We travelled as a group of friends, one of which is a wheel chair user. We was slightly worried about how the hotel would handle this, and I have to say they were brilliant. What a relief to be given a family room with accessible features. The room was spacious and clean and I only deducted a star because I thought the air conditioner could have worked better. The pool area was brilliant and my friend was offered the use of a hoist straight away by the life guard , though she did not use it. There was always plenty of sunbeds at any time of the day. The food was great, again never over crowded and reserved tables for disabled users , we did up grade to gold all inclusive and definitely got our value in cocktails. We did not really watch the entertainment but we did see the children enjoying the early shows. The staff were lovely. Most really friendly, and the cleaners came every day. We had a wonderful holiday and I would not hesitate to come back again. Thank you to everyone at RH Princesa

Just got back from staying here, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in, the place is absolutely spotless! As soon as we checked in, the man who checked us in was so nice to my son, the staff work so hard, the all inclusive is proper branded drinks like smirnoff vodka, the cider are cans of strongbow, you really can't fault it. There is a food van thats also included with the all inclusive ( burgers, chips hot dogs ect), the woman who worked behind the food van was amazing, my 3 year old loved her! We stayed in room 603, brilliant view of the pool and splash pool plus the sea, rooms are just like everywhere in the hotel are spotlessly clean. I wouldn't stay anywhere else now in Benidorm.

My family 13 of us stayed at this hotel. We chose it for the location and suitability for the kids ranging from 5 - 18 for the entertainment and activities and also the grandparents who could walk outside the hotel to the beach or shops or do some sightseeing. This hotel ticked all of those boxes. My family of 4 had a family room which were 2 double beds. Perfectly adequate as long as you don't spend too much time in the room as space is limited but there is a large balcony. Staff here are lovely. Couldn't do enough to help us. They even packed a picnic lunch for all of us when we did beach day. I would highly recommend this hotel. I just wouldn't choose Benidorm itself again as I thought that it was constantly crowded outside of the hotel.

Stayed at RH Princessa Hotel last week for ten nights. Having never been to Benidorm we found this Hotel to be just about perfect.Our family of five had adjoining rooms. Hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy. Food selection was amazing and as we were All Inclusive, we made the most of the breakfast and dinner selections. We only had lunch a couple of times, as we were also using the Hut on the terrace when poolside. Every single hotel employee from the busy cleaners to the bar staff are kind and generous. Only gripe is that the pool isn’t heated but once you’re in it’s actually not that bad on a hot day. A short walk to the beach and The Strip. Old Town is lovely. I would recommend this Hotel. We found peg leg the one footed dove highly popular. 👍

An absolute 10/10 gem in Benidorm—unbeatable staff and service! We had the best family holiday with our two kids aged 14 and 16 staying at this all-inclusive hotel. Every single member of the staff is incredibly friendly. From reception and housekeeping to the bar, restaurant, and animation crew, everyone was brilliant. Their positive energy made the whole experience so much better. I do have to give a special shout-out to the restaurant staff and the chef. Now, as a husband, I love my wife dearly, but travelling with someone who is strictly gluten-free can sometimes be a bit of a headache! However, the team here made it completely effortless. They were exceptionally accommodating, walked us through the selections on offer every single day, and always made sure she had fantastic, safe options. They completely took the stress out of our meals, and they deserve massive credit for their hard work and brilliant service. The hotel itself is spotless, the atmosphere is fantastic, and I honestly cannot fault a single thing. Without a doubt, 100%, this place is a little gem. We will definitely be back!
