The location is excellent, with easy access to both the beach and the bars. The snack bar serves lovely salads, and the small bar next door is well worth a visit, although it is cash only. The quieter part of the resort is around a 35-minute walk away, but it's completely flat and an easy stroll and worth a visit. The room was a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment, but it was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and the room was cleaned daily. There were a few drawbacks. Storage space was extremely limited, with very little room for clothing. There was no kettle in the room, the safe came at an additional cost, and the fridge leaked during our stay. The hotel caters predominantly to German guests, which was noticeable throughout our stay. The bar staff were inconsistent; some were friendly and welcoming, while others seemed uninterested in serving British guests. Overall, the location and cleanliness were the standout features. However, the lack of room facilities and storage, combined with inconsistent service, meant the hotel fell short of expectations in some areas.

Last minute decision and was one of the only choices. Patio light can’t be switched off, and curtains do not block the light. Noisy aircon Threadbare towels and tired linen on the bed Overall, not very good sleep. Rubbish internet as well, keeps dropping, losing signal. Rooms are clean, but that is the bare Minimum. Breakfast is also OK, not great coffee options. Just the machines and it’s not great. I had a few mornings where there were dirty cutlery on the table for breakfast. Consider other places first.

This is advertised as a 4 star hotel, which it isn't BUT this is a very clean hotel in a great location! All the communal areas (bar, restaurant, pool) are kept clean. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels provided daily. Beds weren't changed but were made daily which was fine for us. We had a 1 bedroom family room which had two singles pushed together in the main bedroom and a sofa bed in the 'sitting room'. None of the beds were comfortable but we slept fine. The room was a very good size with a kitchen sink, kettle, fridge, microwave and some basic crockery. We were always able to find something to eat in the restaurant. As expected it was buffet style with simple pastas and pizza for the kids, there was always an authentic Spanish dish in the evening and plenty to choose from at each meal time. We did make the restaurant manager aware of our daughter's allergies but to allowances were made so we just had to be super careful. The evening entertainment was as you'd expect. It's not the West End but it was some light entertainment to pass the evening and we really enjoyed the guitarist (Dan). If you want a sunlounger for the day, be down with your towels by 8.45am otherwise you won't get one. The on site shop by the pool is great, very cheap for cans of beer, crisps etc. The walk to the beach is about 3 minutes which was great for the sea swimmers in our group. Very short walk takes you to the promenade along the seafront where you'll find bars, shops and cafes - we went out here one evening when we didn't fancy the hotel entertainment and had good fun watching an MJ tribute act. We didn't use the indoor pool but it looked nice. Overall we had a nice stay here, reception staff were lovely. Would give it a solid 8/10 and would rate this a 3 star hotel.

The facilities are tired and dated, with an aesthetic that screams "1990s" and hasn't been whispered to since. From worn carpets to aging fixtures, the entire venue lacks the "luxury" or "comfort" labels it claims. At best, this is a 2-star property that happens to have a large footprint. Service: A Tale of Two Teams The human element of the stay is a bizarre study in contrasts: * The Reception: First impressions matter, and unfortunately, the reception staff seems to have missed the memo. Expect a cold, almost dismissive attitude. However, the most egregious "feature" is the policy on basic hydration. Even if you are on a half-board or inclusive plan, be prepared to pay for water. To charge guests for a basic human necessity in a hot climate—at 4-star prices—feels less like a "policy" and more like a blatant scam. Unless you only care about the cleanliness of your room and the proximity to the beach, your money is better spent elsewhere. First, the pros: breakfast buffet is good. The whole area is clean, including the rooms. Then, the cons: old fashioned building. Squeeking doors, defect keys, no heating, no air conditioning, lot of noise from the street. Apart from that: this hotel is for bike lovers only, don’t choose it for its beach or its pool.
