I had a wonderful experience at Vida Beach Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious options. A special thanks to Chef Osama and Islam for their amazing service and hospitality. I also really enjoyed the beach service — everything was well organized, and the service was outstanding. Special thanks to Shahzad for his excellent hospitality and attention to detail. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend Vida Beach Resort. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay enjoyable!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort from start to finish. The facilities were excellent the rooms were clean and comfortable. and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. A special thank you to Amer, Suliman, and Hamad for their outstanding hospitality They were always friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Exceptional Location and Excellent Service, but Maintenance Needs Urgent Attention Pros: The resort enjoys an excellent location and is directly connected to Marassi Galleria, making shopping and access to restaurants and cafés extremely convenient. The view from the room’s balcony overlooking the beach and the sea was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. I would also like to thank Lily at the reception desk for her professionalism and outstanding customer service. After we raised a concern about the lack of privacy in our original room, she promptly arranged a room change without any discussion or complications. Cons: Unfortunately, the level of maintenance inside the rooms does not reflect the standards expected of a five-star resort. It appears that some rooms are not thoroughly inspected before being assigned to guests. We experienced an issue with the air conditioning, as the room remained warmer than expected and was not particularly comfortable. In addition, the corridor lighting was not functioning. There were also several maintenance issues inside the room, including a broken minibar refrigerator shelf and a bedside reading lamp that had become detached from the wall, leaving exposed electrical wiring visible. This is a safety concern and should not be present in a property of this standard. Overall: The resort has many strengths, including its prime location, stunning views, and professional front-desk staff. However, greater attention to room maintenance and pre-arrival inspections is needed to meet the expectations associated with a five-star resort.

We had a wonderful stay! Thank you to all the amazing staff for their kindness and excellent service. A special thank you to Ms. Maryam for organizing a beautiful birthday celebration for my daughter, and to Chef Osama for his great service and delicious food. A big thank you also to the lovely lady in the kids’ playroom for being so sweet with my daughter, doing fun arts and crafts with her, and taking beautiful photos that we will cherish. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! ❤️

Stayed there for a relaxed weekend with family. The apartment was pleasant although we expected the rooms to be slightly bigger. The breakfast food was very diverse and delicious, and the restaurant staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Chef Osama and Chef Abdullah for the excellent dishes and the great hospitality. The highlight of the stay was the kids club. Christina at the kids club was most helpful and kind with the kids, and they really liked her - Thank you Christina.
