Stayed in October 2025 We were there for 3 nights and 4 days. Happy that they let us check in early however the lift didn't work for the time we was there. Food was OK for someone that eats everything, however mostly repetitive. As a vegetarian, was annoying to see other guests AND staff mixing utensils; for example using the same utensil for the meat pizza on the vegetarian pizza. Picking up chips with the chicken utensils (member of staff). I'm sure there was other things that I didn't see, which really unsettled me. We tried the Italian a la carte which was pretty basic all round, including service. Its safe to say I didn't eat much. Rooms are just about OK. Very basic. Bed sheets had holes and rips in. Pool area could be better. Lots of broken tiles around pool. Splash park is well used but needs updating. Water is murky. The stagnant water in the slides also needs addressing. It also often smelt of egg. There was lots of green, what seemed like mould around, which also needs addressing. Entertainment team are good. They bring lots of energy and get everyone involved. My nearly 2 year old loved the mini disco. Location is good. 10 mins walk to beach which we enjoyed. Would go every morning after breakfast and come back to hotel for lunch. I won't be returning to this hotel

We loved our stay in this hotel. So many great activities going on everyday, the entertainment team were fantastic always doing something. Shot number bingo was so funny. The food is good for an all inclusive. Pools are clean and don't smell. W eare gutted we won't see the greatest show as we are flying out this evening. My daughter says the best part was ice-cream all day and lollipops at every meal time. The accommodation was spot on, quirky open air 2nd toilet and shower too. Made my day. We up graded our room to a bedroom suite and this gave so much extra space. We loved our holiday, thank you so much. See you again one day

Had a great time,lovely time spending 11 nights with my partner. Accommodation was great ,lovely big room with ample storage and living room too. Staff were fantastic ,food was good without being great ,breakfast same everyday and mains repeat so if there more than 7 days you will notice this. Entertainment is definitely geared towards families and kids ,so althoughbi said we had good time don't expect to be enthralled by night time Entertainment, especially if like us slightly older couples. location is a bit out of the way, at least 20 min walk to beginning of town centre andx15 min walk to nearest bars/ restaurants etc.One thing i have to say is without exception to beer the spirits are absolutely awful,don't expect to get drunk on this stuff, branded spirits are available at cost with no prices to be found anywhere so no ideaxwhat you are going to pay,also no cash beed to pay by card so you will beed to be sure if your card is OK to use abroad so you won't incur extra costs each transaction.Juast some moans I know from what I would say was a very nice ,relaxing holiday .Definitely geared for families and couples looking for a stay at hotel vacation.

Stayed here for 5 days , the bungalows are fantastic very clean , the food the first night was not that good it was cold. But seemed to improve the next day and was hotter, always able to eat when I visited the restaurants. Booked the Al a Carte Mexican not impressed , service was slow . But food was fantastic. I met a little cat on the site and she was beautiful, very friendly. She came to visit me most mornings and was lovely to start my day after a little visit from her she is friendly. Would I return again to this hotel , 100% yes

The hotel was perfect for us! The rooms were clean and spacious and the little terrace we had was lovely. The pool and sun loungers were great and easy to get to each day! The food choice was plentiful and very good for a buffet! Some things they cooked could be better but there was always something we loved and the dinner was always amazing. But what really made our holiday was the animation team, they were FANTASTIC. Every single one of them. They were so energetic, so happy, and made everyone feel welcome - we really loved them! They got us doing so many fun activities, meeting new people and making everyone have a laugh! It was the perfect holiday.
