The room was clean, bright and spacious and had a splendid view like most of the hotel areas. The food was good for us most of the evenings. You should improve your italian evening offer (pizza and pasta were tasteless). Outside Pool also nice and relaxing. The kids personal was very friendly. The one thing I didn't like was that the inside pool was available to kids only for 2 fixed hours, also when the weather outside was not that good.

We were excited to go to this 4 star hotel, but really no value for the money. We had to go to the reception to solve issues witht the room too often: glasses not replaced, dirty glasses replaced, water not replaced. Also, the room was very noisy, the beds are doing a lot of noise, and you can even hear the squeaking of the neighbour’s room bed. Also, it seems that at dinner, the waiters do not come to everyone to ask if you want something to drink. They also prohibit you from sitting at the windows, claiming it’s reserved for all inclusive clients, which was confirme at reception to be not true. Moreover, we had food poisoning at the restaurant, which incapacitated us 24hours. The reception did not care about this, and said it’s probably a virus. Finally, at check out, they added 1 euro for charity without advising us, which I find extremely dishonest. So if you go to this hotel, best to pay close attention to the bill. They removed it when we asked, but still dishonest

On arrival to check in, we were given an upgrade to a very impressive suite. The member of the reception team Adrian was very helpful and went above and beyond. Restaurant staff were all very friendly and the food was fantastic, shout out to Gonzalas on the grill. The pools were beautiful and the pool bar food and team were great. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, Eva at the pool bar and piano bar was lovely,remembering our room number and drinks. Daytime entertainment with the lovely Patryck and Isabel deserves a big shoutout. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel

Me and my partner stayed here over new year for 10 nights, half board. We were overall very happy with our stay, the staff are brilliant and can’t help you enough, the evening food was fantastic and actually some of the best food I have received from a buffet style hotel. The location is great and only a 5 minute walk to beach with bus stops nearby taking you into Puerto Rico and Mogán. The only snags I could recommend the hotel improves on is the current standard of decoration in the rooms, the walls are in need of painting and overall starting to become a little tired. The entertainment was ok. Also please buy some new cues for the pool table! We had to use it all week without any ends on the cues, which made it very interesting! We also found the towels being left on sun loungers very frustrating, people will go out at 7am reserve the best beds and use them for 1 hour of the day. I would recommend you inform people not to do this as it makes unfair for others. With this being said, I honestly think with a small investment and a couple of new procedures this hotel could operate as 5 star. We will definitely be returning! Thank you

We have just returned home after staying at your wonderful hotel for 10 nights. We wanted to thank you so much for another excellent stay (our 3rd with you). From the moment we arrived Roberto & Bion gave us a warm, friendly welcome & we also requested a certain room aspect in advance of our arrival, that you were kindly able to organise for us. All the staff were excellent & friendly (as usual). It was my wife’s birthday during our stay & Sheila (evenings in the restaurant), really looked after us & kindly reserved a special table for us & led the staff singing happy birthday, with a cake brought out at the same time - a lovely occasion! Also, we’d like to give Jordi a special mention (the duty manager at breakfast), as he welcomed us back & really looked after us - extremely friendly, attentive & professional! Also Mihaela (I think that’s how you spell it!), really looked after us during the lunchtimes, again, so attentive & professional. So please pass on our heartfelt thanks to the people I’ve mentioned above, plus all your wonderful staff who always look after us so well. Thank you Paul & Amanda Dodson
