An amazing stay, thanks to a wonderful team! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. As a travel nanny, I'm always hoping to meet people I can share my time with, and here I definitely did. First of all, the hotel itself is amazing and perfect for both adults and kids. We stayed in early September, so peak season was over and the atmosphere was much more relaxed. Even so, the entertainment team still gave it their all. I want to give a special mention to Sandra Merchán. The whole animation team was great, but Sandra made me feel truly welcome from day one. She showed me around the hotel, kept me company while I was playing with the children, played tennis matches with me, and helped me practice my Spanish without any judgment. She made my stay so much more personal and enjoyable, and it's obvious how much she loves her job and how much effort and enthusiasm she puts into it. Of course, I can't forget the rest of the staff, who also did an amazing job. The kids loved them, and so did the adults! A big thank you to everyone who keeps this hotel running: the cooks for the delicious food, the entertainers for all the activities, the reception team for their help, and the cleaning staff for keeping everything spotless. I can only recommend this hotel. 5 stars from me. I had an amazing time!

We have been coming to this hotel twice a year for the last 4 years, We have found the rooms are spotless, with lots of little touches to make your stay easy and comfortable. The balcony is a good size and the chairs are very comfortable with clean cushions . Restaurants are spacious with plenty of room around each table. Food is excellent with a wide selection to choose from, the desserts are made in their own kitchens and they are exceptional. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. There are two main pools and there is always plenty of sun loungers free. We like it very much.

This is our second time staying here, and it definitely won't be our last. We've had another fantastic holiday. The hotel itself is brilliant. The food is excellent, the facilities are spotless, and everything is so well looked after. But what really makes this place stand out is the people. From the warm welcome when we arrived, to the restaurant staff, to the lovely lady who cleaned our room every day, everyone was so friendly and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great holiday. The biggest thank you has to go to the Kids' Club/Animation team. They were absolutely amazing with our children and honestly made the holiday for them—and for us. Their enthusiasm, kindness, and endless energy were incredible, and our kids looked forward to seeing them every single day. They are a real credit to the hotel. It's the staff that turn a great hotel into a truly special one, and that's exactly why we came back a second time. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone and can't wait to return again.

Lovely hotel and beach was the best we saw on the island. 15minute walk to marina for dinner (easy). Breakfast excellent. Rooms very comfortable. Bar service by the pool was a bit slow and put me off getting a drink in the daytime/ice cream there. We stayed in A block - nice and quiet, easy to get to beach (balcony got a bit of music from the brits abroad swing disco in the evening but it wasn’t disturbing - maybe don’t stay in this block if that bothers you). The hotel is massive and takes a while to walk from that side to the kids club area. The pool was a bit chilly for me (heated one) but I’m a bit of a wimp! Kids animation team were really great - i mainly went with our 3yo as there wasn’t alot of other children at this time of year (left in the club) - have to mention Paula who was fantastic and my daughter warmed to her very quickly and was sad to leave. Hotel gave us a voucher to use the spa which was nice, was very quiet as think it’s 35euro normally (probably not worth this if you’re already paying for the hotel). Overall a good place to stay for families with some nice food options nearby.

Spent 5 days at this resort, firstly can I say the staff were exceptional!! Nothing was too much trouble, always friendly and helpful, so impressed and grateful. The food is outstanding and the selection is pretty amazing. Rooms large, maybe a little dated but otherwise couldn't complain. The only reason im rating it a 4 star rather than 5 is for 2 reasons. Water- asking for water at dinner would cost you...quickly adds up. Spa, to use the spa area and sit in the pool...35euro. Despite no one there etc. (Totally understand charging for treatments etc). Otherwise enjoyed my time there and again, the staff made it extra special!
