Nice and clean hotel, however the food is lacking for a 5* resort and is reflected in my overall 3*rating. The Buffet food was barely warm, lacked greek dishes and tables were tightly packed in. We stayed in a preferred club room and appreciated the separate lounge for breakfast, we booked through TUI which informs also breakfast at one of the a la carte restaurants when booked via the hotel app. This was not an option during our stay. There were only two a la carte options open in the evening during our stay, we enjoyed our meal, service and setting in the Seaside Grill. Reservations for these are only by app in the evening and places go quickly. Two a la carte options also available during lunch, without reservation. The Italian was our favourite at the lagoon pool. We experienced lots of families with under 5s which the hotel clearly caters well for (something that was not clear to us before booking). All spaces are family friendly although during our stay there were some spaces less frequented by families namely the lagoon pool (which also has a small adults only pool). Drinks service around all pools were good, and we only saw a queue at the lobby bar. The app (which you download on arrival) states the hotel is 100% smoke free, this is not the case with smoking happening in all public areas, outside restaurant seating and the preferred lounge, the hotel also has ashtrays around the main restaurants contradicting the detail within the app. The resort is set into a hill, with short sharp inclines and steps, however also has wide pathways and staff also happy to take you around in golf buggies. It has a fabulous view of the bay and is an easy 20 minute taxi to Corfu town. We had a small issue with our room that was unresolved but other than that the staff were really friendly and provided good service.

Rooms were great, clean, spacious and the cleaning lady was wonderful. The hallway can do with a bit more attention, quite often glasses are left there all day and it doesn't look like they vacuum it often, we had a collection of dead flies outside our room all week and loads of dust and dirt in the hall way. 😑 Food was actually quite good, it's a shame they over cook the meat ALL the time, so it ends up very dry. The food area is very small for the size of the hotel and there's never enough people serving. It's 50/50 you get offered a drink or your plates cleared mid dinner. Tables are also very close together, so it can be difficult if you have a buggy. Kids club is the most basic I've seen for a 5*. It bearly had any toys so it's very boring for younger kids. You can stay with your child if they are 3 or under, but there isn't much to do. The Ladies there are very attentive and they'll play with your child without asking, but there's no role play equipment, no ballpit, no soft play of any type, no ride on toys. Literally a small basket of random bits, a few books and a couple boxes of legos. The outdoor play area was covered and it was much better than the inside area. Mini disco was hit and miss, only 30 mins each night from 830pm. Heated pool in mid may was the best thing! The main pool was far too cold to get in, even with temperature in mid 20s. Pool side snacks and icecream was great and unlimited poolside towels was a bonus. There isn't much of a beach. In the maintaimed section you have to get to the sea by leader. The section not maintained is quite dirty, has no sun beds and it's very small. Late check out cost £20 an hr from 12 noon. All staff are very smiley and friendly, it's generally one of the better 5* I've stayed in. But the lack of staff in some areas is very obvious. There was one day I had two drinks by the lobby (which I got myself) and half a day later my glasses were still there. We also experienced a power cut one morning which effected the whole town. It also cut out the water supply. Although this isn't the hotel fault, but this was about 8am and we were woken up by the bright emergency light in our room and we had no water to get washed nor to flash the toilet. The hotel should have better procedures in place to inform guests and offer every guest extra bottles of water during the situation.

Such friendly staff, particular shout out to Matteo and the lovely lady from Birmingham who served us poolside drinks, sorry forgotten her name. We had a preferred room which comes with a separate bar and seating area which was great. Very good value.

Although the staff are lovely, I personally wouldn’t return to this hotel. It seemed to attract young families meaning there were babies screaming.. everywhere. We went as a couple and were completely shocked at how many young babies were around. After speaking to a few other couples, we realised we weren’t the only ones feeling this! This should be marketed as a family hotel as it wasn’t relaxing at all. I’d also like to say that the staff were lovely. However the a la carte places seemed to rush your food. Your next course was served as soon as you’d finished, meaning meals never lasted longer than an hour. However on our last night we went to the seaside grill which was by far the best, best service and no rushed meals. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and I didn’t have to ask for a drink once, it was just refilled constantly. Best meal of the holiday. Shame this hotel isnt more ‘couples’ friendly for a relaxing week away as it really does have the potential to be a hotel that can suit everyone if they created a baby pool and had possibly adults only meal times/restaurants.

We paid over €600 per night for two people on the “unlimited luxury” all-inclusive package. We stayed two nights and left wishing we’d gone anywhere else. Food: Consistently Poor The buffet — marketed as a high-quality dining experience — served dried-out, leathery, and congealed food throughout our stay. Items were left sitting out for far too long. The “unlimited à la carte dining” advertised at check-in turned out to be largely inaccessible. Only one restaurant was open each evening, and booking through the app or guest experience counter was either impossible or met with fully booked slots. At the Italian restaurant, there was a 30 minute wait time. The seafood restaurant served stale bread, congealed taramasalata, and linguini with prawns that weren’t fresh. On our second morning, the milk in two of the coffee machines was sour. The food quality was so poor that we went out for dinner on our second evening. Service/ Operations: Disorganised We paid for a Preferred Area room, which includes access to a quieter heated pool. It had been overbooked, and all regular loungers were taken. I used an unoccupied cabana, many were empty. Three of them were marked as belonging to the spa, so I used one of the others with no sign. This seems fine, right? I was approached and asked to pay extra to use the cabana. After some back and forth, they agreed to waive the charge. This is a complete rip-off having already paid for use of these amenities. Bag storage was chaotic. At check-in, guest bags were left together with no tags or tracking system at reception. At check-out, staff nearly handed us someone else’s luggage. They did not add points for the stay to our World of Hyatt account. We’re currently trying to get this sorted out. When we raised our concerns — about food safety in particular — we received polite but robotic apologies from restaurant staff and the guest experience team. At check-out we gave all of this feedback. They arranged our airport transfer as a gesture of goodwill, and agreed to follow-up on our complaint. One week and counting, nothing so far. The Positives The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool areas, views and grounds are beautiful. Bottom Line The beauty of this hotel is superficial. It was problematic throughout. The issues ranged from food safety and quality concerns to broken promises that left us feeling we were ripped-off and misled. Everything was hassle, a bit stressful, and definitely not worthy of the price point.
