Stayed at this hotel for a week for a family vacation. 1. Rooms - Spacious rooms with all basic amenities. We stayed in a king size bed room. Adequate seating space. The best part was that there were enough drawers and cupboards for us to keep our stuff for a week. The only issue was lack of enough channels on the TV 2. Food - best part. I was particularly worried about food for my parents who would be comfortable with indian vegetarian food. The restaurant (Purani Dilli) is very good. The quality is very good and the service is prompt. 3. Location - Very conveniently located in Bur dubai. Close to many attractions. 4. Overall - Very courteous staff. Sai was the one who welcomed us at 3:30 am when we checked in. Later on, the hotel took care to get two adjacent rooms that was a great help. OVerall, we loved our stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location is quite good, and it’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the nearest metro station, which was manageable. We had booked a studio room, and it exceeded our expectations — the room was spacious, comfortable, and very well designed. The room was exceptionally well equipped, with a washing machine, microwave, induction cooktop, and other essentials, which made the stay very convenient, especially for a longer duration. The concierge staff were extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay, and the shuttle service to Dubai Mall was a big plus and saved us time and effort. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good variety and quality options to choose from each morning. The only downside was that room cleaning was delayed almost every day, which could be improved. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend the hotel, especially for families or long stays.

Great hotel. For us it was home away from home as we ended up staying here for 8 days due to the Iran War. And they made us feel welcome. Unlimited drinking water, great amenities and lovely location. There are Super markets, coffee shops, Indian restaurants very close to it. Loved staying here ❤️❤️

It’s 02 hours after paying ₹56000 for 2 nights our family have to wait at reception and requesting them for providing double bed instead of twin bed but this is surprisingly a Marriott property shamelessly keep standing you at reception and begging you for Just Double bed, with 6yrs old kid towing bed is not suitable. Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money We booked 2 Double Rooms for 2 nights and paid ₹56,000 in advance. Despite this, the hotel staff tried to charge extra money at the property without any clear or valid reason. We even showed proof that the double rooms were available as per the booking confirmation, but they still attempted to take additional payment from us. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a brand property. The service quality does not match the price at all. With a 3.6 rating, I believe the actual experience feels closer to 2 stars or even lower. Guests should be careful before booking here. Very disappointing stay and not recommended.

This hotel is absolutely amazing and the price/quality ratio is superb for Dubai. We have stayed here at 3 different occasions and during all of the stays the experience was excellent. The breakfast has a wide variety of food (both European and Indian) and is very efficiently ran by chef Shaiful and the entire crew in the restaurant. A special compliment for Matthew for his fantastic help and being the epitome of hospitality! Rooms are very clean and housekeeping is adequate to follow up on personal requests. The concierges Harris, Hassan, Abishek and Desmond were very helpful with luggage, beach towels, managing the shuttles to Kite Beach/Dubai Mall and fixing taxis. Hospitality at its finest! In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a clean, well organized and professionally staffed hotel in Dubai.
