For the price the hotel is ok. The rooms are pretty fine, and the cleaning was good. The elevators are super slow 🐌 And there is not enough elevators, so you have to wait a lot for it. The food was OK, and the drinks as well. The cocktails are made of some pre-mix bottles, but tastes ok 🍸 The biggest minus for our family was, that both breakfast, lunch and dinner had to be eaten inside a big cold air-conditioned restaurant room with no possibility to sit outside and enjoy the weather. In our opinion it was very cold and not cozy at all 🥶 The overall service from the staff was good though.

Good variety of food. Fun entertainment within the hotel. We went all inclusive and food and drinks were available from the pool bar throughout the day. The reviews about limited and slow lifts in the hotel are not lying. I've rated the service 3 stars because, as a vegetarian, it was a mission confirming what foods I could and couldn't eat. I think I spoke to 5 different staff members who didn't know before someone else from the kitchen came out and said how all the deserts were vegetarian while they were stood infront of a dish which was clearly labeled as containing gelatine. I pointed this out to them and they then confirmed that this dish wasn't vegetarian because of the gelatine but that all the others were which I then found difficult to trust. My partner also poured some orange juice from one of the machines that had multiple ants in it. He showed this to one of the staff members and they took the drink away, without offering any kind of apology or explanation. I found it quite difficult to relax and trust the food and drink after this.

Exceptionally clean, food excellent and plenty of choice. Drinks were proper brands, Gordons gin, Smirnoff vodka etc. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and a couple of bars, lovely coffee bar on the beach "Diana Cafe". Bus stop 2 min walk from hotel for bus to Palma. Nobody allowed to put towels on sun beds but there is at least 400 sunbeds. Staff throughout hotel friendly and helpful. We will book to go back.

IF YOU SUFFER THE HEAT DON'T COME HERE!! NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! The hotel is overall sufficient but the really unacceptable part is the air conditioning! I think AC is a must, not an optional, not only for a 4 stars hotel, but also for a 3 stars hotel. The rooms have basically NO air conditioning. There's a central one (you can't control) which is probably set around 27/28 degrees. Even though we kept the curtains always closed, tried to never open the window, the room was always way too hot. Up to a point where I started having issues sleeping, managing to sleep only 4/5 hours at night. Horrible! I also asked at the reception to send a technician to verify everything was alright with the AC. Nothing changed, meaning it was supposed to be like this. The hotel has also other bad (cockroaches, bad all incl beverages, horrible juices, only 2 small elevators for 9 floor!) and good points (location, good food, ...) but the Air Conditioning is just something which needs to be a MUST in a location like Mallorca that can reach over 40 degrees. If you're an average person who suffers the heat when room temperature is over 28 degrees, don't come here, you will be suffering during the entire vacation!

Pros: Great location, close to both the beach and bus stops. Very good food. Good staff at reception, in the restaurant, and at the bar — with one exception: an older lady with short dark hair at the pool bar (name starting with 'C') who didn't seem happy with her job and even took away straws when asked for them 😂 The pool is a good size with plenty of sun loungers, and the whole place is very clean. Convenient check-out at 12:00 PM. C: No kettle in the room, which is a problem if you need boiled water in the morning for medication. Long queues for drinks during breakfast, even in October. Extra €15 fee per room to extend stay/use facilities (check-in is from 2:00 PM). return - Yes! Honestly, I really don't know where some of these bad reviews are coming from….
