We had an absolutely amazing holiday at this hotel from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The food was incredible with plenty of choice, always fresh, and something for everyone – every meal was a treat. The staff were fantastic: friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made the stay extra special. The atmosphere was relaxing, the facilities were excellent, and we honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, everything was just amazing. We had such a wonderful time and would 100% return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday.

Marta and Alexandro were fabulous running the wine tasting session. With people joining through the session the atmosphere was lovely, relaxed and welcoming. They were knowledgeable about the wines and it was lovely to see their passion about the islands flow through the session. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasting session and the cheese board too! Thank you!

We had a great stay here. The food was good and always served warm. The drinks were outstanding and arrived within minutes of ordering, no matter where we were in the hotel. All inclusive package is well worth it. I was a little concerned after reading some negative reviews, but we did not have a single issue during our stay. Service was smooth and reliable throughout. The Rituals soap in the bathrooms was a lovely touch. A special mention to Ed in the Disco Bar. He was friendly, welcoming, and made the evenings even better. We would definitely return.

Our stay was ok and the hotel was very nicely designed and overall very clean. Enjoyed the bottom pool with terrapins and fish. Mike's coffee bar was always excellent. Service good in disco bar. Otherwise, pools including heated pool cold, service lacking across all restaurants especially Italian and food often cold (vegetables, scrambled egg, rice dishes to name a few). Lack of vegetarian options - plate of undercooked vegetables with no sauce the option in steakhouse. Entertainment lacking and no atmosphere or music around any of the pools - very much retirement complex vibe. Rooms require updating. We paid nearly £4k for package holiday including flights and 5 nights all inclusive. That was four people across three rooms. Wouldn't say good value for money.

Such friendly staff nothing is a problem for them. Very large complex with relaxing atmosphere. Food selection is great with a choice of restaurants. Main Entertainment in the evening would be better if it was to start at 9/9-30pm as lot's of families would be able to enjoy it as they tend to go to bed earlier.
