Despite the relatively low overall Google rating, I decided to stay at Hilton Flic en Flac after reading the detailed reviews, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere throughout the resort was excellent, relaxed, and welcoming. During our stay, we dined in all of the restaurants except the evening buffet. The possibility of having dinner in à la carte restaurants instead of being limited to a buffet was actually the main reason I chose Hilton over several nearby resorts, and it definitely met my expectations. The food was consistently very good, both in presentation and taste. The only downside is the beach for swimming. The water is very shallow, and there are many coral fragments near the shoreline, making access to the sea a bit less comfortable. Apart from that, the hotel itself is of very high quality, with great service, excellent dining options, and a pleasant atmosphere. In my opinion, the current Google rating of 4.4 is significantly lower than what this resort deserves.

Had an amazing time in Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa and it was beyond my expectation.First of all, upon arrival, we received an amazing warm welcome by the staffs, th room was very clean and neatly arranged. I was very amazed about how clean the swimming pools were, clear water. Amazing architecture. Well trained staffs 👏,one of the hotel's best elements is its staffs, always smiling, and welcoming, no discrimination between local clients and tourists clients. Special recognition due to Mrs. Jeannick, she is an angel, a person of good heart, always listening to the clients, always having a smile on her face, secondly, Adarsh and Nikkil, the restaurant waiters, very friendly, helpful whenever we were in need of something in the restaurant. Concerning the food, many varieties are offered, the restaurant is very hygienic and serves new delicious food for clients to try. Great hotel to explore. You will not regret for sure.

Our stay at the Hilton Mauritius was excellent. The hotel features stunning premises, with lush green gardens and spectacular swimming pools. Everything was impeccably clean and hygienic throughout our stay, and both housekeeping and room service were efficient and professional. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the significant improvement in the buffet breakfast this year at the Pomme d’Amour restaurant. The variety was outstanding, particularly with an excellent selection of fresh fruits, salads, seeds, nuts, cheese and dried fruits. It was truly an exceptional breakfast buffet and one of the best we have experienced at a five-star hotel in Mauritius. The hotel was also very accommodating and responsive whenever we needed assistance, whether with bed arrangements or minor room matters, all of which were handled promptly. One area with strong potential for further enhancement is the buffet dinner, particularly in terms of quality and culinary sophistication. Elevating the seafood selection with options such as oysters and sashimi would bring it to the same exceptional standard as the breakfast. We also appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, including the thoughtful gesture of offering bottled water on our departure day. Overall, a very satisfying and memorable stay, and one we look forward to returning next year.

I booked Hilton Mauritius for my parents and overall they had a good stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and they really loved the room. My mum especially enjoyed the beach area as it felt colourful, lively and had a really nice atmosphere. The reception staff were very helpful and attentive throughout the stay. I would also like to mention Akhil, who was very helpful in making note of our requests and ensuring my parents were looked after. However, there were a few areas where the service did not feel quite 5-star. I had made several requests before arrival which unfortunately did not seem to be noted. The hotel was also extremely busy, which made restaurant reservations difficult to get. At the buffet, service sometimes felt a little disorganised and it could be hard to get staff attention. There also seemed to be some confusion around pricing at times. While the food was decent, my parents felt the variety could have been better and some dishes were not always served hot. I also contacted the hotel regarding some feedback from my parents. After being transferred several times, I eventually spoke with Charlene. Unfortunately, I did not feel the concerns were fully acknowledged, which was disappointing. Overall, my parents did enjoy their stay and there were some very positive aspects, especially the room, beach and helpful reception staff. However, the overall service experience did not consistently feel at the level expected from a 5-star hotel.

This gem of a Hilton Resort awaits you with a warm welcome from the reception, concierge and guest relations desk. The first impression is the most important one. I had a wonderful sea view room, the interior was modern and the room was spotless clean. The facilities were wonderful, lots of space to lay down in the tropical garden and beach areas, the beach was bright and nice, the adults-only pool area lovely and quiet. I also like to mention the Spa which is a wonderful place to relax. The massage was fantastic. The resort felt like a family to me. You feel the spirit and the wonderful team work, all the staff were very attentive and friendly. Thanks to everybody who made my stay in paradise memorable and thanks to the wonderful General Manager Lady: Eva, who takes good care of every single guest. A special thank you to Suhailah, serving me gin and tonic in the smartest apron I have ever spotted. Vicky for serving a lovely bottle of 2023 Dashwood Sauvignon Blanc on christmas eve, Cunden who took care, received the best quality breakfast so I always had a great start into my day. Gucci from the pool bar who made sure I didn't run out of sparkling water. Thank you for hosting me during the Christmas time. I will definitely visit again in if my travels brings me to Mauritius🌴
