We just got back from another family trip to Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain, and it was fantastic from start to finish. We had a bit of an issue during our previous stay, but I was really impressed by how the management stepped up and sorted everything out for us this time. When we arrived, they had left a really thoughtful welcome gift in our upgraded suite, which was a great touch and made us feel very welcome. The kids had a blast at the pool and the kids' club, and the dinner was excellent. The whole vibe of the resort was just perfect for a family getaway. A huge thank you to Ms. Jamila from Guest Relations, who was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly for us. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and genuinely cooperative.
