RH Princesa Hotel and Spa

We travelled as a group of friends, one of which is a wheel chair user. We was slightly worried about how the hotel would handle this, and I have to say they were brilliant. What a relief to be given a family room with accessible features. The room was spacious and clean and I only deducted a star because I thought the air conditioner could have worked better. The pool area was brilliant and my friend was offered the use of a hoist straight away by the life guard , though she did not use it. There was always plenty of sunbeds at any time of the day. The food was great, again never over crowded and reserved tables for disabled users , we did up grade to gold all inclusive and definitely got our value in cocktails. We did not really watch the entertainment but we did see the children enjoying the early shows. The staff were lovely. Most really friendly, and the cleaners came every day. We had a wonderful holiday and I would not hesitate to come back again. Thank you to everyone at RH Princesa

We (2 adults, 1 child 2yo) are recently home from a week stay at the Princesa where we were half board (breakfast and dinner). What a wonderful holiday we had! The rooms were perfect size for 2 adults and a toddler, comfy beds and modern decoration. Bathroom is a walk in shower which was excellent for our needs and ideal for post beach hose downs! The hotel public areas were nice and welcoming. The facilities available for children you could not fault! My daughter loved the soft play, trampolines and bouncy castle. We also had a go of the mini golf and football. The kids splash pool was fantastic! The pool areas were nice, clean and well maintained - we never struggled for a sunbed no matter what time of day we were there. The staff were wonderful! I'd like to particularly commend the maids who were very kind and helpful cleaning our room every day, even while my daughter had a siesta (she was as quiet as a ninja cleaning that room and we greatly appreciated it!). The staff in the restaurant were also brilliant and very welcoming. They were very understanding to the struggles of dining with a toddler! The food at breakfast and dinner was good. There is a large selection to chose from and I'm sure even the fussiest eaters could find something they'd enjoy. The ice cream machine was a particular favourite with my 2 year old. The hotel location could not be better. Approx. 10min walk to the beach and old town shops and bars. There is also a big supermarket behind the hotel which was great for us at lunch times. I last stayed at this hotel in 1999 as a child and while the decor has changed the character and spirit of the hotel has not. This is a fantastic hotel to visit for any family and we will certainly be coming back.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel as a family of four with our two young girls, we have enjoyed it more and more each time we have stayed. This time around we also brought our siblings their families and both our mothers as we knew they would love it to. Our daughter of 7 years old is the one who told me I had to leave a review I never do this but she wants us to highlight the kids staff so much as they let her and her younger sister and her cousin help the entertainment on their last night they loved it so much and we have booked again to come back next year already we look forward to our fifth stay.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff were friendly, customer service was excellent, hotel was clean throughout and very spacious. Air con in the room worked like a dream. Food was fresh and varied. Drinks were branded. Overall, everything was great quality. 10/10 will be coming back!

We stayed here for 10 days this june and we were really impressed. The rooms are pristine and cleaned daily by friendly lovely cleaners we stopped in room 104 it was right above the night time entertainment so sleeping before 12pm was impossible so try and avoid that if you can We upgraded to gold bands and I think unless you're a massive drinker there's really no point we didn't get our moneys worth personally but you can track your consumption through a qr code at the bar . The bar staff are amazing always smiling and dancing and up for a chat . The food was lovely although in my opinion was a little samey all the time but the dining room as large and spotless The pool was cold but no more so than any other pool abroad. We went as a couple with no kids so didn't experience everything the hotle has to offer but it seemed like there was alot for the kids there Also no more than 5 mins to the beach and old town All in all we loved it and would definitely go back if we come to benidorm again
