I had a wonderful dining experience at Four Seasons Bahrain. The food quality was outstanding, with every dish prepared to perfection. The ambiance and décor were equally impressive, creating a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Joy deeb, who served us with a genuine smile throughout the evening. His friendly attitude and attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. However, my highest appreciation goes to Ola, the manager. Despite not having a reservation, she took the time to assist us, kindly asked us to wait, and did her best to accommodate us with a table. What truly stood out was her professional yet warm approach, her patience, and her exceptional way of dealing with guests. She made us feel valued and welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable experience. I look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for excellent food, outstanding service, and a beautiful atmosphere.

What About Me
The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very luxurious, and I overall enjoyed my stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The concierge service was quite weak and not very helpful when it came to local attractions or recommendations, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Service in general was also slow at times. I also noticed that none of the artwork displayed in the hotel had the artists’ names or signatures, which felt like a missed opportunity, especially since some pieces looked quite significant. I tried the Lebanese restaurant, Byblos, but unfortunately it did not meet expectations. Lebanese cuisine is usually known for its generous portions and warm, lively atmosphere, but the experience here felt quite limited in terms of food variety and the ambiance was rather plain and quiet. Despite these points, the hotel itself remains very elegant, and I hope these aspects can be improved in the future.
