Air con is great. Rooms are ok. Balcony nice size although when I booked i thought id booked Seaview (make sure you clarify this as the balcony pictures I saw on jet 2 were all sea view so when I booked balcony, presumed seaview.this was not the case. Fridge needed changing and its just about sufficient.staff are great and cant fault them at all.Are willing to go out of their way to accommodate and always friendly. The views from the restaurant are really nice, looking onto the beach and sea. The food is slightly below par but ive had worse.The swimming pool is too small for the amount of guests and there needs to be more sun loungers. Would i come back ? Not sure. Doubt it however its not been the worst experience. The staff and location make it though

The hotel is situated in the more silent/relaxed area of Magaluf. The staff is extremely helpful at the reception. The food is fine, the choice in the bar is avarage. Right next to the beach. It is possible to ask for beach towels (deposit: 5€). The receptionist helps in renting a car as the hotel is directly connected to a car rental company (Torrenova Rent a Car). The hotel has a swimming pool diveded into 2 parts (shallow/deep), so it's ideal for families with small children.

Amazing Location, right by the Ocean, Pool and very clean Place. The Bar and Lounge is amazing and the Personnel is very kind. Great view from the Oceanside Rooms and are very clean.

We just got back for our 5 night stay at this hotel it was lovely and clean the rooms were like it was shown on the web site cleaners cleaned them everyday they were also so polite lovely views and location really happy with our stay

An honest review The hotel is located on the beach. If you get a sea view room, you will be amazed by the view. The rooms are clean, spacious, with usb and power outlets, and a minibar. The hotel does not offer sunbeds on the beach, but no hotel on Mallorca does as far as I know, as beaches are regulated by the government. The hotel has a small pool and sunbeds by it, so if you don't want to rent one on the beach, you can take one by the pool. The beach ones are 19.5€ (2 sunbeds and an umbrella). You can take beach towels at the reception for a deposit of 10€ for a towel. The food could be a lot better, as the breakfast was basically the same every day. Dinner was somewhat okay, as it changed daily, but still not so many choices. Half board guests are charged for anything but the water during dinner time. The agency we paid through told us the hotel offers free parking if you rent a car through the hotel. But actually they are charging for the parking 10€ now (instead of 15€, which is regular price) per night. Additionally, the car company they cooperate with calculates a day from 10am (if they pick you up) or 8:15 (if you want to go by foot and pick it up yourself) until 20h of the same day. So basically you have the car for 12 hours, give or take. The hotel staff is helpful, but some hotel policies are just ridiculous. For example, I rented the car through the hotel, and they had the dates, but they didn't tell me I need to pay in advance for the parking. Instead, they blocked my wheel after the first night because I haven't paid in advance. If you want to avoid noise and loud music and chatter during night, as Magaluf if full of young tourists, you should pay for the sea view room. Many reviews I read here said it was very noisy and loud, but I didn't experience anything similar on the sea view side on the sixth floor.
