Our H10 Costa Mogan booking was a celebration of our 'adult' children finishing their exams. We wanted an adults only, all inclusive experience, and this hotel didn't disappoint. Everyone that works here seems genuinely happy, attentive and so keen to help. Every where is spotlessly keen, all of the time. We decided to book into 'Privilege', enabling extras to be included; on arrival it was clear that our jacuzzi wasn't working. Without hesitation the hotel did everything they could to resolve the issue locally, and on realising they couldn't offered a part refund in compensation. Noting that this was then fixed within our stay window was very much appreciated. The hotel has really nice touches for privilege customers, including an exclusive lounge, pool and dining areas. This can get abused at high volume times, but the hotel are quick to recognise, acknowledge and deal with this where practical.

The hotel was amazing. We booked a suite and it was worth the money. The room was very nice and very clean. The cleaning staff were great, aswell as all the bartenders and waiters. Lots of food and drinks to choose from. The evening performances were also very good, we enjoyed all that we attended. Animation team - just one person, but he was great, he works a lot. Worth to buy a privilege.

I've been to this hotel three times now each time I've been there the service has got better, If that is even possible, the staff are so friendly, The rooms are really clean and comfortable, The decor is bold, colourful, Location is quiet and the scenery is lovely, The animation crew seems to be one man leading it. He does the most amazing job full of enthusiasm gets stuck right in there builds relationships with the customers and is hilarious. I will continue to come back to this hotel every year , It does make my holiday feel truly special. My last visit. I had a few bottles of champagne left in my room just because thank you For such a great experience, I wanna give a big shout out to Isaias thank you

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We did not want to leave after. Each member of staff put in their best efforts to make sure our experience was smooth and enjoyable. We celebrated our anniversary here and they made it so special for us by writing a note and surprising us with a bottle of champagne. The atmosphere and location was lovely and peaceful. The hotel was close to Mogan Mall, Playa Amadores and Playa Anfi Del Mar and only a 20 minute drive to the Maspalomas Dunes. We rented a car so it was very easy to get to these places, with many places less than a 10 minute drive away. The view from our balcony was so beautiful and we were grateful to get a sea view on the top floor. We found the rooms and facilities to be quite clean. The amenities of the hotel were brilliant too especially if you get the privilege access. We didn’t find it to be noisy even when they had performers in the evening. Shout out to Jonathan for checking us in and being very helpful. Another shout out to Isaias who was part of the entertainment team who had lively welcoming energy for the games & sangria demonstration! Overall we would definitely come back to this hotel as we had an amazing experience and found the value for money to be amazing.

The hotel is one of the cleanest I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Everywhere smells amazing, the decor is beautiful too. All of the staff have been the most attentive and friendly, particularly Toni and the two other servers in the Costa Fusion restaurant on 24th June (sorry I didn’t catch their names!). The area surrounding the pool had plenty of sunbeds and all were in the sun for majority of the day. The lifeguard was constantly clearing away empty cups and keeping the area clean. The only slightly downside was no balls allowed in the pool but I appreciate this might be a positive for adults wanting to have a relaxing holiday so not something worthy of deducting any stars! The house keeping did a wonderful job at keeping the rooms clean and beds and towels refreshed. Beds were extremely comfortable with great choice of pillows including a nice long pillow each. The only negative was we were on the ground floor and had a frosted window on the hallway side, with a thin blind that allowed the light from the hallways to shine through all night (actually really needs a black out blind!). The buffet was one of the best I have found at an all inclusive, but advice would be to go early where the food is fresh. The pasta was repetitive with only ever having carbonara or bolognese available, and a mix of pasta sauces would have been appreciated, particularly if a vegetarian option was available each night. Vegetarian protein options are limited as always in all inclusive but there were always plenty of vegetables and carb choices and a great salad bar. Was lovely to have a pale rose wine available as this is rare. The location was great and I would absolutely stay here in the future! Thank you all at H10!
