I spent five nights at this hotel as a family of 3, I found the rooms to be quite nice and spacious. the use of YouTube on the TV was handy, and the wifi was not complimentary except in the reception area. We discovered that the food quality varied significantly, we found breakfast was cold no matter how early or late you went, there was a singer for one of the evenings who was excellent, The hotel offered very few activities, which was surprising for a so-called 'family-friendly' resort. In hindsight, we realized that the sister hotel, Hl Paradise, would have likely been a better option for us, as it provided many more activities for children. The staff appeared to be helpful, and our rooms were cleaned daily. The town center was conveniently a ten-minute walk away, which was beneficial since we visited it most days due to our boredom at the hotel, which could be a personal preference thing, unfortunately there weren't enough sun beds as most days we struggle to find even a spare one, For its price point I would say its a cheap and cheerful hotel, unfortunately we wouldn't return.

Went on my first family holiday with my wife, mother and son. We just arrived back earlier today and wanted to say this place was fantastic to stay at, the staff were really friendly and the entertainment both for adults and children was great, we enjoyed staying all inclusive, the food and drink was great. We were devastated to be leaving yesterday and would definitely return.

For context I use a custom manual wheelchair. I’ve just come back from an overall great holiday, the resort itself is very nice the pools are great and have some good areas for evenings with the family. Food was good I do think they should change the dessert a bit though as it was basically the same every night. But there are quite a few things that need updating for disabled guests. The location of the wheelchair accessible rooms are great, very close to all the facilities. But the room it self needs some major upgrades: - no grab rails anywhere in the bathroom. - no shower chair (had to use a outside chair) - the shower head was to high to reach. - the bed was on wheels and couldn’t lock. - the wardrobes were not lowered. - the door lock/handle was very had to use and had to get my key redone multiple times. These are key thing for a wheelchair accessible room so I’m not sure why they don’t have them, if I was a paralysed wheelchair user there is no way I would have been able to stay here. So i think it’s very important for these things to change. But again the resort itself is good and I would recommend to others but not to disabled people.

À bit of a mixed bag. The accommodation is fairly basic. The bungalow is reasonably spacious but fitted out cheaply - certainly nothing like a typical 4* hotel room. However, certainly not uncomfortable. The grounds were well laid out and attractive. The food was ok; plenty of variation through the week and plenty of choice. Much of it was good but it was uneven - I always seemed to end up with at least one item that was poor - dried up, overly salty, wrong texture etc.. The meats and fish were generally good and the veg more disappointing. The pool area was fine - plenty of sun beds, enough shade, but the pool temperature was cool. Inclusive drinks were good. Evening entertainment wasn't to my taste. The kids enjoyed their entertainment and were happy with the food. Location is fine - about 15 mins from the beach and 10 mins from the bus station. Resort itself is very pleasant. I won't be rushing to go back but wouldn't rule it out. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed for 10 days and after reading a few bad reviews we were a bit worried however we enjoyed every minute of it. Staff are lovely and friendly and always happy to help. Entertainment staff always have so much energy and up for a laugh with you. Rooms were very clean and clean towels every day however dont think our bedding was change but we werent too fussed and beds were always remade for us. Always something to find to eat as have a big variety to choose from and 3 bars so always somewhere to grab a drink. 15 minute walk down to the beach or a few euros in a taxi. Was definitely what we needed to have a relaxing stay. Only downside we found was people left there paper cups around to let blow around instead of and putting them in the bin however staff tried to clean them up when they could. All round a fantastic holiday if you want 5 star this probably isn't for you but its what you make of it and we had a great time!
