We stayed at Domes of Corfu and overall had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel is located by a beautiful sandy beach and is very family-friendly. Our two-year-old son especially enjoyed the children’s water play areas and had a great time throughout our stay. The staff were generally kind and attentive. In particular, one waitress in the buffet restaurant (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) was exceptionally friendly and consistently made our breakfast and dinner experiences more pleasant by checking in on us and ensuring we were well taken care of. However, there were several issues that made the stay feel not fully aligned with the price and expectations of a 5-star hotel. The overall condition of the hotel felt worn down in places. For example, the toilet seat was already broken upon arrival and the balcony door could not be properly locked, which was a serious safety concern as it left the room accessible from outside. The elevators were also very small and often problematic, with broken displays and long waiting times. We also encountered a cockroach in our room. While the staff responded quickly and checked in with us afterwards, it still left an uncomfortable feeling for the rest of the stay. In the restaurant areas, cats were frequently around the tables, sometimes even jumping onto chairs. We also received a dirty glass once, and the children’s pools were quite cold. In summary, it is a nice family hotel in a great location, but for the price we would not choose to return.

We recently had our first family holiday at the Domes in Corfu, and it was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the stunning sea views set the tone for a really special and relaxing week. We loved being able to dine outside each morning and evening, with a great selection of high quality, 5 star buffet food. The separate lunch restaurant was also a highlight, offering table service, a good variety of dishes, and beautifully presented meals. The hotel itself is stylish and feels very luxurious. We stayed in a garden room which was peaceful and comfortable. As new parents, we really appreciated having a baby cot and steriliser provided in our room, which made things so much easier for us. The private beach area was another standout, with comfortable sun loungers just steps from the crystal clear sea. What made the biggest impression though was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and attentive and could not do enough for us. A special mention to Sara from the dinner service, who greeted us by name each evening, and Konstantinos our bellman who made us feel so welcome on arrival and departure. Thank you for making our first holiday as a family of three so memorable.

We had a great time staying here. Lovely clean spacious hotel right on the beach in a lovely bay. Spotlessly clean adequate pools and facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. We ate every day in the Agora restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Good quality food, great variety of delicious dishes to choose from each evening, well maintained and presented and the staff were friendly and helpful if you needed anything. What made our holiday was our Greek BBQ night, it was fabulous! Great food and entertainment. The star of the show for us was your member of staff called Tomas (not sure if correct spelling?) The way he organised the evening, the serving of the food, the personal attention to all his customers was wonderful. He makes your hotel and your guests feel ‘special’. He is also a very kind, very hardworking person. Tomas is an asset to your hotel, we would come back again just to see Tomas! Please thank him for us. He made our holiday special.

This was our second time in Greece and first time in Domes. It was first time with our 6 month old and I must say that we were very well taken care by the staff. Right from the housekeeping to the room service to the staff at the restaurant - it felt like home. They made lot of adjustments for the little one. Like they gave us a bottle steriliser, a play mat for her floor time. The pool attached to our room and the pool at the resort were amazing and very well maintained. We enjoyed that. Beach was secured by lifeguards. So safety was not compromised at all. Food was again so fresh and healthy. They also had a different set of dessert every single day we stayed. Now the most important thing, it was our anniversary and our daughter's 6 month birthday - they gave us a pleasant surprise with a dessert platter. If that was not enough they gave us a photo album to add all the memories we are creating with the little one. This was one of the place which we didn't feel like leaving. It was so calm, relaxing and an enjoyable experience all in all.
