We recently stayed at Globales Maioris in Majorca as a family of four, and we had the absolute best time from start to finish. The receptionist who checked us in was incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite, making us feel welcome straight away. The hotel itself was spotless throughout our stay, and we had fresh towels and clean bedding provided every day, which was greatly appreciated. The food was delicious with plenty of choice at every meal. All of the restaurant staff were welcoming, polite, and worked extremely hard to ensure everyone had a great dining experience. The snack bar was also fantastic, always well stocked with burgers, hot dogs, salads, slushies, and ice creams, so there was always something available for the whole family. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, who were absolutely amazing. They worked tirelessly to engage with guests, encouraged everyone to get involved in the activities, and created such a fun atmosphere throughout the day and evening. The pools were fantastic and our kids absolutely loved them. There were plenty of sunbeds available, so finding somewhere to relax was never an issue. Overall, we all had a wonderful holiday and made some fantastic family memories. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

This is honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at! A very special thank you to Diana at the reception. She went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. She was incredibly caring, professional, and always willing to do everything she could to make sure we had the best experience. When we needed help during our holiday, she handled everything with kindness and kept checking in to make sure everything was okay. Later, when we unexpectedly wanted to extend our stay, she worked so hard to find available rooms for us, even though it seemed impossible at first. We are so grateful for everything she did. I also want to thank every single member of the staff. The housekeeping team, the chefs, the restaurant staff, the entertainment team, and everyone else made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was friendly, hardworking, and always had a smile on their face. The staff are what make this hotel truly special. They turned a great holiday into an unforgettable one with their kindness and outstanding service. Thank you to the entire team for such an amazing experience. We will be back!

I came here on a solo holiday for a week and had such a lovely time here! My intention of the holiday was to relax and switch off and I definitely relaxed. The location of the hotel isn’t amazing, there’s not much nearby however the hotel does offer a free shuttle service to Palma and S’Arenal on certain days. The rooms and hotel were lovely, but I’d say the staff definitely make the hotel what it is. The bar staff, reception & animation were all amazing, all super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Being solo it can be lonely sometimes but the animation team would always speak to me which I appreciated, especially Louison, Lena and Ari, so thank you! There was always something to get involved in and always plenty of sunbeds if you just want to relax by the pool☀️ I’d say the biggest let down was the food, I found several times the meat was pink in the middle which was off putting, I’m pretty sure the food was the reason why I ended up sick during my holiday. Sometimes it was hard to tell what certain dishes were as the labels didn’t always match the dish or there were no label at all. As someone who doesn’t eat seafood I felt like I had to play it safe with a lot of my meals as I wasn’t sure what some of the dishes were. However, I did love the Mexican night the food was great and there was always a variety and something for everyone! Apart from that, everything else was great, thank you :)

Disappointing stay. This is not a 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt dated and unwelcoming. The layout and enclosed walkways gave it a very institutional feel rather than a relaxing holiday atmosphere. I travelled with my one-year-old daughter and, despite requesting a cot, there wasn't one in the room on arrival. When I asked, I was told no cots were available. The room also advertised tea and coffee making facilities, but there were none. When I requested a kettle to make bottles for my baby, I was told I would have to rent one for €25, which I found unacceptable for a family hotel. The children's play area also raised concerns. The slide had no proper steps, making it unsuitable and potentially unsafe for younger children. We had to leave early on departure day at 6am, and unlike many other hotels we've stayed in, there were no breakfast bags, snacks or even basic coffee offered for guests checking out before breakfast. The only real positive was the food. There was a reasonable selection, and the desserts were particularly good. Overall, the hotel felt tired, the surrounding area was very quiet with little nearby, and the facilities and service fell well below what I would expect from a 4-star property. In my opinion, this is much closer to a 2-star experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Globales Maioris! The hotel was lovely, clean, and had a great atmosphere, but what really made our holiday was the amazing staff. Everyone spoke excellent English, especially the reception team, who were always so friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Lena, Maya, Louison, and Ari... you all went above and beyond to make our holiday so enjoyable. Your kindness, energy, and smiles really made our experience unforgettable. Let's not forget getting to push louison into the pool 😂 We couldn't have asked for better service and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming holiday.
