I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. A special mention goes to Mr. Sai from the front office, whose polite, warm, and ever-smiling nature truly stood out. His professionalism and friendly attitude made us feel welcomed from the very beginning and added a personal touch to our experience. I would also like to sincerely appreciate the maintenance staff member who promptly attended to fix a leakage issue from the washroom ceiling. Although I regret not asking for his name, his quick response, efficiency, and courteous behavior did not go unnoticed. It is team members like Mr. Sai and the dedicated maintenance staff who make a stay truly memorable and comfortable. Their efforts reflect the hotel’s commitment to excellent service and guest satisfaction. Thank you once again for a pleasant experience — I would definitely look forward to staying here again!

Exceptional Hospitality by Mr. Manoj! Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai was truly wonderful, and one of the biggest reasons was Mr. Manoj. His hospitality, professionalism, and caring attitude were outstanding. He always greeted us with a warm smile, made sure all our food preferences were taken care of, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Employees like Mr. Manoj are a true asset to the hotel. His dedication to guest satisfaction reflects the highest standards of customer service. We sincerely appreciate all the care and attention he gave us throughout our stay. Thank you, Mr. Manoj, for making our Dubai trip even more special. Had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The hotel atmosphere was excellent and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was super with a great variety of food, and the dinner was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly, supportive, and provided great service throughout our stay. Spacious Gym.Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing experience. Highly recommended

The Hotel itself is ok, but the staff is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Especially the breakfast was poorly managed, the spread is mediocre and I stayed for 3 nights and waited 15 mins each day for breakfast. Additionally, I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay, at approximately 1:30 a.m., the water heater in our room burst while my wife was using the bathroom. The incident was both shocking and distressing, especially in the middle of the night. However, when we called the room services, the reaction was even more surprising as there was no apology or no sense of urgency. They asked us to wait till morning for repairs. We insisted that we have early morning plans and we want to change the room. They confirmed they will provide us room change in the morning The next morning, we were instructed to pack our belongings and prepare for the room change. After doing so, we waited for nearly 30 minutes without any assistance or updates. Throughout this process, I was dealing with a staff member named Dhilna, whose behavior was exceptionally rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than helping to resolve the issue, she repeatedly delayed matters and eventually stopped answering our calls altogether. It was only after I personally went to the front desk that the manager, Vinod, became aware of the situation. To his credit, he apologized and personally helped arrange the room change. I never had such a terrible experience in a four-star rated hotel and I have never dealt with a staff like 'Dhilna' in hospitality even in lower star-rated hotels let alone a 4-star. Not recommended at all. There are much better hotels nearby.

Stayed here for over a week and will highly recommend it! The rooms were spotless clean and well equipped, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet had plenty of options that were all delicious, and the service was prompt - everything you need for a perfectly comfortable stay while on a vacation. The location is also quite convenient with Indian restaurants and hypermarkets at a walking distance. Overall a great experience and if I visit again I would love to stay here 💛
