Without a doubt, the staff make this place what it is. Sammy in animacion is an absolute legend, funny, helpful, always has time for people. We appreciated his humour and the sheer effort he puts in to make sure all of the guests are having a good time. His pool aerobics were unforgettable - he gave 100% effort and made us laugh lots. Maya and Louison are absolute stars making sure they share their attention amongst all the guests and their children and clearly really care about people. The reception team, Diana, Laurence and Cloe were full of smiles and great advice. Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated their multilingual skills!!! The room was good, probably one of the nicer rooms we’ve had at an all inclusive resort. We did have some bugs come in up on the 5th floor and a lot of ants coming in from the balcony but it wasn’t anything we were worried about as is to be expected with warm climates. The food was a bit repetitive and often cold but there was plenty of choice. Cezar in the bar was so lovely and quick to serve people without forgoing great service. All in all we had the week we needed, relaxing and without any major worries. If we could take the team with us on our next holiday; we would! Everyone needs a Sammy in their life. What a gentleman 😊

NOT A FOUR STAR!!! This hotel is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ star at best I would probably even go as far to say as a ⭐️⭐️star. I stayed at this hotel for a week with my partner. What we experienced was one of the worst holidays I have ever been on. The floors everywhere so by the pool in the cafeteria in the bar area so everywhere, is so slippy it is so dangerous I’m pregnant and I nearly fell over about 4-5 times. Hotel rooms are clean. However, I wasn’t very impressed with the bathroom as there was gunk on our wall with long black hairs And had no ventilation in the bathroom, so it stank constantly even when you didn’t use it it just had a funny smell in there all the time, And this also affected the room. The Aircon also smelt bad. 🤨 We also had to ask for toilet paper on numerous occasions, Which I’m not being rude I think is a standard to have toilet paper in your room when cleaners are going in there every day but they would not replenish our toilet roll. Also, the cleaner took our towels and then did not replace any so we had none Also, my partner saw grease dripping from the fan in the kitchen onto the cooked food for people to eat. Otherwise, though the food was good fruit was nice no other complaints about the food. But the cafeteria itself was pretty grim there was bugs and debris all down the window gaps, we saw one of the members of staff not cleaning the cutlery. She just placed it back on the table after people sat there which I found disgusting. The plates were horrible. There was food under them and on top of them where they haven’t been cleaned properly and the glasses were the same. Also when we were eating breakfast, we noticed there was no no tables clean at all. We had to sit at one full of people stuff because we had no other option and the tables remained that dirty for about 20 minutes and it wasn’t even busy in the cafeteria else I would Understand. I expect basic hygiene when I’m going to a hotel, especially with a four star rating. One of the cleaners also moved our suitcases touched my make up products and all of my other belongings which I did not appreciate because I have some valuables and I couldn’t find them. She did not take them. I did find them in the end. I just don’t think cleaners should touch your personal items. The staff do not know Good English at all I’m not expecting them to know everything and understand everything, but just the basics were actually quite hard sometimes. This hotel is catered to the French, not the English do not go. I booked with TUI and there is no TUI rep so when I had an issue, there was no one to speak to that was English So when I made a complaint of something I needed, they wouldn’t understand. The pool is absolutely freezing. It’s not a heated pool at all. I have stayed in many hotels throughout my life in Cyprus, Thailand, Vietnam, America, Egypt, And other places, and this has got to be the worst hotel ever. ⭐ ⭐ 2 STAR AT BEST !!!!!

Just returned from a week at this hotel. Hotel itself is lovely looking, clean and mostly friendly staff and cleaners. We were put on the top/ 5th floor with a 6 month old baby, which was far from ideal with lifts that weren’t safe. The one sensor on each door was temperamental to say the least and tried to close on you mid way out. We did ask to be moved to ground floor but was told twice to come back the following morning as the hotel was full. On the 3rd morning, after the lift door had hit my daughter in the head, I kicked off at reception and was told we’d be moved the following morning. However the following day we decided we couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of moving both rooms for the sake of a few more days. Unfortunately, it was the food that ruined the whole stay. With five children, we booked all inclusive so we wouldn’t have to worry about what to feed the children. The food was honestly awful. No variety. No other options if you didn’t like what was on offer. Meat so processed we couldn’t even tell what it was. The snack bar was just chips and whatever was left from breakfast and lunch. This was our first bad all inclusive experience and unfortunately would never return to this hotel. After reading recent bad reviews about the food, I’ve noticed the hotel always reply saying they have themed nights and do show cooking.. We certainly didn’t see any of that on our weeks stay! Lifeguards had it in for our boys, trying to stop them from using the slides saying they were too big, despite adults using them. After one lifeguard got physical with my son, the manager came and ended up having an argument with the lifeguards, basically telling them to back off. Couldn’t fault the manager to be fair, sorted every problem that people went to him with, and there were a lot of disgruntled guests for various reasons. Hotel has the potential to be so much better. Pools are perfect, but unfortunately they close at 6.30pm which seemed silly early. I noticed that the hotel was closing at the end of the week of our stay for end of season and wondered if they just couldn’t be bothered with catering as they knew they were closing in a matter of days. Frozen profiteroles at breakfast did kinda feel like they were trying to get the freezers down 😂 Would put this at a 3* at best.

Just returned with from a week all inclusive with my husband and two children (aged 10 and 2) and had an amazing experience! The animation team were fantastic as were the shows we watched during the evenings. Food was amazing and a lot of different range which changed daily! Bar service was very good and all staff were very friendly! Pools were all amazing and enjoyed being able make the most of spending the time in them! Hotel room was spacious and bed very comfortable! Hotel was very clean throughout. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because we asked for a late checkout and were originally told yes and to pay the following day before 11am. When we went to the reception to pay the following morning we were told we weren't able to check out late which made our morning a lot more of a rush and stressful when thought we had extra time as we were previously told we could. Otherwise, I would rate 5* Overall, brilliant experience and would definitely go back or recommend!

A good location for holiday. We find best accomodation on this place. People are very hospitality. The food is very good. Romms are very nice and quite. Is very close fore the seaside 5 minutes waking. It was the best experience. If you want special cocktails or coffee you need to pay extra. They provide trip's for low cost. If you want to travel to Palma city you need to take the bus 504 from bus station near to the hotel. You will travel one hour until the city and 45 minutes until Palma beach. This area is a famous beach located near the city of Palma de Mallorca, on the island of Mallorca in Spain’s Balearic Islands. It stretches for about 6 kilometers along the southern coast, lined with white sand, turquoise water, palm trees, hotels, cafés, and beach clubs. It’s popular for swimming, sunbathing, water sports, and nightlife, especially in summer. The area is clean, well-equipped, and family-friendly during the day, while offering vibrant bars and clubs at night.
