Outstanding First Impression – Special Thanks to Mrs. Maryam I just checked in to Vida Hotel today and, honestly, within two hours they impressed me on every level. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm, professional, and very well organized. Check-in was smooth, quick, and stress-free. Reception & Front Desk A very special mention to Mrs. Maryam at the reception. She was exceptional – incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. She explained everything clearly, handled my requests immediately, and made me feel like a truly valued guest. Her professionalism and warm attitude set the tone for the entire stay. She is a great ambassador for Vida Hotel. Room & Housekeeping • Room is spotless and smells fresh • Modern, comfortable design with a very cozy bed • Amenities nicely arranged and complete • Housekeeping is prompt and detail-oriented Dining & Room Service • Quick, efficient service • Staff are friendly and attentive • Food and beverages presented nicely and taste great Facilities & Services • Stylish, relaxing lobby and common areas • Pool and leisure areas are clean and inviting • Gym is well equipped for a proper workout • Wi-Fi is strong and stable • Valet/parking service is smooth and organized Even though I’ve only been here for a short time, the level of care, attention to detail, and service quality already stand out. Thank you to the whole Vida Hotel team – and especially to Mrs. Maryam at reception – for such an impressive start to my stay. Fully deserved 5 stars, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

What an amazing experience to stay in this hotel in Bahrain. Top service, clean rooms and floors. I also like security precautions with limited access to floors ( you only can access floor where your room is located). Yummy food and nice restaurant. AC is little too much and it may be cold inside. Great waiters and everyone likes babies. I need to mention great Ela! Our babydaughter liked her the most! I wish her the best! The pool is also very cool, with amazing View to the Beach from the second floor. There are lifeguards on watch both on beach and pool area. Unfortunately there is no kids pool. Beach is very close and it is mostly clean. Also inside the water no stones. Other beaches haven’t been that clean as Vida’s.

The place is outstanding, definitely staff made the different everyone is smily cooperated and supportive, Salem at beach was a great help, Islam in the restaurant was great as well and I would not forget Rehab in the reception. We planned for five days but we extended to more days because of how nice the team was 🌸🌸🌸 honestly people make places life. Well done Vida you have great team 😇🌸

My wife and I have recently returned from a stay at Vid Beach Resort which was, without doubt, one of the most enjoyable holidays we have had in our 55 years together. Many things contributed to the holiday’s success but most importantly was the kindness, efficiency and attentiveness of the wonderful multinational staff. We would like to highlight a number of areas of excellence that contributed to the holiday’s success. Firstly, the administrative and organizational support we received from the front desk and concierge staff in particular from Amin and Kristine, went way beyond what one could reasonably expect even from a five-star hotel. Turning to the food and beverage departments. Head Chef Chetan ran a first-class kitchen providing varied and tasteful meals with a nice balance of choices. Chef Abulla was memorable for his very close attention to our needs and in particular preparing an outstanding meal for our 55th anniversary dinner. The supporting waiting staff were genuinely the kindest and most efficient we have ever encountered. The high standards I mentioned above were apparent in every aspect of the Hotel.
