Our family recently stayed at this hotel during a large family trip, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We booked 21 rooms, and managing such a large group can be challenging, but the hotel handled everything flawlessly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the level of service exceeded our expectations. The facilities, cleanliness, hospitality, and overall organization were excellent. Every member of our family had a wonderful stay, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail that made our trip so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to families, groups, and anyone looking for exceptional service and a comfortable stay. As the organizer and leader of this family gathering, I coordinated a group of 45 family members staying in more than 21 rooms for two nights. From the very beginning, the hotel team was incredibly supportive and helped us organize every detail of our stay. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. All hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. Our package included breakfast and dinner, and the food exceeded our expectations. The variety, quality, and flavors were excellent and perfectly suited our tastes. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, fully operational, clean, and beautifully presented. Every aspect of the property reflected a high standard of service and care. We just got back from another family trip to Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain, and it was fantastic from start to finish. We had a bit of an issue during our previous stay, but I was really impressed by how the management stepped up and sorted everything out for us this time. When we arrived, they had left a really thoughtful welcome gift in our upgraded suite, which was a great touch and made us feel very welcome. The kids had a blast at the pool and the kids' club, and the dinner was excellent. The whole vibe of the resort was just perfect for a family getaway. A huge thank you to Ms. Jamila from Guest Relations, who was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly for us. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and genuinely cooperative.

​I booked a short staycation here based on a friend's recommendation, but it unfortunately fell short of five-star standards due to poor maintenance and incredibly rigid service. ​The Positives: Jamilla, the guest relations manager, was wonderful and upgraded us to a beautiful beach room after our first room was a total disappointment. Dinner at the restaurant was also excellent. ​The Major Issues: ​Bizarre Food & Beverage Operations: We were shocked to find that the majority of the resort's restaurants completely close on weekdays, leaving almost no dining options. Furthermore, as early birds, we headed to the pool before 8 AM and found that absolutely no food or snacks are available by the pool between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Since the room mini-bar was also completely empty, you cannot get a bite to eat all morning. When we tried to order nachos at 11:51 AM (just 9 minutes before the kitchen opened), the staff rigidly refused to take the order, showing zero flexibility. ​Lack of Cleanliness & Maintenance: The infinity pool was a disaster, with missing tiles and algae-covered lights. Inside the rooms, we dealt with loose locks, broken drawers, a lack of standard USB-C ports, and a broken operator ("0") phone line. ​Treated Like Thieves: The billing system is exhausting. Despite having both our Bahraini IDs and two credit cards on file—and later leaving a cash deposit—staff repeatedly chased us down. A waitress followed us to the pool to demand immediate payment for a signed lunch receipt, and another waiter refused my husband's signature on a pool order because the room was in my name. ​We got so fed up with the tiring service and mix-ups (including being charged for a pizza ordered by a "son" we don't even have) that we cut our late checkout short and just left. Beautiful property, but the management and hospitality systems are completely broken.

I had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Bahrain. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and maintained to the highest standards.
