We had a wonderful experience at the spa. Gloria was very professional, welcoming and attentive throughout the massage. She made sure we felt comfortable and relaxed from beginning to end. The massage was excellent and exactly what we needed to fully enjoy our stay. A special thank you to Gloria for her kindness and professionalism, and also to the entire spa team for their warm welcome and great service. We truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the setting is beautiful and modern, and the sea view from our room was absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is lovely, and the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always happy to help. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. The only point we would like to mention concerns the breakfast. As Muslims, we would have appreciated having more options for guests with dietary requirements. For example, offering some halal products or at least a few non-pork alternatives, as well as keeping the preparation and serving of pork and non-pork items separate. Unfortunately, we couldn’t even order an omelette because it was cooked on the same grill as the ham omelettes, which meant our breakfast choices were very limited. We found this quite disappointing, especially as a small change could make the breakfast much more inclusive for international guests with different dietary needs. Apart from this, everything else was excellent, and we would like to thank the entire team for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. We would happily recommend this hotel and hope our feedback will be taken as a constructive suggestion to make the experience even better for all guests.❤️

We came for the spa and massage, greeted by Flor and her team member whose name began with A. They both gave me and my partner a massage. We got 1 hour use of the facilities which were just outstanding. Very clean professional and what you expect for paying the money. Thank you so much, also we will be staying here next when we visit Palma. Such a beautiful outstanding hotel!!!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I first visited about four years ago, and unfortunately I have to say that the cleanliness has remained just as poor as it was back then. At the time of my first stay, I even spoke with a manager named Juan, who assured me that they would try to improve things. Sadly, nothing has changed since then. The housekeeping is still very disappointing. The room did not feel properly cleaned: the bed was made, but one pillowcase clearly needed changing and was simply left as it was. We ended up sleeping two people with just one pillow. There were also hairs on the floor, which made it obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned. It felt like only the trash was taken out and the bed was quickly straightened without any real attention to detail. This is not the level of service you expect from a hotel, especially considering the price paid. On a positive note, the breakfast was ok, with a large buffet and variety, and the staff were polite. However, due to the ongoing issues with cleanliness over the years, I would not choose to stay here again.

I stayed at Elba Sunset Mallorca on my first solo trip, and first time in Mallorca and it was a fantastic stay. I was amazed at the stylish, well-maintained rooms and the care of the staff in providing every service needed. The hotel’s facilities were 10/10, which made it an incredible first impression of the island. The breakfasts were stocked with lots of delicious food types, and were a great start to the day. The hotel is in the perfect location, close to nearby beaches and great transport links to other places on the island. I am very grateful to Elba Sunset Mallorca for making my stay wonderful, and always making sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. I will definitely stay here again, next time I come to Mallorca.
