A great all inclusive resort. The drinks are premium, Mahou on tap and real cocktails in the piano bar (Old Fashioned, Martini etc.). The food is good and the mix of a la Carter restaurants and the main buffet keeps things fresh for 7-10 days without being to repetitive. The evening entertainment was surprisingly good. They have a rotation over 7 days, all genuinely talented. We went in June. I wasnt clear if they weren't at capacity, but getting a sun lounger wasn't ever an issue - no getting up at 7am to reserve. Overall, a relaxed, adult atmosphere great for couples. Big shout out to the gents in the piano lounge who were fantastic throughout, even when it got really busy during the evening entertainment. Getting a drink at your table was never an issue and they worked hard to achieve it.

Fabulous place where all of the staff are very friendly, we had some good laughs with Ruben. Would recommend private transfer for sure. The staff really go to extra lengths to make sure all your needs are catered for. I would definitely come back here for sure. The food when you book preferred is great, a la carte for each meal. See the pictures for the food quality. Coco cafe is a must but the drink quality can vary unfortunately the first lady making them was the best 👌🏼. Make sure to book a spa treatment so you can use the spa for your stay. See you again soon

I’d definitely give this hotel 5 stars! We had an amazing stay at Secrets Lanzarote. The entertainment and activities were brilliant and at no added cost to your stay. This meant there was plenty to do throughout the day and evening they held beautiful live preferences which was so lovely to watch. The spa was incredible and one of the highlights of the trip – such a relaxing and unique experience and they offered us a free voucher for one day which was just so kind and generous. The hotel has three different pools, so there was always somewhere to unwind, and it was great that they showed football in the halftime bar as the World Cup is going on! What really made the stay special, though, was the service. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. You genuinely feel special here, and it’s obvious that they really care about their guests. The only downside for me was the food selection for vegetarians, which could definitely be improved. There weren’t as many exciting options as I’d hoped for. However, this wasn’t enough to take away from what was otherwise a fantastic holiday as the marina was only a 10 minute walk with amazing food choices and they also hold a Friday market in the morning every week which had such beautiful dresses and creative trinkets. Overall, a wonderful hotel with outstanding service, great facilities, and a fantastic atmosphere. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lanzarote and it’s only a 15 minute drive from the airport. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As soon as you arrive, you're greeted by smiles from the reception staff, particularly Veronica. The Guest Experience Team are phenomenal, especially Carla who seems to be omnipresent 😂😍. If there are any issues, Carla and the rest of the team and staff will do their best to help. It was our third visit at the end of April 2026 and we are already booked to return later this year. There was some work going on to the grill restaurant, but it didn't impact our holiday greatly, as most of the noisy work was finished. Rooms are fabulous, shower superb, sunbeds are cushioned unlike some hotels and the food selection is very good. We love the fact that you don't have to book sunbeds or restaurants, it makes for a much more relaxing holiday! Never a problem finding a sunbed! Well done Secrets Lanzarote 👏⭐👏⭐

Firstly, there is no beach, don't believe what they say on expedia. We stayed here for 5 nights as a mini break. Service and hospitality was good but not wow. As it just outside of the main season it was very quiet & some of the restaurants/area of hotel were undergoing renovations/maintenance. We were supposed to be here all inclusive but due to a problem with Expedia, ended up with B&B. And honestly I'm glad. The food here especially in the buffet was average at best and very repetitive. I've had better food at lower price points. The speciality restaurant food was nicer but certainly not worth the up charge. We went to the local marina and found nicer food at decent prices. We stayed in the A block on the 8th floor. Warning to anyone, because its above the main atrium, it is very noisey in the evenings and more so when the entertainment is performing (which is ever night). Then there is also the loud clean up of that area, which seems to never end, with tables and chairs being dragged on tiles floor. The room was great, the only thing is expect to see ants, even in the bed.
