I am writing this review while I am still staying at the hotel in rooms 1414, 1413, and 1418. I would rate this hotel no more than 3 out of 5, and I do not believe it deserves a five-star hotel. Positives: The reception experience was very pleasant, and the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. This was the best part of the stay. Negatives: * No valet parking service. * No towels were provided at the swimming pool. It is unreasonable for a five-star hotel to ask guests to bring towels from their rooms. * No face towels or bathrobes in the bathroom. * No hair dryer available. * The bedside lamps were not working. * Breakfast options were limited, and items that finished at the buffet were not refilled. * The gym should ideally be open 24 hours a day, as is common in most five-star hotels. All of these basic details are supposed to be part of the standards of a five-star hotel, as they directly affect the guest’s comfort, relaxation, and overall experience.

My room was very comfortable with a nice view at night. Especially my room attendant Hakim was very attentive and friendly. All the staff in general were great. There wasn't much in walking distance but we were easily able to get a free shuttle to one of the malls organized by the hotel. The pool was too cold for swimming unfortunately but the location & view on the highest floor was cool. All in all I had a good time and would recommend this place.

had an amazing stay at Solymar Bahrain! The hotel was impeccably clean, honestly the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and very diverse… let’s just say I left this vacation with a few extra kilos, and no regrets. I would also like to thank Mosanaf, the kind and friendly gentleman from housekeeping. He did an excellent job every single day. He always left us little notes in the room asking if we needed anything or if he could do something more for us. After a full day at the beach, it felt amazing to come back to such a fresh, spotless room and rest in clean sheets.

My stay at Solymar Hotel exceeded expectations from start to finish. The atmosphere is relaxed yet professional, and everything feels well-maintained and thoughtfully organized. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind after a long day and still have everything you need right at your fingertips. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the level of service. Mosaraf, my housekeeper, did an outstanding job throughout my stay. The room was always spotless, well-prepared, and consistently refreshed without ever feeling intrusive. He was courteous, attentive, and clearly takes pride in his work, which shows in the details. It’s rare to come across that level of consistency and professionalism. Between the comfortable accommodations, solid amenities, and excellent service, I’d definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

My stay at Solymar Hotel & Beach was really enjoyable. A big thank you to Sayem from housekeeping for his kind and professional service—he always made sure everything was perfectly clean and comfortable. I stayed in Room 707, and it was well organized and very relaxing after a long day. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the beach and pool area added extra value to the overall experience. Everything felt smooth and well taken care of. I would happily recommend this hotel and would love to come back again
