If you are looking for top-tier service and a wonderful stay, this hotel comes highly recommended! The choice to spend a birthday here was the best decision, and the entire team truly blew expectations away with their unmatched hospitality. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming. They made the special day extra memorable by surprising us with an amazing room upgrade and putting up the most thoughtful birthday decorations. It’s rare to find a place that cares so much about the details and makes guests feel so genuinely celebrated.

The best rollaway bed I ever had after travelling to so many countries. Better than Europe. The mattress is so thick and very comfy. The pillows are also wonderful. The apartment comes with full appliances, a dryer, a washing machine, a microwave, a big fridge, etc. The best is the balcony that is connected to all rooms and the living room. Only one issue to mention is the lift. Only 4 lifts serve 40 storeys of rooms. It takes a while to reach your level. Another good point is that there is a staff member always at the lobby to press the lift for you, to make sure the lift is at the lobby level as quickly as possible.

I would like to start by emphasizing that this hotel truly deserves recognition. In terms of cleanliness, service quality, food, staff friendliness, reception efficiency, and overall facilities, everything is outstanding and absolutely worthy of a five-star rating. The team clearly puts great effort into maintaining a high standard, and this is very much appreciated. There is only one aspect that, unfortunately, prevents me from giving a full five-star review, and that is what feels like an inconsistency in certain policies. For example, smoking is permitted in front of the hotel and at the Skyview area, yet it is not allowed on the balconies due to concerns about smoke odor. If the balcony door remains closed while smoking, it is difficult to see how smoke would enter the room. Additionally, if balconies were equipped with basic outdoor furniture such as chairs, a small table, and an ashtray, this would likely prevent any inappropriate disposal of cigarette waste. Furthermore, guests are staying in private accommodations, and one could argue that they should be able to enjoy a reasonable degree of personal freedom within their private space, including the option to step onto their own balcony and smoke responsibly. Another point relates to beverage policies. Guests are allowed to consume their own drinks in their rooms, which is completely understandable. However, bringing personal beverages to the Skyview pool area is not permitted. While I fully understand that the hotel aims to generate revenue from food and beverage sales, a price of €12.50 for a beer feels disproportionately high and may discourage guests from purchasing drinks there. A more moderate pricing strategy could potentially encourage higher sales volume. Allowing guests to consume their own beverages in the Skyview pool area might not necessarily result in financial loss, especially considering that very few guests seem to order drinks there anyway. Please understand that this feedback is meant constructively. Overall, the hotel provides an excellent experience, and my comments are simply intended as suggestions that could make it even better.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and were absolutely satisfied. The rooms are spacious and clean. The interior design is very modern. All the staff were extremely friendly and we felt very welcome. We would especially like to mention the employees Bilal and Waqas, as they greeted us warmly every time, talked to us so kindly, and gave us many helpful tips for our stay in Dubai. We were always happy to see them because they welcomed us with a smile — you can truly see that they do their job with heart, just the way it should be. We had a wonderful vacation and can recommend this hotel 100% to everyone. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly located no matter where you want to go, it is very easy to reach by metro, taxi, or even on foot.

I had a solid stay at the Four Points on SZR. The location is perfect for getting around Dubai, but the hotel’s pickup area is quite small and often has a line of cars. Pro tip: There is an exit to SZR right before the hotel, if you’re using Uber, Careem, or a taxi, ask to be picked up a block early to save time. The check-in was fast and the hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. I also want to give a special mention to the housekeeping staff, they were absolutely amazing, incredibly thorough, and made sure everything was spotless throughout my stay. You won't go hungry here, as there are plenty of dining options both in the hotel and within walking distance. On the downside, the elevators are slow and small; I often had to wait for several rounds before getting on. The gym on the 41st floor offers stunning views, though the equipment is a bit dated. The rooftop pool on the 43rd floor is also a highlight; it’s a decent size and offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Dubai skyline. As for the accommodations, the rooms are spacious but definitely need a bit of a refresh. Overall, I’d still recommend it!
