I would like to express our sincere appreciation to the hotel staff and Customer Relations Manager Ms Sezin Demirel for the excellent service provided throughout our stay. From arrival to departure, every member of the team was friendly, professional, and attentive. The staff , especially Eylul and Perihan from service staff, consistently showed great enthusiasm to ensure that our experience was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting guests with a smile and a willingness to help. A special thank you to the Customer Relations Manager, Sezin Hanim, whose dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our stay. Her attention to detail, which was my husband’s birthday, prompt assistance, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression. The high standard of hospitality and hard working demonstrated by the entire team reflects very positively on the hotel. Thank you all for your hard work and commitment to providing such a welcoming and memorable experience. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others, especially to our Scottish countrymen and look forward to returning in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Rixos Premium Göcek and would absolutely recommend it. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by greenery with lovely views across the water, and the whole resort has a relaxed, premium feel. Being adults-only makes a real difference to the atmosphere and it never felt overly busy or hectic. Secret Beach was one of the highlights for us. Getting the boat across is a nice touch and makes the beach feel that little bit more special and secluded. The grounds and pool areas are also extremely well kept, with plenty of places to relax throughout the day. Food and drinks were consistently very good, with plenty of choice, and the quality was noticeably better than you often find at an all-inclusive resort. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, attentive and worked incredibly hard. Another big positive is the location. You’re close enough to walk into Göcek and enjoy the marina, shops and bars, while the resort itself still feels peaceful and tucked away. Our room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. Overall, Rixos Premium Göcek manages to combine the convenience of an all-inclusive with the atmosphere of a much more relaxed, upmarket resort. Beautiful location, excellent service and a genuinely enjoyable place to spend a holiday. Staff are all professional and friendly, loved being kept hydrated by the pool by the girls on roller blades and Cam was a pleasure to talk to also. We’d happily return

We had a very pleasant stay at Rixos Göcek. The team was extremely flexible and accommodating, always doing their best to fulfill our requests and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The service was very good, with attentive and professional staff throughout the resort. A particularly nice touch was the professional personal assistant service, which made it easy to arrange and coordinate everything we needed during our stay. The landscape and surroundings are truly beautiful, with a wonderful park and scenery that create a very relaxing atmosphere. The only small downside is that the beach itself is relatively small and can feel a little crowded at times. However, this is more than compensated by the beautiful park, greenery, and overall scenery of the resort. Overall, a great experience and a place we would happily recommend for its excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and genuine attention to guests.

We had a fantastic stay at Rixos Premium Göcek and really enjoyed our time there. The resort is spacious and offers plenty of activities, with great yoga and boxing classes and a very well-equipped gym. The buffet had a huge selection and everything we tried was delicious. Our room was always spotless and very comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the private beach, which you reach by the hotel’s own boat – such a unique and relaxing experience. Overall, a perfect mix of relaxation and staying active. We would happily come back!
