I booked this hotel for 10 nights, so I feel I can give a fair and honest review The hotel itself and its location are absolutely outstanding. The views and scenery are simply breathtaking and impossible to describe in words. Waking up to such beautiful landscapes every day was an unforgettable experience. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. A special thank you to the guys working on the beach. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names, but they truly made our vacation special with their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude. The only aspect that disappointed me was the food. In my opinion, the restaurant was the weakest part of the hotel. This applied to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Personally, I didn’t have a single meal that really stood out, and I found the food quite underwhelming I also found the entertainment program to be rather weak. After a few days, I became bored, and I hadn’t realized beforehand how important that would be for my vacation. Because of this, I decided to leave on the sixth day instead of staying for the full ten nights Apart from these two points, everything else was excellent. The hotel, the location, the service, and the staff were all truly top-notch.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and overall had a mixed experience, with some very positive aspects but also several areas that could definitely be improved. First of all, the welcome upon arrival was very warm and pleasant. However, the reception staff could be more attentive, helpful, and informative. One of the biggest issues was the lack of information about the hotel’s facilities and services. There were several services and areas we had access to that we only discovered almost at the end of our stay. Guests should receive a clear explanation of everything the hotel offers upon arrival. The service staff deserve a special mention. The waiters, housekeeping team, bartenders, and especially the ladies working in the reservations department were all very kind, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was one of the weakest points of our stay. Both the variety and, more importantly, the quality need significant improvement for a hotel of this level. Another challenge was communication, as many members of staff speak very limited English. In an international hotel, better English communication would make a big difference to the guest experience. We also felt there was a lack of activities and entertainment. The hotel has a beautiful lounge area next to Sirtaki which, in our opinion, has a lot of potential but is currently underused. It could become a great evening venue and add much more atmosphere to the hotel. A special mention goes to Enes, the waiter at the beach. He works very hard and does his best, but he is responsible for a very large area. He clearly needs additional support, especially during busy hours, so guests can receive faster service. The spa was excellent. We were very satisfied with both the facilities and the quality of the service there. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential and some excellent staff members. With better food quality, more activities, improved communication in English, better information for guests, and stronger organization in certain areas, the overall experience could be significantly improved.

We have not regretted choosing this hotel for a single minute. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff has been incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. The service truly deserves 5 stars. The food, drinks, and overall atmosphere are outstanding. Everything is well organized, and the attention to detail makes our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Nejla, the waitress on the beach, for her exceptional service. She is always kind, attentive, and welcoming. Our family, especially our little daughter Mira, feels very well looked after thanks to her. Thank you to the whole team for maintaining such a high standard of service. We are having a wonderful holiday and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum. We still have 7 days left of our holiday, but based on our experience so far, we are absolutely confident that the rest of our stay will be just as amazing. Keep up the fantastic work! In short, Mirada Exclusive Bodrum has delivered one of the best holiday experiences I've had. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bodrum, and I will certainly be returning.
