The hotel is one of the cleanest I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Everywhere smells amazing, the decor is beautiful too. All of the staff have been the most attentive and friendly, particularly Toni and the two other servers in the Costa Fusion restaurant on 24th June (sorry I didn’t catch their names!). The area surrounding the pool had plenty of sunbeds and all were in the sun for majority of the day. The lifeguard was constantly clearing away empty cups and keeping the area clean. The only slightly downside was no balls allowed in the pool but I appreciate this might be a positive for adults wanting to have a relaxing holiday so not something worthy of deducting any stars! The house keeping did a wonderful job at keeping the rooms clean and beds and towels refreshed. Beds were extremely comfortable with great choice of pillows including a nice long pillow each. The only negative was we were on the ground floor and had a frosted window on the hallway side, with a thin blind that allowed the light from the hallways to shine through all night (actually really needs a black out blind!). The buffet was one of the best I have found at an all inclusive, but advice would be to go early where the food is fresh. The pasta was repetitive with only ever having carbonara or bolognese available, and a mix of pasta sauces would have been appreciated, particularly if a vegetarian option was available each night. Vegetarian protein options are limited as always in all inclusive but there were always plenty of vegetables and carb choices and a great salad bar. Was lovely to have a pale rose wine available as this is rare. The location was great and I would absolutely stay here in the future! Thank you all at H10!

We had a bit of a stressful start to the holiday. When we landed in Gran Canaria, we received both a phone call and an email to say we had been moved to another hotel due to a plumbing issue. While the alternative would have been an upgrade, we were travelling as part of a larger group, so splitting everyone up wasn't ideal. Thankfully, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and managed to find us a room at H10 Costa Mogán, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is clean, modern and well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and we were lucky enough to have a ground floor room with direct access to the pool, which was lovely. One thing to be aware of is the shower layout. The shower cubicle is in the middle of the room with limited privacy, which wasn't ideal when sharing with a friend. It would be much less of an issue for couples. The food was good throughout our stay, both in the main restaurant and the snack bar, and the drinks were excellent. There was a good selection of international branded drinks included with the all inclusive package, which was a real plus. The location is lovely, although the hotel itself is quite quiet, particularly in the evenings. There is some entertainment each night, but it finishes fairly early. One downside was that there is nowhere to get food after 10pm, either in the hotel or nearby. It would have been nice if late-night snacks had been available. We also found it a little disappointing that tea and coffee in the room wasn't replenished daily unless you paid an extra charge. If you enjoy a morning brew in your room, I'd recommend bringing your own tea bags or coffee. We didn't upgrade to the Prestige package and, having seen what it offered, I personally don't think it would have been worth the extra cost. Overall, we had a lovely stay. I think I'd definitely return as a couple, as the peaceful atmosphere would suit that perfectly. As a group looking for a livelier holiday, it was perhaps a little too quiet. We especially enjoyed the daytime activities, with the animation team doing a great job running yoga and aqua gym sessions. Overall, a relaxing, clean hotel with great food and drinks, and one I'd happily visit again.

Just got home from 7 days and nights at H10 Costa Mogan. Stayed here with my partner and we had a wonderful relaxing time! It was our second time as we had passed through for two nights last December but wanted to try it for a week as we were already impressed during our first brief stay and especially the reception we received by Jenny at Check-In. Truly outstanding, and she also greeted us again this time and it was a pleasure to welcomed back and made feel so at home! The hotel is everything one could ask for if you are looking for an all inclusive holiday - super relax, bar, food, pool area, entertainment and of course being ‘on the beach’. So we also got to swim in the Atlantic Ocean. The Room was so spacious and kept wonderfully Clean. We stayed in one of their Privilege Suites and so having access to the Privilege areas by the pool was an added plus, along with the Fusion Restaurant which made the whole experience even more special. Toni, Begona and Cristo are the utmost hosts and they are absolutely magnificent in their service and professionalism. They really are outstanding, and make the difference. The entertainment in the bar was also very good and it was very much enjoyable.

I’ve been to the Canarian Islands 6x in the past 15 years without any issue. I travel 3-4x per year and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. On our first night, around 1 a.m., the circuit breakers tripped. The loud noise and flash scared the hell out of us. We called the reception and the guy came and tried to fix the problem as it was impossible to turn off the emergency light to get some sleep after our long trip. With no solution and no technician until the next day, he let us sleep in the room next door. On Wednesday morning, when we got up and wanted to get dressed, a cockroach came out of nowhere. I managed to catch it with a glass. At the reception, they acted as if it was perfectly normal. We didn’t even get an apology. The cleaning was poor and quick. The waitresses were grumpy and everything but friendly. As a Spanish myself I just can’t understand that. The food was horrible: dry, tasteless and of the worst quality I’ve ever seen. A water refill cost 4.80€ for a 50cl bottle and the water smelled strongly of chlorine. You can buy 5 liters of Solan de Cabras water for less than 3€ at the Spar next to the hotel. The light on the terrace is impossible to turn off, so every night was a struggle to close the curtains as much as possible. You also have a light from the hallway coming through a window in the bathroom?! Noise from the hallway, elevators. Take some earplugs if you want to sleep.

Playa del Cura is a small quiet resort. Costa Mogan hotel is not in playa del Mogan, it is a 15 minute bus ride so don't be misled. The hotel service for rooms was very good. Hotel & facilities nice and clean. I would echo previous reviews, hot foods needs to be kept hot held at better high temperatures. Food was usually only tepid at service other than soup. A good weeks holiday.
