We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Hotel Ao Nang. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is excellent, with everything you need just a short walk away. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel features large swimming pools with a great pool bar, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day. A special compliment goes to the management. Everything is very well organized, and you can really feel the high standards throughout the hotel. A big thank you to the General Manager for the outstanding hospitality. We are looking forward to coming back!

I was pleasantly surprised by this resort. I was a bit worried after reading some recent reviews, but we had a great stay with no issues at all. The hotel is modern and well maintained, and everything felt clean. The reception team were fantastic—they sorted us out with interconnected rooms, which was super helpful. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. We happened to be there during Songkran, which made it extra fun. The hotel put on nice activities and a special dinner, which we really enjoyed. Pools were clean, and the location is great—easy walk to the night market. Only small downside was a bit of noise from nearby places late at night, but honestly it didn’t bother us much. Would definitely stay again.

My experience at Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort, Krabi was very disappointing and, in my opinion, it is not worth the price. The biggest issue was that every morning at around 8:00 a.m., a bell is rung for guests who wish to pray. I fully respect all religions and cultures, but I also believe a hotel should respect every guest's right to rest. If you're on vacation and hoping to sleep in, this can be quite disruptive. I also felt that the hotel is primarily geared toward Indian tourists. While there is nothing wrong with that, the food options were heavily focused on that audience. The breakfast and dining choices were repetitive and offered very little variety for guests with different tastes. Overall, the facilities, service, and overall experience did not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. In my opinion, this is closer to a three-star property. The location is good, but it does not make up for the high price or the disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a true five-star resort or a peaceful, relaxing vacation.

The room are nice but now new. The service at the restaurant was very slow, but the food was good. Breakfast was ok. The coffee wasn't good at all. It was very hot at the restaurants without any fans. The pool and the water slides were very nice, but not shaded at all. The rooms we stayed in required a lot of walking to the pool and to the restaurants, even though they were "pool view rooms", so it wasn't very convenient with the kids. The kids club was very nice.

We had an amazing 7-day stay at Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort and it was one of the best choices we made in Krabi! The resort is really stylish and cozy, with a relaxed, family-friendly vibe that’s perfect for unwinding. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable (ours had a nice view), and the cleanliness is outstanding—everything spotless every day, fresh towels, well-maintained. Breakfast is a highlight: a diverse menu with Thai and international options, fresh fruits, made-to-order eggs—something new to try every morning! The staff are exceptional—always smiling, incredibly friendly and helpful with everything from restaurant tips to arranging taxis or excursions. We truly felt the warm Thai hospitality and like we were at home. Location is ideal: just cross the road and you’re on Ao Nang Beach, super close to restaurants, the night market, shops—everything within walking distance. The pools are beautiful (great for families with slides if you have kids), and the whole resort is green, tidy, and peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or families looking for relaxation, top cleanliness, and great service at a fair price. Huge thanks to the team for making our 7 days so special! 🌴☀️🏖️ We’ll definitely be back! My rating: 9.5/10 (just a tiny point off for occasional pool crowds in peak season, but nothing major).
