Hotel Don Pancho

We have just returned from an amazing two-week stay at the Hotel Don Pancho in Benidorm, and we honestly cannot recommend it highly enough. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel we have ever stayed in whilst visiting Benidorm. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was absolutely outstanding. The food was simply exceptional. Both the breakfast and evening meals were absolutely delicious, with an incredible choice and outstanding quality every single day. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The staff are a real credit to the hotel. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to make your stay special. They are warm, friendly, professional and always happy to help, making you feel genuinely welcome. Our room was immaculate throughout our stay. Housekeeping maintained the highest standards of cleanliness, and the entire hotel is spotless. The décor is elegant, modern and beautifully maintained, and the lobby is absolutely stunning—it’s a wonderful first impression and reflects the quality of the whole hotel. Thank you to everyone at the Don Pancho for making our holiday so memorable. We have had the most wonderful two weeks and will definitely be returning. If you’re looking for luxury, exceptional food, outstanding service and impeccable cleanliness, this is the hotel to book. A well-deserved 5 stars!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was lovely, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing, with plenty of choice and something to suit everyone. We were also particularly impressed with the way the sunbeds were managed. Everything was well organised and fair, which made enjoying the pool area so much more relaxing. A special mention must go to Raymond, who was absolutely fantastic. His friendly attitude, helpfulness and excellent service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily return!

Another fabulous stay at this hotel, we’ve been coming to Benidorm for many years now, and although some things are changing, this hotel remains in our opinion the best in the area. The overall hotel areas, room standards and well managed pool create such a relaxed comfortable atmosphere. No fight for sun beds here ! Food is excellent quality, we saw lots of local families paying for lunch which shows how good the food is, with a wide selection of international dishes attentive chefs and waiters. Their thoughtful staff who all take time to ensure guests are well looked after especially those with additional needs. I honestly cannot praise this hotel enough. A wonderful 10 day stay again.. Thank-you for making my birthday special, my husband really appreciated his requests being met 😊.. see you again soon 🙏..💕 Ps Good luck in the WC España.. we loved the atmosphere and your lit up sea front 🇪🇸 ⚽️ unless you play us ..😂😂 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

a beautifull place throughout. faultless. the food was amazing, with friendly staff every time. the entertainment area is fantastic. sharleen does a great job. the backdrop on the stage is a great feature. 100 % all the way, interesting reading the history of the hotel as well. ( dont agree with people using 2 sunbeds on top of each other! twice we tried and there wasnt any available. but with at least 20 people using 2 at once. in my opinion this should be stoped)
