The location could not have been better, right on the main road facing beach and promenade. The lobby was very well done. The pool on 1st level was the highlight overlooking beach and promenade. There were a lot cafes, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walking. The taxi stand was just outside. The breakfast in the morning was quite good though with limited veg options. The staff at reception was always very helpful and courteous. Housekeeping was also praiseworthy. I have given this place four stars though it deserves five stars. One big problem was our room. We had booked a premium room with small terrace and jacuzzi. The problem was this hotel is in L shape and our room was in this L wing. There was a building in front of our room which blocked 75% view of beach and sea. A normal double room on the higher floor above pool would have been better.

We had such a lovely time at the hotel for a couple nights for our honeymoon. We actually ended up swapping over to this hotel as our original place was a total bust. The staff were so accommodating getting us into our room early and dropping off goodies to help us celebrate. The rooms are modern and clean. We loved spending time on our balcony early morning and at sunset. Some reviewers said the rooms were on the small side, but we didn’t find the size to be a bother at all. Amazing options for the breakfast buffet. No problems getting sun beds at the pool. We loved that we could leave the pool and walk to the beach for our swim breaks. Pool area itself isn’t mind blowing and we noted that you can hear noise from the street traffic. Overall, had a fabulous stay and so happy that the staff/hotel could turn our honeymoon experience around!

My Husband booked this hotel for our Honeymoon and we were just blown away. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the rooms are spacious with a real modern feel. The view from our room was just perfect. The food was outstanding with plenty of choice, we were bed & breakfast. There was a chef there ready to cook anything in particular you wanted. The staff are just so lovely, very happy to help and just so welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect, a stone throw from the beach and all the restaurants, cafés & bars you could want surrounding it. If you want a perfect romantic get away I'd 100% recommend. We wished we'd stayed longer.

First time staying at this Fergus. Have enjoyed the Bermudas in the past. Glad to enjoy the same great hospitality at this location. Good attentive staff, great breakfast and dinner choices. Clean spacious pool deck. Comfortable rooms with just the facilities you need. Can’t really fault this hotel. Look forward to booking again in the future.

Excellent hotel ,good buffet style meals. Although the hotel has lifts we were in a room which also used a small staircase to reach it. We are both disabled and found this not easy to use. The hotel was chosen for its location and lift access! You also had to go up and down another small set of stairs to access the raised check in desk. Next time we come we will check more thoroughly the room access.
