The hotel is in the perfect location for hikers and beach lovers. We had a large, clean room, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One small downside was the crockery. I'm not exactly sure why, but the plates were not always clean. Of course, everything has to run quickly in a large hotel. It's understandable that the staff don't have time to check every single item of crockery individually. However, other hotels manage to do a much better job of ensuring that the dishes are clean. Another point I'd like to mention is the buffet. It is large and offers an enormous variety of food, but unfortunately, not all dishes are labelled. This is particularly frustrating for people with allergies or food intolerances. The staff already have plenty to do, and having to ask questions repeatedly takes up time for both guests and employees. Perhaps this is something the hotel could reconsider by providing clearer and more complete labels for all dishes. All in all, it's a great hotel where we felt comfortable. We would happily stay here again!

Our stay at Hotel Eden was better than we could have expected! Lola at the check in desk was so kind and helpful with all the info we needed and welcomed us with a smile and was patient with our attempts to speak in the local language which was so appreciated. The room was beautiful and clean, we had a stunning ocean view to wake up to every morning that we loved. The air conditioning was great when we needed a break from the heat! We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop bar and enjoying the clean pool. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at your superb hotel. It has a beautiful location and all the amenities you could wish for. It was our first time in both the hotel and Port de Sóller . We were particularly impressed with how friendly, welcoming and efficient all your team were . The food was very good , varied and plentiful, the cleanliness of the room and hotel excellent. The pool was fabulous, my wife enjoyed it particularly with one slight criticism was being able to get a sunbed in the afternoon due to other guests leaving their towels behind rather than lack of beds. That was a very minor problem, l should also mention how caring and diligent the Lifeguard was and the availability of the poolside lift which he demonstrated to good effect. We had a really lovely stay at Hotel Eden. Our room was a good size, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We arrived quite late, so we really appreciated the bottled water waiting for us as we hadn’t had a chance to get to a shop. The mini fridge didn’t seem to be coping particularly well with the heat when we first arrived, but once we turned the air conditioning on and the room cooled down, it was absolutely fine. The beds were very comfortable and we weren’t disturbed at all by noise from neighbouring rooms. We paid extra for a sea-view room and it definitely didn’t disappoint – waking up to that view was wonderful. The balcony was a really good size too, and the drying rail for towels and swimwear was a small but very useful touch. Housekeeping was particularly diligent throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself was well air-conditioned, breakfast was good and all the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. One of our favourite parts of the hotel was the rooftop bar. The views are amazing and it has such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere – a perfect place to sit with a drink and take everything in. The pool area was beautiful, although we actually spent most of our time at the beach. The hotel’s location makes that incredibly easy, with the beach just moments away, and the calm, crystal-clear water in Port de Sóller was perfect for cooling off. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Everyone at the hotel were welcoming and helpfull!!! Nice room view( little small) ! Nice pool! Great with free towels!! Good area, close to beach and hiking. (A bite noisy though) wONDERFULL Food! Thankyou! We will return!
