We had a fantastic stay at Secrets Resort & Spa Lanzarote. The resort is beautiful, spotless, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and cleaned to an excellent standard every day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The food and drinks were great, with plenty of choice at the buffet and a different theme each night, which kept the dining experience varied and enjoyable. Activities could be booked easily through the Hyatt Inclusive Collection app, making it simple to plan and make the most of our stay. The evening cocktail demonstrations were a real highlight for us and became something we looked forward to each night. They were great fun and a fantastic addition to the evening entertainment. A special mention to the resort’s resident cats, who added so much charm and made our holiday even more memorable. It was great to see them being so well cared for, and they truly added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the resort. They were such a wonderful part of our experience and may just have been the extra special touch that makes us want to return again in the future! Thank you to everyone at Secrets Resort & Spa Lanzarote for such a wonderful holiday and for creating so many happy memories.

Our stay at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa was honestly beyond amazing. If I could give more than 10 stars, I genuinely would — I would give 1,000,000 stars! 🌟 A massive thank you to Airam, who was absolutely incredible from the moment we arrived. As this was our first time at the resort and we had no idea where everything was, the tour he gave us when we checked in was amazing. He explained everything so clearly, showed us where everything was and gave us such helpful directions, which made settling in so much easier. He was so welcoming when taking us to our room and even made sure we had plenty of water for our stay. His hospitality, kindness and customer service were exceptional, and I genuinely could not rate him any higher. A massive thank you to Airam for making our arrival so special! Another huge thank you goes to Kevin at the pool bar, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He was always so welcoming, had a friendly smile every time we saw him and, what made it even more special, he always remembered our name. Those little personal touches really made the experience so much more memorable. His customer service was exceptional and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after

This was our sixth visit to the resort and yet again, it exceeded our expectations! We booked preferred swim-up suite all inclusive and it was perfection yet again. Super comfy beds, amazing power shower, spacious and luxurious with a perfect view of the sea. The guest experience team were fantastic from pre-arrival to departure. Our suite was exactly as requested as a mother & daughter both wanting our own space and the attention to detail was outstanding with a bed in the lounge for my daughter. A massive thank you to the team with a particular shout out to Carla & Valentine. Laura, yet again, was just amazing though and we cannot thank her enough for making our stay so perfect! She really cares and does everything with such passion. A true ambassador for Secrets ❤️ Food and drinks were wonderful across the resort. Thank you Javier for your leadership, supported by your staff, and for the quality & attention to detail. A special thank you also to Selene & Fernanda in The Lounge for their fantastic service and quality of drinks, they really are assets to the resort. Already booked our 7th & 8th visits, and we have high standards! Everything about this resort is perfection, elevated by the staff!

Day 8/8 Thank you Alesandro for the extra attention you signigicantly improved our stay. Overal score: 9.3 (blame my girlfriend I said 9.4) Not cheap but worth it. The staff have won me over for sure. The hospitality staff/front of house is fenomenal. There is plenty of activities here and food is quite good, im quite a picky eater, but after a few days I too could order plenty of good food's. (I don't eat pork or fish) If ur staying here and have had something happen which wasnt to ur liking i'd highly recommend telling them about it the staff will work tirelessly to make sure it does not happen again. (They genuinly felt incredibly helpfull about brought up issues.) Shout out to the pool bar stuff for their great sense of humor and comeradery when approriate, you could tell they have different aproaches to different people (of different ages). Which to me felt like a nice touch of personalisation. The location of secrets Lanzarote was quite nice its within walking distance of the port and if you plan on renting a car there is plenty of spaces. The busstop is about a 25minute walk and public transit is quite cheap aswell. We could tell there is a difference in how experienced the staff is but it makes for an entertaining mix. Small note regarding houskeeping: on day 2 & 3 of our stay; We specificly requested new sheets/blankets (by their card system) but did not get those on day 2. Our bed was made but it was the same blanket from arrival night 0 and day 1. On day 3 and 4 our sheets were still a bit mixed up where we had a combo of 3 pairs of under sheets and the blanket made into what looked like regular sheets. It was slightly bothersome but not that big of an issue for me, it was impressive to see and we genuinly thought it was supose to be that way till we noticed we had regular sheets from days 4-8 again.

A great all inclusive resort. The drinks are premium, Mahou on tap and real cocktails in the piano bar (Old Fashioned, Martini etc.). The food is good and the mix of a la Carter restaurants and the main buffet keeps things fresh for 7-10 days without being to repetitive. The evening entertainment was surprisingly good. They have a rotation over 7 days, all genuinely talented. We went in June. I wasnt clear if they weren't at capacity, but getting a sun lounger wasn't ever an issue - no getting up at 7am to reserve. Overall, a relaxed, adult atmosphere great for couples. Big shout out to the gents in the piano lounge who were fantastic throughout, even when it got really busy during the evening entertainment. Getting a drink at your table was never an issue and they worked hard to achieve it.
