Visited with my partner beginning of June 2026. The hotel rooms were perfect, plenty of room and a good TV. The toilet did break at one point but the staff were very efficient and fixed it. We did half board (breakfast and dinner) and there was good variety and very delicious food each evening. Breakfast was more of a set menu each day but was delicious all the same. Drinks were free for breakfast but were charged at dinner which surprised us the first time, even for water. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, always happy to answer our questions and help us with local spots and finding our excursion buses. Also practically beach front which was nice having that, and a mini market was 2 minutes up the road for all bits and bobs needed. Very accessible via public transport into Palma via direct bus on multiple routes. All in all a great hotel that catered to our exact need for a reasonable price 👍🏻

Had a lovely week's stay in the Fergus Style Palma Nova. We stayed in a large twin room overlooking the sea. The room was very modern and comfortable. The only niggle I had was the lack of privacy in the bathroom and in the toilet area.  There wasn't a door to the bathroom. The toilet door was made from glass (opague) So, you can hear when someone is on the toilet.  ( not good if you get embarrassed easily) The design was very strange. But apart from that the room was great. The staff on reception, especially Aga, was delightful, very friendly. The pool area was refreshing. Nice and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely hotel with great, friendly staff. The rooms are nice. Slight issue with the amount of panelled wood. When sitting up in bed we had to have the pillow behind us our our hair would get caught in the panelling. Restaurant was good. The hotel is 'adult only' and this is reflected in the food on offer. The variety was great and varied each day and wasn't the basic burger,chicken nuggets, or chips All in all a great place to stay.

This hotel offers very poor value for money. There were no basic toiletries in the bathroom—no cotton buds, cotton pads, comb, or nail file. Slippers were only available upon request at reception, and even the safe required a key that had to be collected separately. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. Lovely hotel, we upgraded to a suite on arrival and it was worth it, huge lounge/bed room and fantastic Seaview from balcony and our private upper terrace. But I wasn't keen on the see-thru glass walls of the shower, or the sink being open to the bedroom! Staff were very helpful (especially Aga on reception). Outside pool and seating areas all nicely furnished and clean. We used the indoor Spa, it's small but ideal for 2 people with mini pool, sauna & recliners (needs pre-booked). Decent selection of drinks at the bar, usual hotel prices. We were on Half Board, breakfast was ok, usual buffet stuff, but felt dinner in evening wasn't really 4 star standard- show cooking with fresh meat or fish was good, but salads, vegetables and desserts could have been better. Hotel is ideally located on the beach, and right next to lots of different styles of restaurants and cafés, some of these not yet open for summer. Would go back to this hotel, but stick to B&B.
