We had such a lovely stay at H10 Princess, and one of the highlights was definitely the animation team. They work incredibly hard from morning until night, always with a smile and so much energy. They made everyone feel welcome, whether you wanted to join in with the activities or simply enjoy watching the entertainment. They were fantastic with children and adults alike, creating a fun, friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. A special thank you to the whole team for making our holiday even more memorable. Your enthusiasm, kindness and dedication don’t go unnoticed. You are a real credit to the H10 Princess, and we can’t wait to come back! Loved the wizard box

The animation team are outstanding a special shoutout to Claudia who’s energy, passion and patience are second to none. I wish there were slightly more activities to do during the day is okay but not brilliant, but THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE ANIMATION TEAM. The lifeguard could try and learn some basic phrases and some basic manors. But I understand there duty is to safety and not kindness. I was also shocked there were no shows or performances on whilst visiting. A lot of quizzes, bingo and the like. The food is great. You won’t go hungry here. Breakfast is easily my favourite here, followed by lunch and finally dinner. But you will be catered for and will find something you’ll like.

Animation team were fantastic! Great with children and very approachable. Buffet food was good - pay for what you get! Dolce vita restaurant could be better food. Don’t upgrade to privilege - not worth the extra for this hotel. Lunch is slightly too late at 1:30pm - 3:30pm when you have young children.

This is a really nice hotel. We spent 11 days in April and had a really good holiday. We especially liked: - The animation team is stellar! Great energy and fun things for kids (and teenagers!) - The hotel's layout - you feel like in a garden with lots of green plants and trees - good food with large selection - location - short walk to the centre of Playa Blanca and the beach - lots of lounge areas and other spaces within the hotel Having said that there are few things worth mentioning that I would like to know about a hotel when deciding to go or not: - the main pool is not heated and that is why hardly anyone ever swims there, which is a shame as it is a nice, large pool. - the junior suite is not really a suite - just a double room in other hotels, so if you think of a separate space for you and the kids either take the (full) suite or look somewhere else - There are some loud works taking place early in the morning (e.g. pressure washing the sunbeds), so forget sleep if you like having windows open

5 Stars to the animation team. They made my kids holiday, they were fun and friendly. Managed to get everyone involved. We booked h10 because of the daisy club in the h10 lanzarote gardens a few months earlier. Both teams were excellent. The animation team could do with some more new toys for the kids, but the team made everything really good. The mini disco was a hit as always, and the kids love meeting daisy. The kids were excited every time they saw the animation team. They even allowed the kids (2 and 4) to get involved in some of the more grown up games(which they loved!) The room was not as clean as the last h10 we stayed in. The staff serving in the bars/restaurants seemed to be over worked on a skeleton staff. The coffee shop staff seemed put out by any request for a coffee. The food, not as nice as the food in h10 Lanzarote gardens in Costa Teguise. The Italian restaurant wasn’t to our taste, didn’t seem to be authentic pizzas or pasta. The weather wasn’t the best, so we really appreciated the heated indoor pool. To summarise, excellent animation team(the reason we choose h10), food not as good as Costa teguise, not enough staff, facilities need a little TLC.
