We had an awesome stay at the hotel. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful, and immersed in nature, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. A special thanks to Mr. Raj, who was exceptionally helpful, kind, and always willing to assist whenever needed. We would also like to express our appreciation to Eric and Khasish for their outstanding service, professionalism, and friendliness throughout our stay. The hotel offers a wonderful atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a truly welcoming environment. The entire staff contributed to making our experience memorable and enjoyable, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future

From the beginning till the end of our stay we received a warm welcome from everyone. We went to celebrate our daughter's 1st birthday and all the staff ensured that we were comfortable for this event. We were happy to receive a late check out. As the weather was windy and rainy, we seize this opportunity to spend more time in the bathtub, which provide hot water. That's wonderful. Even the food was yummy ! Full of choices and delicious. Everything was perfect. It would been ideal if there was glass panes along the swimming pool to protect against the wind.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic, we liked absolutely everything. The hotel itself is located along the beach, the hotel area is all planted with various greenery, you can hear the sound of the ocean and the singing of exotic birds. Our room was quite spacious, it had everything you need for relaxation: a comfortable bed, a very comfortable mattress and pillow, a large double blanket. Terrace with sun loungers, outdoor shower and bathtub, coffee maker and minibar with drinks. The restaurant has food for all tastes, the choice is quite large, and the main thing is that everything is fresh and tasty. And SO SOFITEL has the most delicious cakes and pastries, they are unsurpassed. Right next to the restaurant is a bar with a pleasant interior and a fairly good selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. But the highlight of this hotel is the staff who took care of us from the moment we entered the hotel and until we left. This is an incredibly well-trained team of professionals who made our vacation as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. Thank you all for your warm attitude and efforts to understand our Ukrainian language. Thank you to the senior hotel manager Mickael for everything he did for us, thank you very much to Ray for his help and kind heart, and thank you to the guys and girls from the restaurant, bar and reception for your professionalism and your sincere smiles. Very disappointing experience for a hotel claiming to be five-star, especially for families. We booked mainly for the kids’ club, but it was consistently not staffed during advertised hours (08:30–22:30). Every day, we had to go through reception and wait up to an hour for someone to show up. On our first day, our child was taken into the gym and allowed to use equipment, despite this being prohibited for minors — a clear safety concern. We also saw other children in the gym during our stay. Despite raising this with management and being assured it would be fixed, nothing changed. We were even told that we should have hired a babysitter instead, which defeats the purpose of having a kids’ club. More broadly, beyond the disappointment with the kids’ club, the overall level of service throughout the hotel was below expectations for a five-star property. At check-out, we were also asked to pay for a dinner that had been offered by the duty manager on our first night due to the issues encountered. When we explained this, it was denied, despite us not having signed any bill. The situation escalated to the point where staff threatened to call the police. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Bel Ombre. The service was excellent,friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. The breakfast offered a great variety and was consistently fresh and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the peaceful sunrise walk along the beach, absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself is quiet and serene, making it the perfect place to relax, recharge, and reset. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and rejuvenating getaway.
