First time at this hotel and wont be our last. From checking in to checking out, the staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. We were in 'El Club' rooms, which we loved as really quiet. No sunbed issues, and food was good AI food ( always something). The location as fantastic as well. Shops and resteraunts 5 mins away, and a beautiful beach outside the back of the hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel lobby with plants and greenery surrounding you as you walk in. The bar is below the reception which makes for a cool first impression where you look down onto the bar, trees and fishponds below. We stayed in the 6th floor and the view was breathtaking, this was my first abroad holiday and my experience at this hotel was honestly 10/10. There is a beach outside the walls of the hotel, I went snorkeling and there was hundreds of fish of different types. There was a warm pool and a cold pool, so depending on your mood you could choose your temperature. The restaurant was top class, no complaints, with a impressive variety of food to choose from. Obviously I had to try basically everything. They do breakfast 8am till 10:30am, lunch 1pm till 3pm, an outdoor grill with hotdogs, burgers and chips 3:30pm till 5pm, then dinner 6pm till 9pm. The outdoor bar I believe was 10am till 6pm near the pool which offered a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, was also a soft drink self dispense station which you can help yourself too. Hot drinks available too if you wish, snacks such as sandwichs available throughout the day also. The indoor bar was open 6pm till midnight, again a wide variety of options, I believe they did a cocktail of the day also. I was on the disaronno, honey rum and pina colada throughout the week. Two pool tables near the bar for €2 per game, they did karaoke after entertainment most nights it seems. Entertainment was roughly after dinner so around 9pm till 10pm most nights, some longer some shorter. But quite a lot of variety throughout the week. The staff were amazing, very courteous, can't fault them at all. Room service was great and always felt nice to go back to a clean room at the end of the day.

Great hotel right on the ocean walkway. Absolutely stunning location, lots of fresh vegetables and fruit, fish from the grill. Clean rooms and nice staff. The only downside was a lot of premade food (should not be in 4*) and absolutely horrible selection on the sweet bar. Everything was just sweet without any taste, but I substituted it with local fruits so all good after all.

Stayed from 15th Jan 2026 for 10 days all inclusive. Our room was on 6th floor and sea view. Rooms have been renovated and are comfortable. Hairdryer not very easy to use, towel rail too high for me to reach at 5ft 4. Rooms clean. After staying here in 2019 before the new management takeover when the food and drinks were exceptional we returned for my husbands birthday treat. Food presently not very nice or tasty. Most days the choice is the same as the previous day. One day l had french bread and butter for my lunch and tea time the only thing acceptable. No choice. Chicken on the grill was only available on two occasions, so unless you like pork no other options. We had to eat out most evenings. Drinks, wine not a nice wine in the restaurant. Only local spirits currently offered on AI option. You can only get served two drinks per couple. With a queue at the bar every evening. Not a good experience. Not worth booking the AI option. Restaurants locally very good.Entertainment some good some bad. I was very disappointed on this visit compared to the hotel last time, nothing as good. This was a special birthday present for my husband. Will not visit again. Yours disappointed.

Lovely hotel, amazing (mostly friendly) staff. But, in 40 years of being a tourist in Spain, I have never had to wear a closed shoe for dinner. Sadly, the other dining room rules are not enforced. Totally inequaitable, and not well highlighted on the Jet2 website for something so major. The food was very hit and miss. Heard from various other holiday makers here that the food has deteriorated since their last visit. The quality of the food was very average considering this is a 4* hotel. The variety was also questionable at times. We were all inclusive, and frankly, I have eaten better in cheaper hotels in Spain. Big thank you's go to Omar in the Bar, Omar in the Restaurant, all of the housekeeping staff as the place is really lovely and clean and well looked after.
