Holiday Ao Nang Krabi Resort exceeded our expectations! From check-in to check-out, the service was warm and professional. The room was good, modern and well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and daily housekeeping. Kids pool with slides and indoor playarea with activities are really good. The pool area is relaxing and perfect for families or couples. Breakfast buffet offered a nice variety every morning. The location is ideal, close to Ao Nang Beach (15-20mins walk), restaurants, massage places and convenient stores, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Great value for money and we would happily return on our next Krabi trip!

The hotel visually looks modern and appealing, and is located away from central Oa Nang near the Night Market. Unfortunately there is a Muslim speaker tower on the boundary blasting out noise several times a day...heavy sigh....Reception is quiet small and during peak becomes very disorganised. There are 2 main pools and plenty of pool access rooms, which we had, which are a bit too compact but they are the best choice. There are problems with air-conditioning and condensation that makes sleep uncomfortable despite all the trouble shooting. Breakfast was excellent and the chefs and staff take great pride in its presentation and service.

We stayed at the Holiday Ao Nang resort for 4 nights. The location of the hotel was great. We were able to walk to the night market, shops, and long boat docking areas. The beds were comfortable, the AC was fantastic and the room was clean. We had an adult pool access room and were pleasantly surprised to fund out that pool also had a swim up bar. The breakfast buffet is worth including in your booking. The buffet had a variety of cuisines and options. Overall a great experience and I would recommend the hotel to friends and family planning to stay near Ao Nang beach.

Our stay at Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort has been lovely overall. The location is fantastic — right by the beach and close to everything you could need, making it a great spot to relax and explore Krabi. The service has truly stood out, especially from Yaya, who has been exceptional throughout our stay. She’s incredibly attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about her job. We also want to mention Pla, Tus, and Laila, who were all so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The only downside was the room itself, which could have been a little nicer. There were some small issues such as drain flies in the bathroom and a bit of mould on the walls and ceilings, which took away slightly from the experience. That said, the warmth of the staff and the beautiful setting more than made up for it — overall, it’s been a lovely stay and we’d happily return.

This hotel is nowhere near a 5-star property. Honestly, it should be rated 2 stars at best. The rooms are extremely small, have no privacy, and feel cheaply designed. The washrooms are terrible – old fittings, poor maintenance, and a constant sewage smell that makes the stay really uncomfortable. Service is equally disappointing. We arrived at 4 PM, one hour after the official check-in time, and the room was STILL not ready. No apology, no urgency. But the moment I checked out at 12:15 PM, they immediately reminded me that checkout is strictly at 12. The double standards are ridiculous. And the biggest shock – they don’t even provide basic cutlery for food you order. It honestly feels like you picked up takeaway from a roadside shack, not a so-called luxury resort. Overall, this place is overpriced, poorly maintained, and badly managed. Definitely not a 5-star experience. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you expect clean rooms, privacy, or proper service.
