I stayed here wuth my husband, two daughters and my parents. Many aspects of the hotel are great. Why one star? Because when we checked out, the hotel knew we had missed our flight due to circumstances connected to our stay, yet left us stranded at the airport for 13 hours and refused to let us return — despite our 7 year old being seriously ill from food poisoning after a hotel meal, and our travelling companions being aged 70+. We had missed our flights because we had to take our daughter to a doctor that morning. The checkout process then took far longer than it should have, as the bill was incorrect twice. Our luggage was left behind in the room. Finally, the hotel transfer van suffered an engine failure and we had to switch vehicles on the way to the airport. By the time we arrived, check-in had closed five minutes earlier. Our only option was to rearrange flights for 3:30am. It was then 3pm, with a sick child and elderly grandparents. I contacted the hotel fully expecting them to apologise, send a car, and allow us to spend the evening there while we waited. Instead, after many attempts to get through, a Guest Relations manager named D**** informed us that the hotel had decided the situation was our fault, and that the hotel was full. When my husband told her this was the worst customer service I had ever experienced, she hung up. Back in England we sent the results showing what was wrong with our youngest and the hotel simply insisted it could not hsve been due to them. There are genuinely lovely things about this hotel. But ask yourself — do you want to stay somewhere that refuses to accept responsibility for its own failures, and abandons guests, including a sick child and elderly travellers, without a second thought?

Excellent experience at Hillside Beach Club Hillside Beach Club is a truly special place and one of the highlights of Milford-on-Sea. The location is beautiful, with lovely coastal views and a relaxed atmosphere that instantly makes you feel on holiday. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, whether you’re visiting for a drink, food, or simply to enjoy the seaside vibe. The atmosphere is stylish yet welcoming, striking a great balance between laid-back and well presented. Everything feels well maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to spend time with friends, family, or as a couple. Service is friendly and attentive, and the overall experience feels effortless and pleasant. It’s the kind of place where you want to stay longer than planned, enjoying the views, the ambience, and the calm energy of the surroundings. Hillside Beach Club is a fantastic addition to Milford and a place I would highly recommend to both locals and visitors. Definitely worth a visit, and somewhere I would happily return to.

Wonderful beach club resort in a beautiful oasis location with social atmosphere. Has THE best buffet restaurant in turkey with seriously great food. The service from staff was impeccable, the room was comfortable, the activities were great if you are intrested on joining them, and the night show was unexpectedly unreal! Great hotel for families or couples, and we met lots of repeat guests that come every year for they holidays, so don't think twice. Thank you for our stay and looking after us Leyla! 🙏♥️

We moored by resort with our yacht and got entrance passes to use the facilities at $450 per adult. Given we arrived 2pm, we were charged full day. The food choice at the buffet and activities were great, though overpriced when u just come for the diner. Spa nice but only had a sauna, no steam bath. Kids were not allowed. A bit too rigid.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hillside Beach Club is honestly one of the most magical places you could ever go with your family. They’ve thought of absolutely everything – from toddlers to teenagers – creating the most inclusive and welcoming atmosphere. There’s always something to do every moment of the day, so no one ever feels left out. The food alone could have an entire review by itself. It feels never-ending, with world-class quality and a huge variety of dishes. You’ll find everything from international cuisine to incredible local Turkish specialties, many cooked in traditional ways. Every meal feels like an experience. It’s easy to understand why Hillside has one of the highest return rates of any resort in the world (I even heard Harvard studied it to understand how they do it!). To be honest, calling it a “resort” feels like an understatement – it’s closer to paradise.
