We had a wonderful 4-night family stay at Hilton Mauritius. The resort is beautifully located right on the beach, offering picturesque views and a relaxing atmosphere. The beach itself is stunning, and the property has multiple swimming pools, including a dedicated kids' pool and a Jacuzzi. The resort offers plenty of activities to keep guests engaged, including complimentary water sports like kayaking and pedal boating. We also enjoyed dining at Kesari, the Indian restaurant included in our meal package. The food was delicious, and the menu offered a good variety of Indian dishes. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality. On our request, the team arranged adjacent rooms with a great view, making our family stay much more comfortable. They also surprised us with a cake for our anniversary celebration, which was a thoughtful gesture. A special thanks to Devansh for his exceptional service and for ensuring we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Overall, we highly recommend Hilton Mauritius for its beautiful beachfront location, excellent hospitality, family-friendly facilities, and enjoyable dining experience.

Good morning, Today is our third day at the resort. At the beginning of our trip, we stayed at another five-star resort on the east coast, and the difference in quality has been very noticeable. Breakfast has been one of our biggest disappointments. The restaurant is too small to comfortably accommodate the number of guests, which means waiting for a table every morning and then waiting again for simple items such as eggs. The variety of food is also quite limited, particularly for Muslim guests. In addition, there is no dedicated children’s section at breakfast. The choices available for children are extremely limited, making it difficult for families. Our child even said, “I wish we had stayed at the first resort for the rest of our trip,” which genuinely reflects how disappointed we have been. I would also like to highlight our experience at the French restaurant. Unfortunately, several items from our order were never served, resulting in a significant shortage in what we had ordered. What disappointed us even more was that when I asked to speak with the manager, his primary concern was ensuring that we paid the full bill, despite the fact that we had not received everything we had ordered. We expected the situation to be acknowledged, an apology to be offered, and the bill to reflect what was actually served. This feedback is not intended to criticize for the sake of criticism. It is shared out of respect and with the sincere hope that it will help improve the overall guest experience. A Hilton five-star resort should provide a level of service, food quality, and hospitality that reflects the reputation of the Hilton brand. I genuinely hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used constructively to enhance the experience of future guests.

We had a great stay at the Hilton. The hotel was excellent, but what really stood out was the people. Eva and Thomas welcomed us with a smile and were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Small gestures like that really make a difference and made us feel at home. Thank you both for your kindness. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mauritius Hilton. We have stayed in the best hotels around the world and were pleasantly surprised by this resorts offering. They were responsive on email, made special arrangements for our arrival / departure and put an enormous amount of effort into making our visit feel special. The breakfast is plentiful, the grounds are well maintained and beautiful, while the smaller pool has an incredible view early in the morning. There’s also a nice sunset bar which doesn’t get enough recognition for the views and design. I must commend all of the staff who went above and beyond to do everything within their power to accommodate any and every request. This is probably the best Hilton I’ve ever stayed at, bravo!

Despite the relatively low overall Google rating, I decided to stay at Hilton Flic en Flac after reading the detailed reviews, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere throughout the resort was excellent, relaxed, and welcoming. During our stay, we dined in all of the restaurants except the evening buffet. The possibility of having dinner in à la carte restaurants instead of being limited to a buffet was actually the main reason I chose Hilton over several nearby resorts, and it definitely met my expectations. The food was consistently very good, both in presentation and taste. The only downside is the beach for swimming. The water is very shallow, and there are many coral fragments near the shoreline, making access to the sea a bit less comfortable. Apart from that, the hotel itself is of very high quality, with great service, excellent dining options, and a pleasant atmosphere. In my opinion, the current Google rating of 4.4 is significantly lower than what this resort deserves.
