We booked the hotel two months in advance. It was originally on the Tui website, but after checking, it was a better offer booking it directly from their home website. We book the private Transfer as we Arrived in the later Part of the evening. KM it’s not for away, but the drive takes 45minutes1 hour to arrive( you have to Drive up and over a Mountain.) This hotel is really beautiful and peaceful But lacks premium service and consistency in their service . We tried to put our frustrations about the weather aside. This is nothing the hotel staff can control. And it is no way anybody’s fault that the weather wasn’t great. But what they can control is how to facilitate the guests in bad weather situations. This hotel simply isn’t built for handling such situations. Restaurants were overrun because the card restaurants don’t have windows or doors to protect from bad weather. Kids club was not available in bad weather because their room sorry is also not built to withstand bad weather. drink cups and glasses were often not cleaned up and left around the hotel. Our room was quite spacious. And cleaned somewhat on a regular basis. Unfortunately I do not think they clean the floors often. As you can see in the photos, I’ve included the bottom of my slippers with the color of the floor only two days after wearing them. We received fresh towels every day however sometimes they were simply thrown on the side. We receive minibar service almost daily. With Nespresso caps, water, soda drinks. We received one bottle of wine for the entire week. We just see so much potential for this Hotel it’s almost hard not to say anything. And if you are from the hotel chain, only imagine that a few small changes came together, what sort of experience it would make for your guests, and that next level experience could take your Hotel to the star level.

In summary, we had a great vacation. We were here with two children, and to be honest, it was wonderful. 😊 The rooms are perfectly fine — you could find small things to complain about here and there, but I could do that even in a 5-star hotel in Germany. Unfortunately, the weather at the end of September wasn’t on our side. We rented a car directly on site — everything went smoothly. The price was also reasonable and in line with what I had checked beforehand. There’s plenty of food, more than enough. When I see other people (probably “last-time voters,” as I’d call them) waiting 15 minutes to be “served,” I can’t hardly believe it. For us — we were always among the first — it was simply great. The service was friendly all around. We booked the à-la-carte restaurant once, and the internal reservation system worked very well. Regarding all the things that were criticized beforehand — mosquitoes, food, reservations, rooms, etc. — I can say that improvements have clearly been made. There’s mosquito spray available, the reservations at the office work well, and the food — I honestly don’t understand how anyone could rate it negatively. Five stars or not — we had fun here and felt completely comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grecotel Costa Botanica in Corfu – a holiday that was faultless from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Jenny at reception set the tone with her amazingly smooth and professional check-in. She made us feel instantly at ease, and that warmth carried through the whole stay. Every member of staff we encountered was exemplary – attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making our time as relaxing as possible. A real highlight was the Wine Library experience with sommelier Giorgia. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable, guiding us through a wine tasting that was not only enjoyable but also fascinating – a perfect way to discover more about local wines while unwinding in such a unique setting. The spa was another delight. Eleni was an absolute pleasure and made my treatments at the end of the week both restorative and indulgent – the perfect finishing touch to a week of relaxation. The resort itself is stunning, with expansive botanical grounds that are beautifully maintained and a joy to explore. The presence of animals across the resort added real charm, fitting seamlessly into the natural environment and making walks around the property even more special. The food selection was outstanding, offering something for every taste and always fresh and beautifully presented. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, a family, or solo, Costa Botanica has something for everyone – relaxation, activities, and world-class hospitality. I highly recommend this resort and would happily return again. It truly exceeded every expectation.

We booked this resort last minute for our mini-moon. The rooms are a little basic, but the food and staff were absolutely lovely. We arrived around 11pm and were greeted by friendly staff, which was a great start. We had booked a balcony loft but were initially given a ground-floor room with a veranda facing the pool, which didn’t offer much privacy. Reception explained there were no other rooms available that night but asked us to check back the next day — by 3pm we were moved to the correct room, so it was resolved quickly and handled well. We’ve dropped a star due to the room mix-up and the number of wasps around the outdoor dining and bar areas, which made it hard to relax outside. Otherwise, it really is a lovely resort with great food and wonderful staff. Unfortunately, we probably wouldn’t return — but if you’re not bothered by wasps, it’s a beautiful place to stay! 🌴✨

We just came back from a perfect stay at Grecotel Luxme Costa Botanica and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. Everything was spot on – the food was fantastic with so much variety, and the service couldn’t have been better. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Drinks were excellent, and the whole atmosphere felt relaxed, quiet, and at the same time very kids-friendly – the best combination for a family holiday. A special mention for the Asian restaurant, which was a real treat, and the Italian one by the beach – the food there was amazing and the setting made it even more enjoyable. We stayed for 6 nights, but honestly, we could have easily stayed 2 more. It was one of those holidays where you don’t notice how quickly time goes by. Can’t wait to come back!
