We have been staying at this hotel for years, and every visit is as wonderful as the last. The staff always make us feel genuinely welcome, and their kindness and professionalism are truly exceptional. The hotel is perfectly nestled in nature, creating a peaceful, warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to details is evident in every aspect of the experience. The food is excellent, the facilities are well cared for, and the service consistently exceeds our expectations. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the staff members Kavita, Jay, Deaven, Rakesh and Jessica who have made our holidays truly unforgettable for the past 13 years.

Spent a weekend at Maritim Resort & Spa and had a wonderful experience! A big thank you to Mr. Antish for his excellent service and hospitality. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the sauna and jacuzzi were amazing. I also loved the gym, especially the back and chest machines, which were excellent and well-maintained. I especially loved the little farm within the hotel. Seeing the tortoises, horses, and many other animals was a lovely experience and made the stay even more special. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway. I highly recommend it ! 😄

We had an exceptional stay at Maritim Balaclava and would like to thank the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Neha gave us the warmest welcome we have ever received at a hotel. Her friendliness and professionalism immediately made us feel at home. Kishen and Krishna (Porter) also went above and beyond, ensuring our transportation needs were met and making us feel like family rather than guests. Krishna’s positive energy and attentiveness throughout our stay were particularly appreciated. In the Food & Beverage department, Khimesh and Avinash provided outstanding service, always checking on us, recommending drinks, and paying attention to every detail. Their kindness and professionalism made every meal enjoyable. We would also like to thank Nina at the bar for her warm smile, helpful recommendations, and excellent service. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and plenty of activities. However, what truly sets Maritim Balaclava apart is its people. The genuine warmth, care, and hospitality shown by the team were unlike anything we have experienced before. None of the staff members mentioned above asked for a review or rating. I discreetly noted their names from their badges because I genuinely wanted to recognize their exceptional service. A perfect 10/10 stay. We highly recommend Maritim Balaclava and look forward to returning.

We had the most fantastic 10 days at the Maritim - it was nothing short of incredible. We booked a suite which exceeded our expectations - it was huge and came complete with a stunning view, personal butler service and reserved sun beds on a private beach. All of the staff were wonderful - whether it was those who cooked and served breakfast on the beach at La Maree or who made drinks throughout the day, or the incredible chefs at Les Filaos (our favourite restaurant) everyone was lovely. We have to give a special shout out to Jay on the beach, for whom nothing was too much trouble. And it was the same with the butlers - they truly made our holiday unforgettable and we cannot wait to return next year. The massages at the spa were also fantastic, as was the yoga and we loved the animal sanctuary too. The We genuinely can't rate this hotel highly enough!
