We picked this holiday as it seemed to have everything we wanted for ourselves and our 14 year olds. After reading the reviews we were very put off and looked for alternatives. We just kept coming back to this one due to price and everything it had to offer. So we thought people generally only leave a review of a bad experience and in some cases a really good one. So we booked it! We were not sorry! The hotel is in a fantastic location with shops and bars right outside the rear entrance and the strip 10 minutes away. However it was so peacefully quiet at night. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food was what you expect if your not paying 5☆ but we had no complaints whatsoever, it was always varied and we really enjoyed it. The pizza and burger vans were a great idea and so quick...no queues. The slides were fab and our boys loved them as did i. The hotel was spotless and always being cleaned. The magnus upgrade was completely worth it as there was no queue at magnus restaurant and magnus bars. We had a coffee machine and kettle in room but didn't use it, the pool view was amazing especially at night. My only gripe is Jack Daniels not being on the magnus upgrade. I would definately return again with my family and highly recommend it to anyone.

Had such a good stay here, nothing to complain about or fault. I came with my friend (we are both young girls), while the hotel is mainly catered for families we still had a great time here! It’s in a great location, 5/10 minute walk to the beach and there were areas by the pool we could relax without as many children around. The food was really good, different themed meals each night and the entertainment was also really good. Quick service at the bars and super friendly staff! There was lots of entertainment throughout the day too! Absolutely would come again!!

It is as good place if you have small kids. Nothing to do with teenagers though. They are too big for lots of kids activities here, and too small to do jet skiing for example. Service is good, towels were changed daily. Rooms are not new, but clean and comfy. Staff is friendly. Food is questionable but it is much better than in other all inclusive hotels I have been before. You will always get fresh fruits, veggies. Fish, chicken, pork - all is eatable. You will not enjoy it, if you are a foodie, but it is ok. If you have small kids, ask for a room far from stage. Otherwise no sleep until 23.30. Note, all deposits for thing you need to borrow, like extra towels or electric kettle, is in cash. You pay deposit 10 eur + 5 eur for the day of usage. Well that was strange, but who am I to question the hotel policy. Take your own shampoo and conditioner. Your hair will thank you later. I understand people who are very happy about this hotel, and people who are leaving negative reviews. It is all about expectations. If you want luxury, pay more and find another place to complain about. Fergus provides exactly what you pay for. I really enjoyed our stay here.

Location was perfect for us, we like to explore and could walk easily or use local transport to visit other areas of the island. It is a very big hotel so our view was just looking at the hotel however our room was across from the entertainment so once our little boy was asleep we could sit on the balcony and enjoy. Bathroom was perfect, very big shower and all shampoo, conditioner and soap was supplied (we brought our own as well) we tried the shampoo etc though and it was really nice. The room was cleaned daily and to a very high standard, all staff at the hotel work so so hard considering how many rooms there are and how many people were staying at the time we were here. The food has been incredible, so so much to choose from help yourself buffet style and everything has been so so tasty, our 3 year old has had a lot to choose from as well, there’s always something for the kids and if they want to try the local dishes then they have that option as well. Always fruit and veg available. The staff in the restaurants are incredible they clear the table and have it ready for another family as soon as you have finished and make sure it’s all cleared and cleaned, they really do work so hard. The hotel itself is incredible it is really really big, several lifeguards at every pool always watching the children, and finally, the Irish pub which is in the resort if you stay for more than 7 nights then you get a meal included in your all inclusive package and the food, drinks and service in here is also amazing especially if you prefer more of a dining experience. Samual & Marcus served us in mckevitts and the team were amazing, go above and beyond for the guests. Our first holiday with our 3 year old and we couldn’t have picked a better place. We’ve had a fantastic stay at Fergus Club Mallorca Waterpark and would happily recommend it to families. One thing we particularly loved was how strict the hotel is about sunbed reserving. It made the whole atmosphere around the pool much more relaxed and fair. There was none of the usual holiday stress of people claiming beds at dawn and disappearing for hours. It really helped create a more chilled and enjoyable experience for everyone. The food has been consistently good, with plenty of choice, and the entertainment has been excellent. The Michael Jackson show was a real highlight of our stay, and the inflatable bouncy dome has provided hours of fun for my son. The beach is also only a short five-minute walk away, which is a lovely bonus. A special mention goes to Jamie at the splash pool bar. He has looked after us brilliantly throughout the holiday. Always friendly, helpful and welcoming, and nothing has ever seemed too much trouble, even when I was asking for extra lime in my lime and soda every time! He is a credit to the team and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that it would be nice to be able to grab a coffee before 8am, and as an early riser I’d have loved the pools to open a little earlier than 10am. That said, I appreciate I’m probably in the minority on that one! Overall, we’ve had a wonderful holiday, made some lovely memories, and would definitely consider returning in the future.
