Excellent hotel in Palmanova! The location is perfect, very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and always ready to help. The service is excellent and everything in the hotel is very well organized. I had a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days. When I arrived, the floor was dirty with black spots that I don't know what they were. The room door wouldn't open fully, and I had to use a lot of force to open it. Every time I turned on the bathroom sink, a strong and strange smell came out. We booked an appointment at the spa, and when we got there, nothing worked; the water wouldn't heat up. The pool was extremely cold and dirty. I believe that if I paid for a room with a private pool, I have the right to have it at least clean. I knew the water could be cold, but it was abnormally cold, simply frozen. I went for a walk and left the hotel two days around 9 am. I put up a sign to have the room cleaned, intending for the cleaning lady to clean it. I arrived at the hotel around 5 pm, and nothing had been done (two days in a row). When it was already 6 pm, she knocked on the door when I no longer needed her. Honestly, for a "4-star" hotel, it left much to be desired. I would have preferred not to have left home. I don't think it's even worth 1 star. The only thing... Breakfast and dinner were more or less good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help. The restaurant service and food quality were excellent. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and very accessible. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Positives: • The room and the shower area are spacious and decorated in a modern style • There are ~8 parking spots at the back of the hotel. Additionally, there are plenty of parking places on the street. (Note: We visited in December) • The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. We especially like the Balearic corner—with special sausages, olives, and sauce. • The Christmas lunch menu at the bar was delicious. Issues: - (We stayed in December.) There was no room heating. The air conditioning only produces cold or neutral air. No warm air. Therefore, the room was very cold on rainy days. - In the morning of 26 December, there was no warm water. After calling the reception, 15 minutes later, we found the warm water running by chance. It would have been nice if the reception had informed us. - The reception staff should inform guests upfront that the pool in the spa room is not heated. We were misled that it was heating up three times.

The first thing in a room one would expect is a comfortable sleep. My three nights has been disastrous as I couldn't sleep because of heating in the room. The staff told me how to change it but they also told me that it wont give cool air as its winter or else I switch it off. If I switch that off the ventilation wasn't there. I did tell staff all the 3 nights and they tried to help but made it clear that the room will be warm. So I didnt enjoy my stay due to disturbing nights. Breakfast was amazing and staff at reception and bar is amazing. Kamal and the other lady(Lorenzo) in the morning were very good in customer service. I will visit again due to the beautiful location but will try in summer when the air con throws cool air.
