Me and my family including 3 children all different ages have just got back from this hotel and after reading the reviews we were really worried. However we had nothing but a positive experience! Firstly, rooms were clean and comfortable. (In need of a paint but does not in one way affect my holiday) The pool and pool area was always clean and able to always find a sunbed. Staff were always super friendly. Entertainment in evening was good other than the kids disco could be a little earlier and have music on in the background before everything starts. Food was as you expect from an all inclusive, tasty and always something to eat even for one of my children who has additional needs but yes slightly repetitive but again what all inclusive isn’t repetitive. The bamboo Chinese buffet was brilliant, definitely worth a visit! As well as the burger bar, their chicken burgers were amazing! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the water features and nature all inside definitely makes it one of a kind. I am writing this review as all of the reviews I had seen prior were bad and this hotel does not deserve the bad reviews it has got. I hope whoever is reading these prior to their holiday ignore all the bad and enjoy their holiday just like we have! Would definitely go to this hotel again!

We stayed at Hotel Beatriz Playa & Spa on an all-inclusive basis. The location is very good, the hotel was clean, and the food was acceptable—not amazing, but certainly not bad. Unfortunately, there were far too many restrictive rules. The snack bar was very poor, only opening from 4 pm to 6 pm, with very limited options. Often, by 5 pm, there was hardly anything left. We were also not allowed to take even a croissant out of the restaurant after breakfast or lunch. This was particularly frustrating because we were travelling with children who do not always eat well during meal times and often get hungry shortly afterwards. Having nothing available to give them between meals was very inconvenient, especially considering we had paid for an all-inclusive package. The restaurant staff were generally unfriendly and sometimes came across as rude. They seemed more focused on enforcing rules than providing good customer service, which made us feel uncomfortable rather than welcome. We stayed in a junior suite. The room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable, but the furniture and décor were extremely outdated and looked like they had not been updated since the 1980s. Overall, the hotel has a good location and is kept clean, but the restrictive policies, poor snack bar, and unfriendly service significantly affected our experience.

Hotel beatriz is a great hotel to give your head a break and enjoy time with your family. I think this is a good hotel for any searchers online looking for holidays and are looking for a cheap and calm hotel. This resort includes.varios activities such as mini golf ,the spa,the programmes that happen every night and the pools. Overall the food was okay. These meals rarely change so i think it could be a bit better if we could change the menu. The rooms are nice. They are very.cosy and spacious and with a vuew that every one woupd like to see. The views depend on the room you select when you buy the hotel.Overall i think this hotel visited more often because its a great coice to choose from.

I booked a 3-night break at this hotel it is very unique and clean the grounds are amazing with statues and waterfall and other water features I've never seen it like this anywhere else I've stayed As everyone knows I read the reviews for this hotel before arriving, the reviews are very average so I was a little apprehensive however I didn't need to worry the hotel is large it's clean the staff are very friendly in all departments also if you're not sure about anything the staff are approachable Like it's been mentioned on previous reviews the food is fine not very different variety as is the way in most all-inclusive hotels however I felt the food was fresh, plentiful and enough to feed an army The location is very pretty the room I had is a sea view room the room is very large comfortable Ann's clean Granted that the Hotel decor is a little tired but it does not impede on your holiday the facilities in the hotel are very good as well Plant City today for adults and children swimming pools are large some are heated and there is always a good amount of sun loungers. The all-inclusive offers a good variety of food, drink and entertainment In my opinion this is a very good hotel for couples and families alike I would personally highly recommend Hotel Beatriz player and Spa. There are a good number of shops restaurants and bars 5 minutes from the hotel I don't think that this hotel gets enough credit for what it does personally I would trust that as a 4 and a half to five star hotel

Pleasantly surprised after being dubious from recent reviews. We stayed over Easter for 4 nights in a junior 'family' suite. The room was fantastic. We travelled with a 3 and 6 y/o. The location of the room overlooked the sea. The room was clean and the room service prompt and friendly. Food/Drink - we went all inclusive. Beer/win/sangria on tap was fine for me, I'm not sure why people complain about this. The disco bar also served pints and cocktails for free. The door buffets were good and the kids loved the main hall. The beach restaurant was a bit limited for food choice tbh though. We didn't try any others but the bamboo restaurant smelt lovely. The kids weren't really interested in the food though. Hotel facilities - the gym was good. There were plenty of sunbeds to account for those who went early morning to 'reserve' them. 10€ each for beach towels which we received back was fine. The plastic reusable cups for 1€ was fine too. Better to have those than risking smashing glass or non recyclable plastic cups. It might be worth bringing your own if you don't want to pay the small amount. The reception staff were helpful when needed. Beach hire for family bicycles and a Spar were nearby. There was also a nice selection of shops around on the resort. Negatives, the entertainment was very loud, the kids were fine with it for sleeping but if you have younger kids who are light sleepers, it might be a challenge. The arcade was dated and the machines kept breaking, unfortunately help wasn't immediately available and the kids weren't patient to wait over 30mins. I'd probably stay away from the arcade again. Overall a lovely holiday for us and worth the money. We will definitely return here. It's worth it if you're willing to spend a bit, but half board would be just as good.
