Welcome to the ultimate review! This is the only review you have to read because I am going to write about my stay everything honestly without exaggerating. Good: 1. The food, the breakfast is a bit usual, however lunches and dinners I guess you could say amazing, because they change practically everyday however they still offer basic choices for picky eaters, plus they have thematic nights which is a nice touch as well as desert 2. The rooms were satisfactory however not amazing, we had the family room for 3 people 1 of which was a child and that room offered us enough space, but the mattress could be a bit better however compared to other hotels I stayed in Mallorca this one was much better so I appreciated that. 3. The beach. The beach was great, I see many people complaining about the sun-beds in the reviews but honestly, during the morning hours (11:00:12:00) and in the evening (4:00-5:00) which is certainly the best time for swimming in the sea they were used but still many many empty spots left, and the water was quite warm. Bad: 1:Cleaning: Unfortunately, the cleaning was quite unsatisfactory and in-fact gross, the room was arranged nicely however we noticed several brown spots on the covers and also on towels after they cleaned the room aswell as many ants in our room which was even worse, please fix this issues. 2: Wi-Fi. This is a big one, Wi-Fi is very very bad in the hotel, so most of the time we had to use cell service which turned out pricy, however you can’t even watch a film without it glitching lagging, or even turning off all together. 3: Tea: The lunch and dinner did not offer tea, while a small detail, it was a bit uncomfortable eating desert without a hot drink. Bottom line / summary: A great hotel, however in some aspects it is lacking. I was deciding thoroughly whether it is worth 3 or 4 stars however the sky bar also was nice so I decided overall it can pull off 4 stars but barely. A lovely week in the sun. Great for a total “relax” holiday. Very busy hotel. Staff very helpful, friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and modern but quite small with a few small issues such as the shower head leaking, shower door didn’t close and paint job was unfinished. Staff were quick to respond when our AC wasn’t working and got it fixed promptly and it worked perfectly for the rest of our stay. Lots of additional charges such as in-room safety deposit box and a charge if you want to change your pool towels for fresh ones during your stay which was disappointing. Good variety with food options for breakfast and dinner with two restaurants available as part of our half board package both offering themed nights. Unfortunately unable to enjoy the beachfront location due to poor sunbed reservation system. Not the usual first come first served basis - sunbeds are reserved via an app which allows people to block book the beds in advance. This resulted in beds being reserved by people even if they might not use them all day meaning beds were often empty large portions of the day but unable to be used by anyone else. Sunbeds around the swimming pool also very difficult to get unless you’re up early due to people reserving them and then not returning until hours later. Supposedly there is a policy in place to prevent this but not enforced at all by any staff. Pools themselves though are great with an excellent splash pad and kids pool for small children. Overall a nice enough stay and ideal for a holiday with a small baby

I stayed in this mass tourism hotel for few nights during May 2026. Pros • Good location to the beach • Some friendly staff Cons • This is not a 4 stars hotel, the rooms and overall facilities are outdated. It could be a 3 stars hotel at the most. • You need to pay extra to use the safe in the room, this is the first time that I’ve had such a request in my life. • Awful sound insulation between rooms, we had to use earplugs to try to reduce the noise. • The beachfront facilities do not belong to the hotel, and you need to pay extra to use them. • Breakfast and dinner were repetitive after the second day, with a mid to poor quality food and products. • Rooms are small and with an outdated decor, a tiny TV and without tea or coffee facilities. Same applies for the bathroom. • Restaurant is huge, but it gets extremely crowded at breakfast making it difficult to find a free seat. I experienced this in the mid-season, so I don’t want to imagine what could happen during the high season. • Our friends had a second room with sewage smell in the bathroom, and they didn’t get any response, despite several complaints. • Mattress was too soft and uncomfortable to sleep. • Heating in the room was not working. Overall, a poor experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Disappointing after 7 years I have been visiting this hotel for 7 years, and honestly, this year has been the worst by far. It is a real shame to see the quality declining while, at the same time, the prices continue to increase. They no longer prepare cocktails like they used to; now they are mostly pre-made and the quality is really poor. The food has also deteriorated considerably, both in terms of quality and variety. The attitude of some of the kitchen staff has been particularly disappointing. In particular, a short, heavy-set lady treated me in a very unpleasant manner, making me feel as though I was a nuisance. I believe customer service should be given much more attention. On barbecue days, which used to be one of the highlights, the choice of meat is now very limited and there is very little variety. On top of that, I was very surprised to find that they now charge €1 for changing pool towels, when this service had always been free during all the years I have been coming here. Overall, my impression this year is that the quality of the hotel has declined considerably, while the prices have gone up. What is most worrying is that many of us return year after year precisely because we know the hotel and expect it to maintain a certain standard. Mr. Jaime, I really think you need to take action and look into what is happening, because if this continues, many regular guests will eventually stop coming. In my case, after 7 years, this will be the last time I stay here. It is a real shame, because for many years I have been very happy with this hotel.

Fantastic! This was our third visit, the first 28 years ago when it was the Condesa de la Bahia, the second 11 years ago and our 3rd time last week. The first 2 visits were excellent, our visit last week was even better. The new roof top sky bar is classy and the 360 degree views are superb! Every where is so clean, including every toilet. The food choice is amazing and caters for so many different people. The pool side snack bar is great too for burgers, wraps and cheesy tortillas if weather too nice to eat inside and the hotel room had everything including kettle and fridge. The shower was powerful and the staff just couldnt help you enough! The Condesa is 5 star quality with a 4 star price tag. Superb throughout! Thank you for a fab hols!
