Can’t fault this hotel nice and clean Angelica our room domestic she’s been brilliant very friendly and a professional at her job. All staff were very friendly and polite couldn’t do enough to help, reception staff very polite and a glass of cava on arrival it made our wedding anniversary very special. Our bags were taken up to our rooms so no struggling. Food was nice couldn’t fault it. Entertainment every night was absolutely amazing. Table service for our drinks and mixed nuts, the rooms were nice and large clean with air conditioning. Showers wow nice and strong and hot. Been an absolute amazing stay here shall definitely come again.

We had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, spa beautiful, reception team very friendly and helpful- thank you Ari&Luna. Activities were relaxing and well organized. I did water aerobic and pilates with Jessica, glassjewellery workshop and archery. Thank you also to Andrea, Magda, Sandra from guest experience and Lazlo. Everything was spotless and the experience was excellent.

Amazing 5-star hotel experience. The food was excellent, cleanliness was impeccable, and there were fantastic shows every night — especially 4 Beats, Reflection, and the flamenco show. Plenty of activities for both kids and adults; we absolutely loved the recycled glass workshop. Big thanks Aisha, Magda & Jessica. The reception team was always smiling and welcoming (big team Ari, Marta & Luna) The spa is beautiful and very relaxing. Perfect location, just steps from the beach. We loved everything and would definitely come back!

Not 5 stars yet. If you plan to stay, it's a very good hotel with an amazing view, beach, and heated pools. I recommend bed and breakfast and dining out. A la carte is not worth it; the buffet is NOT better. The kids' club works only 4 hours a day, and the spa is far from a spa. The indoor pool is paid – not to the hotel but to the spa. Overall experience – mixed. Staff are very friendly and helpful – front desk and some in the restaurant; the rest are not even pretending to care. Missed cleaning day. Juice from concentrate and very poor pool bar options classify that hotel around 3/4 stars. Towel reserving issue still and place...no real effor to deal with it. Well done Overall progress has started and is visibly going in a good direction, but the problem is deeply rooted, so until the head management addresses the issues, more negative opinions will keep piling up. Definitelly not the HAYAT standard

We have just left the hotel after a wonderful week stay. I must say our two daughters had the best time with the entertainment staff. I’d like to give a big shout out to Zack who made the girl’s week. He is not only full of energy but is very helpful and friendly. He makes every effort to go out of his way to keep the kids happy which in turn makes a family break away that much more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and modern. I enjoyed breakfast but must admit the food become very repetitive (as do most all inclusive hotels). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
