We checked in on February 28, 2026, which was the first day of the situation currently happening here in Bahrain. Our first night was incredible — we received an excellent room rate, and everything went smoothly. Because of that great experience, my partner and I decided to extend our stay for two more nights. However, things quickly changed. After breakfast around 10:00 AM, we returned to our room only to find that our key cards were no longer working. We later found out that since we had originally booked for just one night, the system had automatically locked us out as it was already set for check-out. We had to call housekeeping to let us back in. It was inconvenient and disappointing, especially as in-house guests. To avoid being rushed out, we checked out at around 11:00 AM with the intention of extending our stay. We then waited in the lobby from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM for confirmation. Unfortunately, we were shocked to find that the rate offered for the extension was doubled — around $600 per night — which felt unreasonable given the circumstances happening across the GCC. While we were eventually given a Family Suite, the overall room quality and amenities (including very small toiletries and low-quality items) did not reflect the high price we were charged. This experience felt like loyal and returning guests were being taken advantage of during a sensitive time. My honest advice: please avoid overpricing rooms during challenging situations. It leaves a lasting negative impression on guests who initially had such a wonderful experience.

My parents stayed here in December and asked me to leave this review on their behalf. They absolutely loved their stay and said everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The service was exceptional — professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. Every staff member made them feel welcome and well cared for. The food was outstanding — truly some of the best they have ever had. The quality, presentation, and variety were excellent. The location is also fantastic, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, an unforgettable experience. They would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

As someone who is well-traveled and has stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world, I can confidently say this experience stands out. His attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference and elevated our stay to another level. The perfect destination to get away and have a relaxing staycation in Bahrain. From the moment we arrived the staff were so attentive and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and everyone greeted us with a smile and made us feel special. We stayed on the 4th floor and had an amazing view of the pool, beach and the sea. The rooms were luxurious, well laid out and fitted to a high standard. We booked into the Lebanese restaurant. The lamb shank was amazing, enough to share as a main course, my husband had the half chicken which was also well cooked and delicious. I had the Beirut cocktail which was divine. The following day we were treated to a wide selection at breakfast and served on the beautiful terrace, we then headed to the infinity pool which was stunning and served with complimentary water by the pool. There was so much choice in where to sit outside, whether it was by the main pool, the quieter pool near the spa, the stunning beach or the infinity pool. The grounds are stunning. We ran out of time to visit the other restaurants and have a trip on the canal, so we will be back for more. Thank you so much to all the staff for being so attentive and welcoming. We will be returning soon.

I would like to thank Kazem, Omaima, and Sherita for their warm and welcoming hospitality. I arrived at 12:00, and they had the room ready at the same time. There was a birthday cake and flowers waiting for me, and they also kindly upgraded my room, which I truly appreciated. The room was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and well-designed, with a bathtub. There was also a balcony, the bed was extremely comfortable, everything was clean, and the hotel is generally very quiet and relaxing. I tried Zahret Al Fayrouz Restaurant — the quality was average, and the prices were very overpriced, but it was still an experience. The resort itself is peaceful and clean. It is a bit far from the city, but overall it is excellent, and I don’t think this will be my last visit. The hotel also offers valet parking, and when I got into my car at check-out, they kindly gave me cookies, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.
