We had a wonderful experience at the spa. Gloria was very professional, welcoming and attentive throughout the massage. She made sure we felt comfortable and relaxed from beginning to end. The massage was excellent and exactly what we needed to fully enjoy our stay. A special thank you to Gloria for her kindness and professionalism, and also to the entire spa team for their warm welcome and great service. We truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it!

I have organised multiple events at the Elba Sunset hotel, which have been executed perfectly by everyone involved. This is a very good quality 4* hotel with great food, wonderful service and spectacular views from all-around. Our groups always feel very well taken care of, and from an organisation point of view I really appreciate the extra mile - accommodating requests. Jecerly in particular has been a superstar, her communication is clear, transparent, and very quick. She has the best interest in mind of the group, with whatever she does. The rest of the staff never wonders what is happening, as she has communicated everything perfectly to everyone involved. I know that I never have to worry when I take groups here. Appreciate everyone, thanks so much, and special hug to Jecerly :)

The hotel provided an exceptional experience during our week-long stay. The pool facilities and surrounding areas were well-maintained and clean. The restaurant offered high-quality service, and the beverages were served appropriately chilled. While the rooftop pool was quite cold, it remained a pleasant amenity. Additionally, the property’s elevated location proved to be very convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at Elba Sunset Hotel Magaluf and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the views are absolutely stunning. A very special thank you to the housekeeping team for all their hard work. Our room was always beautifully clean, fresh and well looked after. It’s clear how much care and effort goes into making guests feel comfortable, and it really didn’t go unnoticed. We’d also like to give a huge thank you to the reception team, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Breakfast was included in our package, I’ve coeliac disease & it catered well for this. Thank you to kitchen & waiting staff. It’s the people who make a hotel truly special, and the staff at Elba Sunset Hotel certainly made our stay memorable. We would happily return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay in Magaluf. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so wonderful! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Having stayed here for 10 days we’ve had a lot of time to pull thoughts together as to what we thought about our stay here. To summarise the stay we believe that the stay was below expectations of the perceptions online before going. Having said that there were some good pointers. The location despite the steep hill is very good and you can get to shops/bars/restaurants rather quickly. Secondly the cleanliness wasn’t an issue in our room and would say it was cleaned well. In addition to this the bed was very comfortable and very spacious which allowed a good sleep. Another good feature was the pool. Despite it being very shallow it was a good size and it offered great views out to the sea. However. The upgrade for a balcony view albeit (non sea view) was totally not worth the upgrade and in actual fact just pointless. For the money I believe it was just totally unfair, a view of a bush just doesn’t hit the cut. In addition to the room the bathroom layout is very poor and the build quality is atrocious. The shower leaks out into the middle causing no end of slip hazards, even despite many towels… aswell as this we were woken up in the middle of the night to the sound of a crash and bang. This was a result of the shampoo offered by the hotel on the wall of the shower falling on the floor, more than likely due to the usage of sticky tape… Furthermore the A/C in my opinion just wasn’t working well, it did the job, but wasn’t as cold as any one would expect from a 4*. Lastly the breakfast was just so unbelievably disappointing. The hot food was never hot and the quality was poor. It was just a total mess. If you wish to go down at 9:45am food is rarely replaced despite closing at 10:30. If I was to rate the breakfast it would be 3/10. Overall the stay wasn’t awful nor bad. It just lacked the quality a 4* hotel should have, and definitely for the price.
