We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Everything was beautifully traditional and well maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. The reception service was outstanding, and the staff were always welcoming, professional, and ready to help. The activities area was also fantastic and added so much fun to our stay. Every team member was kind, friendly, and very supportive throughout our visit. A special thanks to Ms. Nikita, who helped us with every little detail and made our stay even more comfortable. Her kindness, dedication, and willingness to assist at all times truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality, amazing food, wonderful activities, and exceptional service. We look forward to visiting again soon!

The service was amazing from the minute we arrived to the port. It was an easy check in where they took our luggage and gave us our room number. They served us coffee date and there were other snacks. Their coffee was good. We arrived to the resort by boat and were taken directly to the villa. There are many activities to do make sure to check them out before going to reserve. The kids enjoyed the Bear Gryll experience of survivals. The water park was nice and the beach is so clean. Food was good with 2 options buffet menu Service was excellent, Michael was great with the kids. Also the service in the restaurant they were very quick and very adoptable with the kids orders.

Our stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. Everything was perfect from the service to the overall atmosphere. The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. We would especially like to appreciate Miss Nikita from the Front Office for her excellent hospitality and professional behavior. She welcomed us with a genuine smile, assisted us very politely, and made the entire check-in process easy and pleasant. Her caring attitude and dedication to guests are truly commendable. A big thank you as well to Nikita from the bahri for the wonderful dining service. She was very friendly, attentive, and always ensured that everything was perfect for us. Her positive attitude and excellent service made our meals even more enjoyable. The food quality was amazing, the rooms were comfortable, and the service from every were was outstanding. The Resort is excellent but not perfect. The organizing of the trip towards Hawar and Returning is a mess and needs a lot of improvements. As of the way of handling bags and the way of registration at the office for the Boarding and Disembarking the boat. We arrived late for 1 night stay as we’ve booked for our anniversary. We arrived late to the lunch and receiving our room. I was really upset of the situation until the Manager has came and i informed him about all the difficulties that we encountered to Reach the resort. He grant for me that our experience will be memorable and he really did ! It was exceptional to be honest from all sides we enjoyed that day to the max and we did most of the activities within the resort. All thanks to him and for all the people working at the Resort. But as i said the organization of the boat trip is a complete mess specially if you’re heading for a 1 night stay. As for me i’ll never have this experience again if they’re not solving this mess and find a solution for the way of handling the boats and the luggage. I hope that anybody from the resort to contact me also to provide all the details and a better feedback. More to add if anybody looking after this trip booking a full board for 1-2 nights is worthing as the food and sweets are so good and variety of options is there.
