We had a wonderful stay at this resort from start to finish. The facilities were excellent the rooms were clean and comfortable. and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. A special thank you to Amer, Suliman, and Hamad for their outstanding hospitality They were always friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their exceptional service and warm attitude truly stood out and deserve recoqnition Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such a memorable experience. Exceptional Location and Excellent Service, but Maintenance Needs Urgent Attention Pros: The resort enjoys an excellent location and is directly connected to Marassi Galleria, making shopping and access to restaurants and cafés extremely convenient. The view from the room’s balcony overlooking the beach and the sea was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. I would also like to thank Lily at the reception desk for her professionalism and outstanding customer service. After we raised a concern about the lack of privacy in our original room, she promptly arranged a room change without any discussion or complications. Cons: Unfortunately, the level of maintenance inside the rooms does not reflect the standards expected of a five-star resort. It appears that some rooms are not thoroughly inspected before being assigned to guests. We experienced an issue with the air conditioning, as the room remained warmer than expected and was not particularly comfortable. In addition, the corridor lighting was not functioning. There were also several maintenance issues inside the room, including a broken minibar refrigerator shelf and a bedside reading lamp that had become detached from the wall, leaving exposed electrical wiring visible. This is a safety concern and should not be present in a property of this standard. Overall: The resort has many strengths, including its prime location, stunning views, and professional front-desk staff. However, greater attention to room maintenance and pre-arrival inspections is needed to meet the expectations associated with a five-star resort.

Excellent stay. The hotel delivered very good service and comfort throughout my stay. I would particularly like to recognize Christen for the excellent check-in experience. Her professionalism, gracious hospitality, and genuine care made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. She handled every aspect of the arrival process flawlessly and is a true credit to the hotel. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to visiting again.

Vida Hotel completely ruined my birthday vacation. I have never experienced such terrible service from a hotel in my life—except here. Calling yourselves a 5-star hotel is honestly embarrassing if this is the level of service and attitude you provide to your guests. We did not come here and pay premium prices to be treated with incompetence, rudeness, and complete disregard. Even something as simple as providing a wine opener became an issue—which is absolutely ridiculous for a so-called luxury hotel. Basic hospitality seems to be beyond your standards. The management was no help at all, and the manager’s response was just as disappointing as the staff. Special mention to the staff member at the swimming pool yesterday, whose attitude was unbelievably rude and unacceptable. A birthday happens once a year. My family and I chose this hotel expecting a special experience, especially considering how much we paid—but instead, you turned it into one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve ever had in Bahrain. I strongly suggest your team learn what actual 5-star hospitality looks like from other hotels in Bahrain, because this was far below acceptable standards. To anyone reading this as a recommendation: avoid this place if you expect proper service, professionalism, or respect as a paying guest. Thank you for completely ruining what should have been a special celebration.

A very special thank you to Armelle for being incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.
