The location is good and the bed was comfortable but this place is not nice at all. The bathrooms aren’t clean, paint is peeling off the walls, the AC unit and windows are grimey, and the configuration is very tight. Also someone who wasn’t employed there had a key that was able to unlock my room and came in, luckily I had the extra door hook on or a random man would have entered my room while I was in bed. Unsafe and not clean, there are so many options in the city, don’t book here.

The location is undeniably amazing. However, the rooms are too small and not clean enough. When you enter a bad smell welcomes you in and then. The TV is cracked and the pillows are tattered. The flush was getting stuck so I had to fix it. The carpets were stained. The staff at reception cant say they were very nice. I really did not enjoy staying there at all and was terribly disappointed. Yes, location matters but you also would need space to breath and chill.

This review is specifically for the moronic room design of the doubles. The bathroom door is entirely lightly frosted glass that will let all the light from the bathroom into the sleeping area that also allows those in the bedroom to view a silhouette of your friend or family member squatting to use the toilet. It’s so weird that I had to politely look away from the direction of the bathroom anytime one of my guests in a 4 person room used it. The doubles are priced to accommodate 4 people so I don’t find it fair to make them so uncomfortable on purpose. While we are at it… put a little shelf on the other side of the bed. I shouldn’t have to put my bedside stuff on the floor as if I were staying in a poorly furnished Airbnb. Otherwise, the staff were absolutely lovely and the room was clean. It’s a shame that the facilities committed to the further degrading (wanted to use a different word but got flagged) of goods and services in the modern day.

This is a great hotel! First, their customer service and supper at the hotel was exceptional ! All guests received bottled water daily when requested. Upon our check out, the kids for fresh cookies. The hotel is situated in a convenience location.

Stay was great from beginning to end. Check in was quick with Jair. He was friendly and very helpful with recommendations about where to eat and what to see. I cannot say enough how helpful he was. Thanks Jair. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was close to everything. I would recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.
