We travel quite often and have stayed in many hotels, but it has been a long time since we felt as comfortable and genuinely happy as we did here. The hotel has a fantastic location with absolutely beautiful views. From the moment you walk in, everything feels fresh, clean and welcoming. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, the rooms are spacious, beautifully designed and furnished in a modern style, and the housekeeping is excellent. Everything is kept exceptionally clean, including the bathrooms. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is wonderful, and the food was absolutely delicious. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations and pleasantly surprised us in every way. One of the highlights is definitely the fifth floor, where you can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool with spectacular views over Benidorm, as well as a lovely rooftop bar. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We had a wonderful stay and felt incredibly comfortable from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will absolutely come back again. Thank you for making our holiday so special! ❤️

We visited this hotel to surprise some friends who were already on holiday, and from the moment we arrived until the minute we left, the staff were outstanding in every respect. A special mention goes to Lorena on reception, who was fantastic during check-in. She is a real credit to the hotel and an invaluable asset to the H10 group. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and offers excellent facilities. Our room was lovely, and the pool and bar area are very well designed. The food was outstanding—easily one of the best experiences we’ve had in Spain. The location is also ideal, just a few minutes’ walk from the old town and right on the beachfront. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel in every way, and I would highly recommend it.

A solid 4-star hotel, but I wouldn’t book it again. I’ve stayed in noticeably better hotels of this category before. The hallway near the reception sometimes smelled quite unpleasant. The rooms were reasonably clean, but the hotel as a whole could be a bit more modern and updated. Breakfast was good, dinner was rather mediocre. The pool is 80cm deep so you can’t swim if you’re above 160cm. Besides, The location is very good though also the view from the pool is very nice. What stood out most negatively was the reception staff: pushy and somewhat unfriendly, almost obsessive about control. We had booked three rooms at this hotel. A family member visiting us had booked a room at the hotel right next door, since there was no more space available here — yet every single time he came to visit, he was questioned about what he was doing here. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other hotel. We had three rooms booked with you — that should be reason enough not to interrogate a visitor like a suspect every time. Are you receptionists or security guards?

What a fantastic experience! I wouldn't know where to start ♥️ + The personnel is so professional and always willing to help. It doesn't matter we talk about receptionist, waiters or housekeeping, they are all top at their job 👏👏 + The hotel location is perfect! You have the beach just one minute away. The old town is close, just 5 minutes walking. + Promenade gives you a great experience around Poniente beach + We didn't use the pool, so we can't say anything about it. However, I can say it looks really nice! + Breakfast and dinner are buffet, and you have so many options. You'll definitely find something you like 😁 + We left really early in the morning, so they offered an early breakfast ♥️ + Rooms are so clean!!! Awesome job! We'll return here, for sure! ♥️

2nd time staying at this fantastic hotel. It hits the spot for everything. Situated in the old town Benidorm. Location to small quiet local amenities. The great prom walk directly opposite & the miles of beach is perfect for the abled or not so mobile. H10 has a great bar/infinity pool on floor 5 but this time we were room 329 and offered us everything except a balcony. Not something we missed but for some it might b a must. Deposits needed for towels but easily returned. The hotel does B&B or full board which we did. The restaurant gets busy but not to the extend of queing however this was based on us doing breakfast at 8.30/9am & evening meal at 7pm. Lots of variety in foods and a good salad selection. Staff were always lovely and happy to help when needed. The housekeeping was thorough & kept the rooms immaculate. The hotel also arranged some of our excursions. We have joined the H10 rewards scheme as we will certainly continue to use this one but also to try out the others.
