Absoloutely amazing hotel, the staff are so friendly kind, and attentive. Food is fabulous, so much choice, and so many activities to choose from. The bar staff excelled in the Palm bar. A special mention to our room attendant Suchetta she was excellent in cleaning and servicing our room with everything we could possibly need. All in all the most fabulous resort, we wouldn't hesitate to reccomend this hotel to anyone Excellent

Excellent hotel with beautiful views and hotel. All the staff were excellent and really friendly and good with kids. This hotel accommodates for babies as well providing amenities such as steriliser bottle warmer etc. which made the stay easier. Food was also delicious range of option. Housekeeping team were excellent during my stay, big compliments to Shehbir to cleaned my room during my stay. Room was spotless everyday and he was really friendly and helpful. Also compliments to the head chef Deepuck who cooked baby food every night which I was really grateful for. Overall excellent hotel for kids and amazing staff and would come back again

The level of service throughout the entire resort is truly exceptional and made us feel special from the moment we arrived. The food is delicious, with great variety and excellent quality in every restaurant. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and offer breathtaking ocean views. The atmosphere of the resort is peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a memorable holiday. We also loved the activities and services offered. The beach staff, boat drivers, and water sports team were professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. Whether it was paddling, sailing, or simply relaxing on the beach, everything was perfectly organized. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend LUX* Grand Gaube and hope to return again soon!

Truly a magnificent stay at LUX* Grand Gaube for our honeymoon. What makes this resort so special isn’t just the scenic views, beautiful beaches or incredible food, but its people. The staff work tirelessly and genuinely set this resort apart from the many resorts my husband and I have visited together. Their enthusiasm to serve, answer questions and offer a warm hello as you walk through the beautiful grounds is something we will never forget. It’s so difficult to name every single member of staff who contributed to making our stay so special. Café LUX*, Creole Smokehouse, BB’s, INTI and Ici, the ice cream truck, were all amazing, as were the complimentary water sports. A special mention to Liam and Reedo, who made our time lounging on the beach so special every single day. To Sylvano and Chetan at Café LUX*, thank you for sharing your expertise and helping us refine our latte art skills, as well as making the best coffees every single time. Thank you to Anadiel for sharing his expertise on rum with us during the rum tasting experience, Mahandra and Thierry for their truly exemplary service at Creole Smokehouse, and Emmanuel for welcoming us so warmly when we arrived at the resort. In short, we had a lovely stay at LUX* Grand Gaube, made truly special by its incredible staff. Management, please continue to invest in your incredible team, compensate them fairly for the exceptional work they do and recognise the important role they play in sustaining your brand and showcasing Mauritius as a place we will want to return to.

We had a great time here! The restaurants were great and general service was superb so definitely 5* for that! We stayed in a junior suite which is a lovely room but it does lack privacy if you decide to have a bath on your deck... I did also smell a sewer smell on some days which was a bit unpleasant as well. Food is great if you love seafood. But if you don't and have food intolerances like Lactose it becomes quite tricky to find a good meal... There should be more options that cater for this. The beach was lovely as it's protected from the wind so we spent alot of time there and the Spa was great! Would definitely go back!
