I ended up checking out early and did not complete my stay at this hotel. I booked this hotel expecting a relaxing and peaceful getaway, but unfortunately my experience was quite different from what I had anticipated. The hotel is very family-oriented, which may be perfect for families with children, but it was not the atmosphere I was looking for. The overall vibe did not feel relaxing to me, and I ultimately decided not to continue the remainder of my stay. The food was acceptable, but not particularly memorable, and I believe the room quality could benefit from some improvements considering the price point. I understand that my reservation was non-refundable. However, after arriving and realizing the hotel was not the right fit for me, I made several attempts to cancel my remaining two nights. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility at all regarding this request. While I respect the hotel’s policies, I believe a more guest-focused approach and some flexibility in these situations would greatly improve the overall experience. That said, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Hassan for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service throughout our stay. His helpful attitude was truly appreciated and made a positive difference to our experience. This hotel may be a good choice for families, but I would not recommend it for travelers looking for a quiet and relaxing adults-oriented stay.

This is my first day at the hotel, and I still have two more days remaining in my stay, so I would like to share my initial impressions honestly and constructively. My main observation is that the sandy beach and swimming area are significantly smaller than they appear in the promotional photos. This was quite surprising upon arrival, as I had expected a larger beachfront experience, especially for a resort of this category. In addition, the service has not yet met my expectations. Responses to guest requests have often been slow, and many staff members do not display the level of warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness that guests would typically expect from a luxury resort. A welcoming attitude and genuine hospitality are essential elements of the guest experience, and I believe there is considerable room for improvement in this area. On the positive side, the hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are comfortable and very well maintained, and the food buffet is truly outstanding in terms of quality, variety, and overall presentation. I sincerely hope that the remaining days of my stay will provide an even better experience, as the property clearly has many excellent qualities. With improvements in service standards and guest engagement, this resort has the potential to be among the finest destinations in the region.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Mirada Exclusive Bodrum and will definitely be coming back! From the moment we arrived, the customer service at reception was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special thank you to the lovely team in the restaurant and buffet area, especially Sidellya and Nurrau, who made every meal such a pleasant experience with their kindness and attentiveness. The kids club team were absolutely amazing as well — so caring, energetic, and wonderful with children. They truly made the holiday extra special for families. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is friendly, relaxing, and luxurious. Lovely people, fantastic service, and beautiful memories made. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum!

I I don’t usually leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. The room was spacious, the food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended

Pros - Decent food although selection is very ‘samey’ everyday - Staff attentive and polite - Resort and rooms very clean - Family atmosphere - Access granted for gym, sauna and steam room which is nice. - Lovely private beach (although sand area is very small) Cons - Extras like massages/ jet ski rental etc are charged at crazy high prices?! (8eruo for 1 T-shirt to be washed, jet ski 190 euro for 30mins, 60 min massage, 155euro, shisha is 40 euro and in town its 5euro 😂) - Entertainment not creative or varied (same DJ or singer singing the same songs every night) - Additional restaurants on the resort have v limited selection of food so might as well stick with buffet. - No ingredients or allergy advice on food. - Sun loungers uncomfortable. No padding. Finally the worst one, SMOKERS!! Everywhere, outside. You won’t be able to enjoy any food or relax outside for long as you’ll be subjected to multiple people smoking in your face. Miranda Management Team, you need to sort out smoking areas. Pregnant ladies, kids, elderly should not have to pay full price to have to deal with that.
