Perfect Beach Day with Incredible Food & Service! This was my fourth visit, and it just keeps getting better. If you're looking for a completely relaxed day on the sand or by the pool with fantastic views, look no further. We booked the tacos and margaritas package, and it was worth every penny. The food was absolutely amazing—the tacos were to die for, and the fresh fruit was divine. The margaritas were the perfect refreshing touch. A huge highlight was the service from our server, Saritha. She is truly the best! Her attentive and warm care ensured we were comfortable and relaxed all afternoon. She went above and beyond to make our experience special. I already look forward to my fifth visit. Highly recommended for a perfect beach club day!

We stayed here for 6 nights as a group of 6. Two rooms, a 2 bedroom suite and a single bedroom suite. Checkin was very smooth and quick even with a late evening arrival. Rooms were perfectly clean and very spacious. The pool area + staff were also very elegant and accommodating. We appreciated the location close to Jumeirah Beach, Ain Dubai, @ Marina area. Traveling to the Burj Khalifa, The Frame, & Gold Souk was between 45mins to an hour by Uber. Thank you to the entire team for assisting during our stay. Best wishes!

Pros - Hotel staff is excellent. Housekeeping does a great job! They gave us very special welcome gifts and set up a beautiful display in the apartment for a birthday. It’s located near lots restaurants, beach, and stores. Rooms with a view of beach, Atlantis, and Ain Dubai. Lots of balconies and very spacious three bedroom apartment. Cons - Hotel looks very dated, bugs in the bathrooms, no dishwasher, rooms are in desperate need of a complete update. Traffic in the area gets really bad.

I was absolutely satisfied with my stay! I especially want to highlight Mr. Sanjaya – he is incredibly friendly, kind, and very attentive to the guests. He truly takes his time to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Honestly, he really deserves a pay raise – staff like him make all the difference! The hotel itself is excellent as well – clean, well-organized, with a pleasant atmosphere and everything you need. I would definitely love to come back!

Check-in was great and very helpful staff. We arrived at 12pm and early check-in was accommodated by 1.30. we couldn't use any facilities as weren't guests but the beach was accommodating. Rooms are very spacious (two bed suite) with a seaview balcony of the eye and amazing sea and skyline- very picturesque place! Downside of rooms are the smaller room had a small water tank which needs 45 mins to heat up once empty.We weren't advised this upon check-in and meant we had to travel downstairs to use the beach changing showers for 2 days- far from ideal in a very warm climate. Service staff amazing in every way. Breakfast and dinner restaurant is far too air conditioned and sitting outside is best but impacted by the smokers and flies at times! The buffet dinner was a good selection and chef Gladstone/Chris on the 1st days made the most amazing salmon on a bed of roasted veg! Unfortunately our last dinner of grilled chicken was so tough and overdone that we had to leave the meal- very unsatisfied for our last meal. Despite the above, a great location and plenty of beach chairs and acces to the jbr walk away from the noisy clubs! Would definitely consider returning if the price was right!
