Excellent hotel and location, and great value for money. The atmosphere was perfect. The hotel offered good quality entertainment in the evening and has a spa with gym, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room to use through the day. The rooms are cleaned daily, and all the cleaning staff were very polite. We stayed half board, and the breakfast and dinner options were brilliant. So much good quality food and choice to choose from. The staff were polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. The room was clean and ample for our needs, we had a top floor balcony room overlooking the terrace and 2 swimming pools. This is a over 18's hotel, so no children, which was one of the reasons we chose it. I have read reviews about this hotel that mentioned thin walls and noise from other rooms, but I can honestly say we never heard a thing. If you are thinking of holidaying in Alcudia then this hotel is perfect and one we will use again when we come back

Booked this hotel for four adults for a week. Excellent choice. Good location ten minutes walk to bars restaurant and the beach. Very nice beach with two loungers and an umbrella for 18euros. Occasional whiff of sulphare but other than that sea is shallow warm and beach lovely. Massage women and drink sellers are irritating but hey ho. The hotel is really clean well kept and.modern. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Nice pool if a bit enclosed but at least you can get a lounger as many just go to the beach. Rooms are fairly spacious with small balcony and modern toilet and shower. Breakfast is excellent (didn't take any photos) with good choice, cook station for omelettes etc. can eat in (Aircon) or out. Have to say bar prices are very competitive which is unusual so we always had a drink before we went out and sat on the front. Food lollies etc are also very well priced so nice to have lunch around the pool. There is entertainment but it's not well advertised so we didn't realise until the last night and missed it Only issue was no kettle in the room so no early morning coffee which we missed. Over all we had a great holiday and happy to recommend the hotel 😁

The hotel was great! Staff was very kind, welcoming and helpful - even going above our expectations. Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. You can make the room very dark with the terrace door and curtains. You can set the air conditioning. Breakfast was okay, and there was always room. Our room was on the side of the pool area, and we did not hear any noise from the street, but the performances every evening/night (until about 10-11 pm) were quite loud. The room was cleaned every day, but you can decide when the towels and sheets are changed. However, even if the towels are not changed, the cleaner did fold them again, and after that we did not know which was which, so I recommend changing towels every day, unless travelling alone. There is a locked room for your bags on arrival/departure day. You can get pool/beach towels from the reception to borrow. Mini fridge was a good size to fit multiple small water bottles. There is a drying rack on the balcony. The hotel is a short walk from the beach.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Delicious breakfast with fresh pastries and a chef who cooks eggs, omelets, and pancakes on the spot. Clean and well-organized rooms, with a terrace complete with a towel drying rack. Comfortable beds. Welcome drink and bottled water in the room. Pool area for cooling off and spa. Free paeking nearby. The best thing was the kindness of all the staff, especially the reception staff who helped us with an emergency.

Overall, we had a positive experience at EIX Alcudia Hotel. Our room was nice, although it was close to a fairly busy road, so street noise could wake you up at night if you left the window open. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, with everything you need nearby. We would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Port d’Alcúdia!
