Another lovely stay, excellent location close to the harbour and lovely views. The staff members and the service is excellent. The grounds are lovely and all the facilities are excellently constantly maintained There are activities throughout the day for anyone who wants to take part and evening entertainment. The choice of food is excellent with great pride taken by all the restaurant staff. We would highly recommend using the Spa pool but there are other pools also available. Many guests return time and time again which is a great testiment to just how lovely this hotel is. We have already booked to return again and are really looking forward to seeing familiar and excellent staff members such as Manuela and Chiara who make it feel like home.

Just got back from a week all inclusive after having not been to the hotel for 19 years. The reception area is amazing, lots of places to sit. The bar was good, although sometimes quite a queue. The pools are clean and plenty of sun loungers. We didn’t get hotel towels as that needed a cash deposit, they wouldn’t accept a card. The safe in the room required a daily charge but not expensive. The reception staff were on the whole pleasant, although some were a tad blunt at times. Now for the downside…The room was shabby. Mismatched furniture (one of us had a white bedside table and the other side of the bed had a wooden one, in the same room), paint flaking off the wardrobe, dirty stains on the floor that weren’t cleaned til the last day. There was a fair few ants in the room. My son accidentally dropped a glass on the floor and we tidied it up but we’re still finding shards of glass days later even after the cleaners had been in. But that said the pools were clean, the food was great, the hotel is in a good quiet location. We used the free bus a couple of times. The hotel spa was great.

Last night of our fantastic holiday. We are a family of 4, 3 adults and an 8 year old. First time holidaying in the Costa Calero, First time in lanzarote. Staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. Always on hand for anything you need. Food is as expected for an all inclusive, yummy, plentiful, fresh and the pack lunch was great. Always something different and caters for everyone. Rooms are comfortable and clean, if I was being hyper critical, just a few dents here and there but nothing to bother us. Hotel facilities are great, swimming pools are good, plenty of sunbed. (early bird catches the worms). Gyms good, could do with a few more heaver weights, (thats a me problem). Area was perfect for us, quite, out the hustle and bustle, you could get a bus to the major town if wanted. There is 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Some cracking walking and running routes as well. There is a couple of bars abd restaurants at the marina but not much else. We would 100% stay again, thank you for a great holiday

We returned last Tuesday from the Calero Talaso and Spa. What a fantastic hotel. The staff were all polite professional and work so hard. The rooms are spacious and well decorated and cleaned everyday if you require that. The 3 pools are all a nice size and there are plenty of sun loungers. The food is great and varied. We used the spa and had a 2 hour slot - amazing. After day one we upgraded to all inclusive to enhance our great experience. The hotel is in a nice location with a very short walk to the Marina. Thank you everyone at the hotel for making our stay great Gary

Lovely, quiet , airy hotel in it's prime . Not new , not broken . Had significant renovation recently but kept character Up hill from small port with a market Tuesday and Thursday . Very quiet area, supermarket and coffee shop opposite From airport about 15 mins by taxi , 20 euro in summer 2026 Don't get transfer bus as they are 15 mins walk in the heat / rain from terminal and take forever Coffee . Hotel machine coffee is horrible Nescafé instant stuff. They show beans on top , but they are just for show ! Ask for expresso de machine , and you will get a fresh barrister expresso you can add hot water and milk to .unfortunately only horrible machines for breakfast It's a two class hotel though For instance, you qué a lot at bars due to lack of staff , but "prestige" , can jump que. Prestige + , gets free access to spa / gym . Having to carry card key all the time to get food / drink is a pain , would be nice to have wrist band
