We stayed 24-29 April 2026 The hotel is in a beautiful location and has a short transfer from Dalaman airport. Right on the marina there’s plenty to see and the walk along the front into town is enjoyable. The layout of the hotel with small blocks of rooms makes it feel spacious and the grounds/gardens are well kept and pretty. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable and a good size. The pools were clean and there was always plenty of towels. We enjoyed the Turquoise, People’s and Azur Restaurants. Food choices were good and well presented. Taking the boat bus to the Secret beach and Azur restaurant was lovely and those areas do not disappoint either. We also thoroughly enjoyed the free boat trip offered by the hotel. We felt the hotel could have offered us a drink on our arrival - there is a bar in reception so they could have a tray of juice, at least, waiting for those arriving. We were disappointed not to be able to get late checkout on our room, especially when we had arrived so late (almost midnight). The day we checked out was the first and only day the room was cleaned before midday which was also a little disappointing. Every other hotel I’ve stayed in they change the order of room cleaning so that you get your room cleaned at different times, so you can at least have it done before lunch on some days of your stay. The area provided in the Spa for getting showered and changed ready for the flight was too hot and it had only one very small bench so was not big enough for the number of us in there trying to change. We were surprised that there was no air conditioning in our rooms and at times even this early in the season it got a little uncomfortable.

Fabulous hotel with super-friendly staff. Great views overlooking the marina with a secluded beach area just a few minutes away. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday. Chilled vibe with low-key activities for those who want to get involved. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and drinks quality is top notch. Everything is spotless.

Rixos Premium Gocek is not only one of the best hotels on the Turkish Riviera but one of the best in general. The location is spectacular, featuring a stunning marina view that makes for perfect sunsets, and the landscaping is incredibly beautiful—it feels like staying in a lush, green sanctuary. The service was world-class. A huge shout-out to Operational Manager Ibrahim, who made our stay exceptional. His hospitality and professionalism truly made a difference. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxury escape!

Outstanding marina and beach location alongside the beautiful village of Gocek, full of atmosphere. Premium standard of service and catering for all. Mostly the entertainment is ok a few stand out performances but we especially loved the included boat tour around the local bays. The poolside waitresses are amazing and really attentive. Cocktails are perfect everyone. Would recommend a visit here. The idyllic surroundings and diverse areas to enjoy the scenery make this a popular choice, our 2nd visit and not disappointed. The landscape is stunning. The People's restaurant is open 24 hours.cand Ibrahim is exceptional. The buffet restaurant was great quality food offerings and the Tempanaki restaurant absolutely 💯 fabulous, the chef a real host and entertainer whilst offering you his best chef delights. Rooms are lovely we enjoyed the Deluxe Suite. Spotless and well kept. We enjoyed the varied pool aerobics, something differnt each day, exceptional hosts as well as the gym.

I am Turkish, but I am writing this review in English because it felt like Turkish guests were not taken seriously at all. I have stayed at Rixos Premium Belek before, so I know what a proper 5-star experience looks like. This hotel is not it. The stay ended with staff falsely accusing us of using cabanas that we never used. Instead of checking proper records, they treated us as if we were trying to leave without paying. It was disrespectful, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. If a hotel is going to operate under a major brand, it should at least keep track of guest charges properly. Honestly, even a Turkish bakkal defteri would have been more organized. A neighborhood grocery store seems to keep better records than this hotel. The hotel was clearly unprepared for Bayram. Staff seemed confused, communication was poor, and we were constantly directed to an AI assistant instead of actual employees. The food during the first days was shockingly bad for a 5-star resort and only improved later. The first room we received was far from everything and badly designed. No luggage stand, one minibar fridge for a family room, and one trash bin for four people. It felt cheap, not luxurious. The beach service was equally disappointing. Most sunbed cushions were wet, and when I asked for help, a staff member snapped at me and never came back. I ended up solving the problem myself. To make matters worse, many staff members spoke neither proper Turkish nor proper English. For a luxury hotel in Turkey, that is unbelievable. And let’s not forget the à la carte restaurants. In many comparable resorts they are included. Here, you pay premium holiday prices and are still asked to pay extra. At that moment, it honestly felt less like a luxury resort and more like a public beach where guests are expected to solve their own problems. What disappoints me most is that despite all of these issues, we tried to remain patient and enjoy our holiday. Yet the stay ended with us being falsely accused of charges we did not incur. For the amount of money charged, this hotel simply does not deliver the service, professionalism, organization, or respect that guests should expect. The irony is that the final memory we took home from our holiday was not the beach, not the food, and not the facilities—it was being treated as though we were attempting to avoid paying for something we never used. I cannot recommend this hotel. There are many better options in Turkey where guests are treated with competence, professionalism, and respect.
