Complex Review: Fantastic Service, but Book Restaurants Early! We would definitely return to the Grecotel LuxMe White Palace in the near future! The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its incredible team. 🌟 Outstanding Hospitality & Staff From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Christos, the hotel concierge who checked us in, was absolutely wonderful. He was consistently helpful and went above and beyond throughout our visit to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Any minor issues we encountered were taken care of immediately without any fuss. Another special mention goes to the lovely lady on reception with the blonde, curly bob hair, who was also amazing, warm, and highly attentive. Exceptional service from the entire staff truly made our holiday. 🍽️ Dining & A La Carte Tip The only real downside of our stay was the process for booking the à la carte restaurants. Take note: If you do not book these well in advance of your trip, you stand no chance of getting a table. Because of this, we ended up eating at the main buffet. While the buffet food was perfectly okay, it wasn't the greatest and didn't quite match the stellar standard of the rest of the resort. Summary: Outstanding service and wonderful staff who can't do enough for you. Just make sure to sort your dinner reservations weeks before you fly!

The best hotel I’ve ever visited - giving us (a family of three) the best holiday we’ve ever had. Do NOT hesitate to come here, we had the most perfect stay. We stayed for a week in a swim up family room, the room was beautiful and having our own pool was amazing. The people who work at this hotel go above & beyond to ensure you have the most perfect stay, they truly are beautiful people who give you the most luxury service. A special shout out to Virginia on reception who was just perfect and another shout out to Marina (in the buffet restaurant) who treated us like we was family. That doesn’t go without saying everyone else at the hotel even down to the cleaners and gardeners were perfect but I can’t remember all the names!😂🤦🏻‍♂️ The food in all the restaurants was unreal, the drinks were lovely, the service was perfect. The pool is beautiful & so is the beach. Book your holiday to here if you’re looking for somewhere to stay, you will have the time of your life. The kids clubs and activities was great for our 5 year old too. The sunset terrace is beautiful to sit on and relax with a nice drink when the suns going down. We will be back at this hotel for sure & we will most certainly visit other Grecotel hotels as well. This is by far the best hotel on the beautiful island of Crete. If I could rate 10* I would!

We recently stayed at Grecotel LUXME White and it was honestly one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were welcomed by an attentive member of staff who sat us down with a cold towel and a refreshing juice while we were checked in. They then gave us a tour of the hotel on the way to our room and brought our suitcases up for us, which made the whole arrival feel really relaxing and luxurious. The service throughout the stay was amazing. Around the pool there were staff constantly checking if we wanted any drinks, and they would even take your lunch order from the Italian restaurant so you could enjoy it poolside. It really felt like nothing was too much trouble. We also used the gym, which had great facilities, and booked a free 15-minute sauna slot which was a nice extra touch. During the week we even received a call to our room just to make sure we were happy with everything and enjoying our stay. We dined in 3 of the à la carte restaurants during our stay and all of them were lovely. I’d definitely recommend booking these before your stay through the app or by email because they fill up very quickly. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing luxury stay in Crete. The only small downside for us was that there could have been a bit more music and entertainment around the pool and bar areas, especially in the evenings — but aside from that, everything was fantastic.

Just come back from Grecotel, and all I can say is what a complete paradise! We were upgraded to a sea view swim up room on arrival and it was stunning!!! The staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times. Food was AMAZING!!!! Can not recommend enough, plenty of selection, with so many choices of A La Carte restaurants at no extra cost! The sunset lounge was perfect for sunsets, and staff constantly on hand to provide drinks! We enjoyed every single minute of our stay, it was a true dream come true. A special thank you to Maria, Manager on reception who was truly amazing, and ensured our stay was perfect, she was such a friendly, helpful lady and we love her to bits! Thank you Grecotel for such an amazing experience.

On arrival we were greeted by Christos who having sorted our cases, sat us down in reception arranged refreshments, a cool towel and sorted our check in. The only time we moved was to pay the environmental tax and Christos to show us around and then to our room. Our cases were brought it was fantastic. We had a sea view room, large and spacious and whilst some say the rooms are dated they are bright white and exceptionally clean. What dates them is the wardrobes but we had two so for once I could hang my clothes as well as my wife’s. We booked all restaurants in advance - would recommend. The best is the Greek and the White which is fine dining. Food was brilliant. Lunch in the Italian also. Drinks are all premium but the people make it. The staff are brilliant and because everyone’s having a great time all the guest are happy acknowledging each other even dancing together irrespective of language barriers. In short this is a great hotel. The bus service into the local town is 4 euros there and back for two and well worth a visit. The old town especially. Can’t recommend highly enough.
