and welcoming --- especially the security team, housekeeping staff, and Haris (I believe concierge/lobby team?), who was super thoughtful and always helping guests around with luggage, directions, and honestly anything he could help with. You could tell he genuinely cared. Also have to mention Ching from housekeeping, whose sweet smile somehow made every interaction feel extra comforting. Now, tiny hiccup though --- during check-in, we’d requested additional bedding for both rooms and had paid for it, but unfortunately there was a very long delay in receiving them despite multiple follow-ups. By the time we were still waiting close to midnight, the “relaxing mini staycation” vibes had started slipping away a little 😭 BUT thankfully, the warmth of the staff overall still made the stay feel pleasant and welcoming. The location is honestly amazing too --- being surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and the whole JBR walk atmosphere made the stay extra enjoyable. Overall, a really nice little escape from routine :)
