⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at this hotel was amazing overall. I met so many excellent people during my holiday, and the majority of the staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. The only disappointing part of my experience was at the beginning of my stay, when I dealt with Laura and Mar. I already had a confirmed booking online, but I was asked to pay an additional €50. This was not a great first impression and was the only part of my stay that I felt could have been handled better. Thankfully, everything improved from there. I met some fantastic members of the team who really made our holiday special. A special mention goes to José at the swimming pool, who did an excellent job looking after the children and making sure everyone was safe and enjoying themselves. His effort and positive attitude were greatly appreciated. I would also like to recognise Mohammed, one of the chefs in the VIP kitchen. He was absolutely amazing always welcoming guests with a big smile and providing excellent service. His entire team were professional, friendly and presented themselves extremely well, with clean uniforms and a positive attitude towards everyone. That level of care and happiness genuinely made the food and the whole dining experience feel even better. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and made some great memories. Despite the issue at the beginning, the excellent staff we met afterwards made a big difference to our experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Palma, especially families. I enjoyed my stay so much that I will definitely be coming back soon! ☀️🌴 A big thank you to all the staff who made our holiday special. ❤️

We had a fantastic holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although the rooms are basic, the hotel was clean, well-maintained and perfect for families, with excellent facilities and a great waterpark that kept all three of us entertained throughout the holiday. The food offered was nice, not the hugest amount of choice but always done well and the staff across the resort were always friendly, welcoming and happy to help, especially the Scottish lady on reception (so sorry, I didn’t catch her name!) The atmosphere around the hotel was fun, relaxed and ideal for creating wonderful family memories. A special mention must go to the animation team, who were absolutely outstanding. Their energy, enthusiasm and dedication made a huge difference to the experience for our dance loving little boy! From daytime activities to the evening entertainment, they worked incredibly hard to ensure guests of all ages had a great time. They were friendly, engaging and always encouraged everyone to join in (but without it feeling too pressured) which created a fantastic holiday atmosphere so thank you SO MUCH to them all. Thank you to the entire team at Fergus Club Waterpark Majorca for an unforgettable stay. We would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed at the hotel with a group of 6 people (3 rooms) one of the best thing was that our rooms were located practically next to each other, which made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable. Rooms were big, nicely decorated and very clean. Overall the hotel was really lovely and the waterpark was a huge plus! We used it every day and really enjoyed it. Food was quite average but there was enough variety for everyone to find something they liked. The hotel’s location was also a big advantage making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Let's start off with the room; it was surprisingly large with a nice separation of living room with a tv, couch and extendable bed, a nice modern bathroom and a spacious bedroom. Both bedroom and livingroom had large sliding glass doors opening up to a private balcony looking over either the waterpark, inner courtyard or the more relaxed swimming pool area (depending on the room). The downsides of the room were that the hallway was quite noisy, which echoed through the room. Being a waterpark resort you can imagine the ratio of loud kids screaming and stomping, so if you aim to get an early night's rest you may want to reconsider. This is again reinforced by the late night entertainment, albeit it very nice to have, it prevents you from sleeping before midnight when your room is adjacent to the inner courtyard. The location is geographically nice: being very close to a beach facing west to watch the sunset and various bars along the sand. The 3/5 review for the location is therefore very personal and has more to do with the people than the actual place: it is outrageously touristy, everything is tailored to the shallow, surface level, teenage dream of going clubbing, buying funky accessoires and clothing and taking the perfect selfie on the beach. Furthermore, you may find it shocking if you go to this hotel without kids of your own. It is the perfect place to let loose your kids as the waterpark has kid-friendly areas and a varied (albeit still bland) buffet. Without kids of your own you will see the sheer amount of foodwaste around you: kids serving themselves three full plates of fries, desert and spaghetti and eating just a handful, therefore leaving an entire table full of uneaten food. Unfortunately this isn't a rare occassion as this happened across most tables. If you're looking for a relaxing trip without kids, I'd suggest to look elsewhere or stay here for a limited amount of time whilst exploring the area. If you have kids and you want a break from them and give them a free pass to do anything, sure this is the place. Which brings me to the service part: I'd like to give a very special thank you to Sarah, who I met at the reception. She speaks both fluent Spanish and English (and I'm sure she speaks more languages). She was so incredibly helpful in any and all aspects, including calling the airport to make sure I did not have to pay for anything in the hotel (due to a canceled flight) for an extended period of time, handling lost keys and organising a taxi back to the airport. Everytime I went to the reception she'd come walking to the desk with her perpetual and honest smile, making a potentially very stressful situation into a nice experience.

We are currently on the final day of our 10 day holiday at Fergus Club Europa. Hotel is great value for Money.and caters well for all. The kids pool is busy but great fun and there is a quiet pool if you want a more calm atmosphere. Food is excellent. Overall a lovely holiday and experience. Staff are helpful and work extremely hard.
