We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Hotel Ao Nang. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is excellent, with everything you need just a short walk away. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel features large swimming pools with a great pool bar, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day. A special compliment goes to the management. Everything is very well organized, and you can really feel the high standards throughout the hotel. A big thank you to the General Manager for the outstanding hospitality. We are looking forward to coming back!

Very Disappointing Housekeeping and Towel Quality – Not What I Expected from This Hotel My stay at Holiday Ao Nang Beach started off quite well. Everything seemed fine on the first day, except for one thing I noticed: the bath towels provided in our room looked quite old and had some black stains on them. However, I didn't think much of it at the time and decided to overlook it. On the second day, my family and I went out sightseeing and activated the housekeeping service button before leaving. When we returned to our room, we discovered several issues. One of the bath towels was missing, there was no toilet paper, and the trash bin had been left disassembled. My wife called housekeeping to request two bath towels and some toilet paper. The staff delivered them to our room, but what happened next was truly shocking. One of the replacement towels had a hole so large that I could easily put my entire fist through it! The fabric was extremely old, worn out, and deteriorating. Fortunately, we had requested two towels, so we were able to use the other one. For context, we were staying as a family of three — my wife, our 7-year-old son, and myself. At this point, I was already feeling very disappointed. But then I noticed that one of the small face towels provided in the room was also in terrible condition, with frayed and torn edges and loose threads hanging from it. To be perfectly honest, towels in this condition are something I would have already thrown away or used as cleaning rags at home. I never expected to see them provided to guests at a hotel of this standard. What disappoints me the most is not simply that the towels were old, but that they were considered acceptable to provide to paying guests, even after we specifically requested replacements. I understand that hotel facilities and linens experience wear and tear over time, but there should be basic quality control to ensure that items in such poor condition are removed from guest use. This experience has seriously affected my impression of the hotel. I expected much better attention to detail, housekeeping standards, and quality control from Holiday Ao Nang Beach. It is truly disappointing that something as basic as clean, properly maintained towels could leave such a negative impression on an otherwise pleasant family holiday. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves its housekeeping procedures and linen quality control so that other guests do not have to experience the same disappointment.

We stayed 1 week at this hotel The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean, swimming pool super nice clean and big. The down side: - We were told at the check in that official check in time is at 3 pm while when you arrive you have to sign a paper and it says 2 pm on it. I mentioned it to the staff who said they will correct and rectify their paper. 3pm for a check in is extremely late - Kids club is not a kids club. The staff stays at the reception to have the parents sign the papers but they dont look at or play with the kids in the playroom. Once I went with my kids for an activity. The lady explained to my kid the activity and then left to go back to her reception desk leaving them alone to do the activity. To me the main issue is that this is unsafe as the reception area of the kids club is separated by a glass door / separation and the staff doesn’t see what is happening inside. Also I went to pick up my kids at 4pm and they were watching TV… I don’t pay a hotel with kids club for my kids to watch tv with again the staff just seating at the reception area on their phones. - supposed to be a kids friendly hotel. The restaurant doesn’t have a kids menu meaning every-time you eat at the hotel you have to order and pay for an adult size meal.

The room are nice but now new. The service at the restaurant was very slow, but the food was good. Breakfast was ok. The coffee wasn't good at all. It was very hot at the restaurants without any fans. The pool and the water slides were very nice, but not shaded at all. The rooms we stayed in required a lot of walking to the pool and to the restaurants, even though they were "pool view rooms", so it wasn't very convenient with the kids. The kids club was very nice.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The highlight for us was definitely the Food & Beverage and the amazing breakfast. The food quality is excellent with a great variety. What truly made our experience special was the outstanding service from the staff. A special shoutout to Bow, who took exceptional care of us. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect morning. Highly recommended!
